Absolute Lifesaver! Highly Recommend David and Henley's Plumbing! On Saturday afternoon, my toilet clogged, and every local plumbing company was fully booked. Luckily, I called Henley's Plumbing, and they managed to schedule a technician to arrive by 6:00 PM. Since it was late on a Saturday, I didn't expect much, but David and another team member arrived exactly on time. After diagnosing the issue, they had to remove the toilet and discovered that tree roots were causing the clog. Since the toilet was out, I decided to replace both toilets in my house. Despite the late hour, David and his partner went out to purchase the new toilets, cleared the root clog, and stayed until 10:00 PM to finish the entire installation. I was amazed by their willingness to stay so late on a weekend just to ensure my family had working toilets. To make things even better, David promised to return on Monday with a camera to inspect the pipes for cracks. True to his word, David showed up on Monday with two other team members. We sent out a request to several HVAC companies to provide a diagnostic assessment and work on our HVAC. Henley was the first to respond, and their technician was the first of the several we had seen. We initially thought the issue might be a clogged P-trap that needed flushing. Henley's service person came out, immediately took a look, and assumed the same thing. His first action was to replace the P-trap. After cutting it out and replacing it, he assumed it was done until I looked at the P-Trap he cut out; it was empty and not clogged. That required additional inspection (a quick visual around the box) to confirm the leak was at the coil box and may have needed a replacement. I asked for a system recommendation and price estimate. He was supposed to follow up after he left, and I haven't heard from him since. He was a nice guy and did the bare minimum, so my rating is based only on that. We decided to go with other HVAC companies and ultimately chose one to replace the whole unit. Of the five companies we interacted with, Henley Service was on the lower end, with minimal effort during the assessment. One of the other four gave the best assessment, with extremely end-to-end detailed diagnostics, including opening up the system, a camera probe, and a Freon level inspection. That, at the very least, gave us a detailed look at what was needed to proceed with a cost estimate of system replacement vs. repair. read more

We had requested service as our AC unit had stopped in the evening. (We have a service contract with Henley's) They scheduled a tech to come out the next morning (yesterday) -- Louie. Louie came on time and got our AC running by some checks and resets. He showed me some simple resets that we could do ourselves if our AC stopped again. According to Louie, everything was so minor that he waived the callout fee. For some reason it happened again the next day (today). I started some of the reset steps but didn't too far so I called Louie. Even though it was a Sunday and he was at home, he still answered my call, and again, Louie walked me through some simple reset steps and together we got our AC up and running. Josh, our technician was able to come and assess the problem quickly. He provided several options on the service requested, was honest, straightforward, and provided useful information. We were really impressed with our experience with him. He also provided information on the quality of our water (and the fact that it is quite the opposite) and provided options for a filtration system. Finding a good, fair priced and honest plumber is difficult. I had a small job as I had a toilet that did not flush well. They did a gas line repair. They left their mess on the property, broke the barrier that allowed rain to enter the crawl space, trenches left open, gas lines that were not routed/secured properly, technicians leaving when job isn't done, etc. At least they came back to make things right after I complained. In the end, they didn't get gas to all the fixtures in the main building. read more

Beware! This HVAC company appears professional however, I purchased a complete system in 2021 and 22 service calls later I still have the same system with constant problems. I have been asked by other HVAC companies why have they not replaced your unit with that many problems. Between my husband and I we have missed over two weeks of work, not including the week it took to install it. Unfortunately for us we don't have options to relocate our family of 6 and pets and suffered through Smokey air conditions and 115 degree weather with inside temp reaching 99 degrees.
