It was a minor job. Instead of a "let's set something up," he gave me pushback, saying his tech lives in the Central Valley and that's a long ways from Brentwood, implying my job is too small to do. Our first priority was a new TV and a new receiver and getting confirmation this team could do the work. Well, they can and not only can they do most anything you need, they do it with patience, lots of grace, a sense of humor, total dedication to perfection and without ripping you off. Once you start talking to the people who work here you will find that most of them have been there for over a decade and some of them have been there almost two decades and that's because they love what they do and it shows in every aspect of this process. We had an initial consultation which they credit back to you if you have the work done and then we made our choices with tons of guidance based on our budget and needs. The team came on the day of install and they were clean, professional, knowledgeable and just plain good guys. We had one little hiccup after they left and they immediately came back and fixed it. We started with Quincy in the store to pick out the TV and eventually started working with Alex for the entire set up and he sticks with you through everything until the very end, even follow ups. He's easy to get a hold of and responds directly. Lloyd came to do the once over for install and the guys who came to do the work were Desmond and Alan. I really can't recommend them enough and they made what we thought was going to be a difficult and hard experience something that we quite enjoyed and we are super happy with the end result.
