I'm not sure if they're affiliated with each other or it's coincidence that they have the same names. Parking lot is a bit small but it will do. It's usually not crowded when I come in so you won't have to wait. It's pretty clean inside and spacious. One thing, it's cash only. You can ask for a stamp card for eyebrows threading. read more

My boyfriend's mom took me to Ruby's to get mehndi prior to Diwali. We shop in this shopping center quite often and have passed this salon and the one close by on Hillcroft on several occasions. I felt really safe the entire time, all staff and customers were wearing masks. We came about an hour before closing and they were only 2 other customers in the salon at the time. We made an appointment the previous day and they were ready for me as soon as I arrived. The stylist who did the mehndi was very nice and talented. She said she does a lot for weddings or around festival times. I got the designs on my palms and backs of both hands, the application took about 45 minutes and I dried it in the fan for about 10. It looked beautiful for many days afterward and was very dark. I got so many compliments! read more

I used to come here to get my eyebrows threaded every other week since 2011. It didn't matter who did my eyebrows, everyone threaded it well. After a few months of not coming here, I went today for the first time. It's actually my first time getting my eyebrows threaded in two months because I've been just plucking them. There are 3 Ruby's salon located in the area: in Harwin Dr, Hillcroft and W Bellfort. Harwin dr and Hillcroft locations are just behind each other. This location is quite big and spacious inside. Came here for a haircut. I was skeptical and was not expecting much for a haircut. As I didn't have any special occasion coming up so thought of giving it a try. When I was there, they had only one lady for haircut. Her name is Urmila and she did a fantastic job! I had shoulder length layer cut. She did an amazing job on my hair. I'm happy with my new haircut. It only cost me $15+tip. What a deal!! Sometimes I pay $50-$70 and still don't get my desired haircut. I'm so glad I chose this location. Next time I go here for haircut, I'd definitely look for Urmila! read more

This used to be my go to salon to see Jasmine she did everything from my eyebrows to my facial. I haven't been in about a month and go this past weekend to find out she was no longer there. I will not be visiting anymore because I've had a few different people do my eyebrows there and they just cannot seem to get them right. Came here and the owner was talking about me in Urdu not realizing I understood her. She was rude to me and being disrespectful. Although the staff is amazing I wouldn't recommend going to a spot where you feel uncomfortable.. the lady doing my eyebrows finished one brow and told me to take a look and I was ecstatic because it looked beautiful and said "it looks great thank you" the owner was in the hair area and said in Urdu how does she know it looks good you didn't finish. She said other things I don't want to mention, but I had words for her after telling her she was an elderly woman and she has no business to be talking about her customers negatively and ruining their experience... like don't you want your customers to like your services? This used to be my go to salon .I had always request Jasmine for everything, she was my go to person. This week when I called to check if she was there they told me she no longer works there. I went 2day to try one of the lady's only to be disappointed, she left my eyebrows thin and when I went out w/natural lighting i had some unwanted eyebrow hair & in my upper lip I'm never going back. HORRIBLE PLACE! I DONT RECOMMEND! One lady (mumtaz) did my daughter's eyebrows uneven, then I asked another lady to fix them and she did an ok job. When I was paying mumtaz started laughing at the whole incident! Which I did not find funny because my daughter was crying! So instead of an apology she laughed! Went there for the second time and I plan on not ever going there. They add whatever service they want to add to make money. The first time I went there was to get eyebrows threaded, rather just cleaned, it was ok but come the time to pay, they tell me that they can't charge my credit/ debit card if it's lower than $10! And I had no cash. And no where did I see a sign that stated that and I mentioned that to them. So their suggestion was that I get another service namely underarms waxed. So basically to pay $5 I had to get an additional $7 waxing. Not to mention that i had no hair bc I had laser hair removal done a few years back. Cheap people with poor service, who are not willing to pay a few cents to run the credit card. All the salons are usually closed by 7:40pm and my mom needed her upper lip, under lip and chin waxed. And I told the lady what she wanted, guess what she waxed her side burns too! And I told her to stop bc she doesn't waxes them since there's nothing! But she went on to say well my mom had said I can do that and then she added that she had already done one side! And I was standing close by all the time. This really pissed me off bc it seems once you are in the salon they can do whatever they want to. Terrible place. Very unprofessional. read more

I get my eyebrows threaded here. I've also gotten a skin polish several times and the results are great. I've been going to this location for the past 7 or 8 years and Jasmine is the only person that I allow to do my eyebrows. The other ladies are good but I have gone to Jasmine since my first time at the salon. The prices are resonable and she is fast. read more

I got my eyebrows done here multiple times as well as a haircut a few days back! The lady that did my hair was Urmila. She did such a great job! I honestly could not have asked for a better service and satisfaction than what I got! Pricing was fair. 10/10 would recommend and will be going soon!
