We mentioned to the team (Noah & Jermerl) that we were sort of in a hurry, so they accommodated our schedule while delivering a superb, high quality service. They weren't pushy on any of the extras and the most impressive part was this: I had purchased a wiper blade for the rear wiper but I didn't have the tool to replace it, so it had been sitting in the trunk since last winter. When Noah told us he observed a torn wiper and offered to sell us a replacement, I explained to him that I had a new one but I just couldn't figure out how to replace it myself, he said he'd be happy to do it for me! I had him troubleshoot, an air-conditioning problem. Conduct an oil change, rotate the tires and do a brake flush. They took the time to explain how they do business and since I had to leave my vehicle there overnight I was concerned about leaving it out. They advised me that all vehicles are stored in protected lot with a tall barbed wire fence so it will be very secure. ASR was my "go-to" for about 4 years, and , generally, saved me money on most simple services for my 1997 Jag. ASR actually replaced tail light bulbs and would do a pre-trip inspection, and shuttle home if necessary, without charge. I simply do not have a deep pocket that the Jaguar dealer's service dept requires, and I am suspicious of all repair shops, all genres. In March, I experienced dash warning lights and obvious erroneous engine temp gauge readings("dummy" gauge). ASR did some necessary repairs, but I was dissatisfied with the information they supplied about additional work and questioned their expertise in continuing to work on the car, as this car has some quirks and even is different from later '97s. .....which I reminded them of several times. Bottom line; their inexperience with this particular car resulted in some things that were done incorrectly and which could have caused serious damage(wrong wrong wrong radiator hose clamps). Made no mention of BAD motor mounts. AND left dents in upper fender near hood seam, both sides(obvious to me even that it was from a tech leaning on fender). I did not take it back after discovering the issues, my bad move there, but I had contacted them through two different emails, with details.... apparently they didn't receive one of those. And the one they did get, their reply went to my "junk mail", so I did not see it and assumed they were ignoring me. Eventually, I did send them photos of the dents, etc, and they DID then ignore me. My insurance would not cover it, given they would need one claim for each fender, but also filing a claim would cause my rate to go up. I did take my car to an "indie" Jag/Rover shop, for remaining repairs.... Pricier but more knowledgeable, which will give me piece of mind. Probably ASR is a competent shop for average cars, just not my car.

I can call these guys, explain that I am in a rush, and they always do their best to fit me in and get me back on the road within about 30 minutes. They service our diesel vehicles, change the oil, clean everything up, and even wash the vehicle, usually for under $200. That is hard to beat. I have tried other SpeeDee locations, but they have often charged more, and the service was not nearly as friendly or efficient. Even though you may only be waiting 20 to 30 minutes, having a clean and comfortable waiting area still makes a difference, and this location does a great job with that. They also have some of the best prices I have found on air filters. For certain non American vehicles, you may need to ask them to order the filter ahead of time, but they are always helpful and straightforward about it. Based on their knowledge and experience, I know they offer many other services, but I personally use them mainly for oil changes. Every experience has been fast, professional, and easy. Thank you for always fitting me in at the last minute and getting me back on the road quickly. These guys are young, fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. You guys rock. Keep up the amazing work.

The owners are extremely friendly, the employees are friendly and professional and explain each area step-by-step to the customers so they don't miss anything. They are the most efficient, cost effective, reliable place I do business with. The waiting area even has coffee, snacks, and waters for the customers. If you haven't tried them in a while or never been there before bring your business to them and you won't regret it. Remember there might be some things they cannot do onsite but they will give you an excellent recommendation of where you can. I was charged 184 for a diag for an over heating issue. The route to repair was 203 for parts. Fair as I purchased it for 193. The labor they quoted was 360 bucks and changed the part in 15 minutes flat. The route also has spark plugs, I literally replaced the spark plugs less then 3 months ago. Be mindful if you go there. I personally will not go again.
