They literally looked at it 5 minutes and said they could not resolve the issue and that they would have to take out the ceiling and all this BS to get to the clog. They also said they don't do finish work if they have to rip out the floor/ ceiling. They never sent me a quote and I resolved the issue myself later by more extensive research on the issue. This company is a scam and should not be used.
