Great service. Shout out to Charles, Bruce Lee and the other manager(?) who visited our table. Their menu upgrades were impressive and had us hopeful about our future drinks and entrees. Sadly, it was short lived joy butttt not ALL was a bust! The Legendary Long Island Iced Tea and the Ruby Red Cocktail were decent but the spiked soft drink missed its mark. Also, the salad bar still looked appetizing and was enjoyed by the lone shark in our party of 5 that indulged today. The rest of the food was just NOT good. I promise you ... I am not exaggerating. To add insult to injury, their prices are ridiculous and absolutely do NOT match the portion sizes. Excellent presentation tho'! Check out the pics of the (child sized ... I have not been to Ruby Tuesday in a long time and decided to stop by on a Friday evening about 7pm. It was pretty empty in there I sat in the bar area at a table. The waitress was very nice and patient. I ordered the 12 oz ribeye with loaded bake potato and added the salad bar. The steak never disappoints me at Ruby Tuesday. It was cooked to perfection to me, very moist and tender. I ordered 2 Cadillac Margarita and they were good. I really enjoyed the salad, they still have a great salad bar with a lot of options for topping. My friend ordered the rib platter, with shrimp and fries. Overall We were definitely satisfied with our food. I'm looking forward to visiting another location soon. read more

THIS IS MY 5TH TIME REACHING OUT BOTH THE WEDSITE AND NO RESPONSE. They asked me to reach out on guest services for. Ruby Tuesday I did. At least four times and I haven't got a response yet. The first visit was June 19. About. 9:29 PM. I already sent. It a complaint about the manager at that store. We're going to call him Mr W. He took my money through. Ruby Tuesday, because I swiped my card there at the bar. The price was $24.89, I did not leave the bar when I received my food. I looked at my Smash Burgers. They was not smashed, it was too small Patty the circumference of a 8oz drinking glass. So when I looked at my food and I said these are not smashed burgers, the burgers is not even sitting over the bun. So I told him I didn't want it. He told me he couldn't give me my money back, so he had to take my email address. And send me something but never did. Very rude man. Very rude. I'm not gonna go into full details. You can call me and I'll give you the full details. So I did not get my money back, he told me That Ruby Tuesday policy is that they don't give. Refunds. I did not leave out that store. With that. I was hoping he wasn't there. I. Called in my order over the phone. So when I walked in the store to pay for it and pick it up. He was there giving this lady my order. I didn't say anything. I paid for the order and then I asked the young lady could I use my credit. She told me I will have to get the manager. I dreaded that, , but I did it anyway. And once he realized, let me explain it to him about my credit, he remembered me. He was like, oh, I remember you. You got me in trouble. Just start yelling at me. And then I tried to explain To him. What happened? And he just continued to be rude and told me I couldn't use my credit because you all did to send me a card. Why haven't you all sent me a card? And then he went back in the back after causing a scene in the lobby. He went back and bad talk about me to his kitchen staff and I heard him and the young lady that was standing at the front with me heard him. So I told her no, I want a refund. I don't want any food coming out that kitchen. When that manager went back there and bad mouth me to the cook, why would I trust eating that food? So she went back there and told him that I would like to see him. I told him, Sir you went back there and you Bad mouth. Me to the kitchen. So I don't wanna eat your food. I want my money back, he told me once again. I will not give you your money back. You cannot get your money back. And he took my email address again. And that total was $28.61 You all have taken my money, stolen my money and not giving it back to me. I want my money. I need someone to reach out to me so that we can rectify this situation. On the second incident he came over and asked me what happened and I told him and he told me he was very helpful. Very nice gentleman. He should be the manager of the store. My gf spontaneously spoiled me with a dinner at this Ruby Tuesday! We both had never been and honestly didn't go in with high expectations. (We read consistently negative reviews about the service at this particular location.) However, our server Alontae C proved the reviews wrong. He was extremely attentive, friendly, and provided a wonderful overall first experience. We were pleasantly surprised about our first visit. We opted for the 2 for $22 with mozzarella sticks (cheese pull was INSANE) but upgraded to two premium entrees: hickory bourbon baby back ribs and a 6oz sirloin steak. We loved that each entree came with a choice of two sides. The ribs were fantastic, however, we would not order the steak again as it was quite tough. Worst food ever. "Fish" and chips -- the fish was some kind of old, thawed fish flavored something that had been in the fridge too long. Tasted off. Crusty (not in a good way) onion wings, obviously pre-prepared in a mass sense and heated -- The most disappointing was the "NY Style Cheesecake with strawberries" -- the photo featured a glowing batch of fresh-looking strawberries on top -- in reality the slice of cheesecake was old and had a fridge-flavor of other food suffused into it, but the "strawberries" were two really dead thawed/previously frozen strawberries and the "sauce" was the thawed berry sauce with maybe sugar? It too had been in the fridge too long and was slightly fermented. It was shocking. What was a $48 splurge was a waste of money and time. Never, ever again. What has happened to dining? So we decided to have our Thursday date night at Ruby Tuesday in Clinton. We got a 1st day waitress...okay. First, hubby ordered a bar drink and said I'd like to drink it before dinner. The drink came after our dinner was served but we didn't complain. Then, when dinner arrived hubby got some kind of trio meal vs the triple play which included chicken tenders vs a flank steak. But... to keep the vibe positive, he kept it. But the worst part was that I ordered a 6oz medium well ribeye with baked potato, onion rings, and mushrooms. Yet my meal arrived without the mushrooms and it was medium rare instead of medium well. So she took it back and came out with an extremely well done steak, as if I wouldn't know the difference. Finally when the manager addressed us, he said he could take the steak off our bill, but I would have to pay extra for another steak cooked at the temperature I originally ordered. So I just canceled it and ate onion rings, mushrooms, and the baked potato. Plus, we tipped the very apologetic waitress. The biggest deal is today I'm at Cheddars. The 6oz ribeye at Ruby Tuesday was $18.99 and here at Cheddars a 14 oz Ribeye is only $21.00. Plus that drink we ordered at Ruby Tuesday was $11.00 and today we see is a top shelf margarita for $9.99. Bottom line: drive 15 minutes down the road to Cheddars and enjoy a scrumptious meal at a better price!! I'm out! read more

As I'm posting this the tables still have NOT been cleaned! Our waiter has not been by to remove our salad plates yet. Where is management plainly they don't care as to what is going on in here!
