We were seated almost 20 min ago. 1st of all the host sat us a dirty table which I had to ask her to wipe off! Then we waited 10 min for a waited and the side we were on there was only one other table with guest! The side we were on was FILTHY..as you could see there were 3 tables that have NOT been cleaned! As I'm posting this the tables still have NOT been cleaned! Our waiter has not been by to remove our salad plates yet. Where is management plainly they don't care as to what is going on in here! Oh they are sitting down by the bar not doing anything! Not checking on the appearance of restaurant or what their employees are doing!!! Can we get better management and servers in this place..people spend to much money for this! Not to mention the bathroom is just NASTY read more

I got the ribs mash and broccoli everything was on point and ribs was very tender classic bbq sauce so good on the ribs I'll definitely be back. Me and my friend got mango and strawberry lemonades. Lemonades had real fruit purée really good thank you for a great take out experience. read more

I decided to try Ruby Tuesday for the first time since I received the free appetizer through T-mobile Tuesdays. I decided to order the Bangin' ship to go. I ordered the Bangin' shrimp, classic style. The taste was ok but I originally thought the classic style had a sweet and spicy sauce on the shrimp. So to my surprise and due to my lack of understanding, my shrimp were fried with no sauce. There's two type of shrimp, classic or spicy, and the spicy is the shrimp with sauce on it. The waiter was nice enough to give me some spicy sauce in a container when I requested it, but the sauce was too salty in my opinion. I think I'll have to stick Bonefish grill's Bang Bang shrimp from now on. Good try Ruby Tuesday, good try. read more

So... We decided to come here for lunch before visiting family. There was no wait and we were greeted instantly. Surprisingly, the food was really good but a little on the salty side. Appetizer: Spinach & Artichoke Dip with tortilla chips. The serving size was shareable but the base of the dip was a little watery. Not sure if it's always this way but I wouldn't recommend it. Lunch: I had grilled chicken with seasonal veggies and spaghetti squash! Check that out - Ruby Tuesday sells spaghetti squash!!!!! My partner has the chicken BLT sandwich - which was also good (yea, I had a bite of hers as well) Overall: Everything was slightly over-priced and the waiters were friendly and welcoming. Absolutely terrible. My fiancé and I ordered the tilapia with mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes came out watery and just plain disgusting. They were literally inedible. The waiter, however was very attentive and got the kitchen to remake the food. However, the was no manager that came to our table, nothing complimentary, no apology. We went here with a group for dinner. The group had about 12 people in it, and the restaurant was NOT busy at the time. It took approximately 2 1/2 hours to have dinner. The drinks were extremely slow coming from the bar. Dinner was even slower, and half of the orders were server incorrectly. There was no follow up service, checking on our orders, if we needed refills, etc. I very seldom ever write a review for a chain restaurant, because you pretty much get the same food and service wherever you go. Not this time. This had to be, by far, the worst service I've ever had in a Ruby Tuesday - or any other chain like this, to be honest. You're normally pretty safe going to a chain like this, but I'd steer clear of this location. They just don't seem to care about customer service, or making sure your dining experience is anything other than slow and frustrating. read more

Terrible terrible TERRIBLE. Slow service from the bar to the server. Now I remember why it has been years since I've eaten at a Ruby Tuesday. The only thing I can say was good is my beverage (after waiting for it to arrive 15minutes from the bar) which the bartender had 5 guests so I'm not sure if he was new or just unaware of service bar tickets. No one wanted to take dirty dishes off of our table as many servers including our own and a manager walked past the table many times and it all stayed there even after it was piled up. No drink refills offered, just came with a check....so we took it, paid, and went down the street to another bar and had a couple more rounds. I have dined at Ruby Tuesday on Branch Avenue in Clinton Maryland for years with family gathering there for a pleasant experience. This has been a good restaurant to go to for all types of occasions. HOWEVER, on Friday night December 3, 2021 I experienced the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER at ANY RESTAURANT. Not sure what is contributing to the obvious decline but they won't be getting any repeat visits from any of my family! They should have paid us to eat there!!!! read more

I'm very big on customer service, and I was disappointed in the server. The server stayed on the phone, sitting in a booth, the majority of the time that we were there. At one point, the server was sitting in the booth, on the cell phone, and the manager was talking to a couple in the booth right next to where the server was sitting! When it was time to pay the bill, the server walked away, sat down once again, and got on the phone. I walked it over so that we could get out of there. read more

However, when u -call an order in, they leave u hanging on the phone for up to 15 minutes @ which point u get so aggravated I hang up. If u want the food bad enough & dare call back.... The line is busy. Continuous calling to finally get through & wait more. This is every time. This particular time, we get there & they claim they never received a call in from us. I didn't expect much and I'm glad I didn't. Made a late night last-minute order so I'm thankful they weren't already shutting down. But the staff.... I know it's almost go time but the attention span.... I repeated online order so many times I thought I was speaking Russian. It wasn't due to noise since the one tv at the bar was on and there was only 3 other parties of 2 in the whole place. Anyway, the food was sooooo bland. Hot, fresh but lacking flavor. Put some salt n pepper on that food. A pinch of.... something. Kick it up a notch. I live at max 5 minutes away and I was snacking in the car... but my fries were sweating like they just left an AME church. Why? If I'm in that area I may sit in. Never again! My sister and I went there on a Friday, it was still early in the day so not a lot of people were in the restaurant. My sister asked the hostess if it was ok to sit at one of the booths near the bar, she was told "yeah, sure" and then dismissed. We sat and waited for 30 mins before having to flag down a waiter and then we were told we were sitting in the wrong section. We were sent 4 different waiters during our one time there. The first one told us he was getting off of work and would be leaving so he would have to send us to someone else, the 2nd waiter had a very nasty attitudes and walked off 2 time while we were asking question about the food. We over heard her telling another waiter to take our order because she didn't feel like answering no damn question right now, smh. ( She literally said that out loud for us to hear ) The third waiter was ok at first but then left to go flirt with the other waiters and forget he was even serving our table. The food took 45 mins to come out and was defiantly not worth the wait time. After waiting 20 mins for the waiter to come back to collect our money for the food waiter number 4 came in the picture. He was very nice and took our payment so that we didn't have to continue to wait. Over all customer service skills does not exist at this restaurant. They will make you wait 45 mins - 1 hour for your food. Be prepared to watch the waiters flirt and grind on one another. I would definitely never come back here! read more

I went on Saturday August 15,2020 around 3:30pm, the Hostess Aneta told me my part of 2 could not be seated in dining area which was literally empty, she said the server was going home, I ordered take out returned to see 2 people seated in dining area being served, 2 white males walked in and sat at the bar and was being served, I asked for manager, I believe his name was Jewels and he was not concerned!! They gave us a laundry list of excuses ! My fries was saturated in grease, my sister's hamburger was some sort of soybean like patty! The only reason I out 1 star is because you have to give something. Our waitress Angela was extremely rude. From her initial greating it wast obvious she was not overly thrilled to wait on us. She was rushing the ordering processes. When asking her questions about the signature drinks she basically said both dismissing the question. She made a point to correct every item that we said right (even the items we read off the menu). When taking the order was irritated that I was asked to change my side before walked away and put in the order. After that she passed our table several time over the next 20. She did not stop, ask if we needed anything and avoided eye contact. When I went to use the bathroom I seen another team member "cleaning" or doing some kind of restroom check. She picked up the used papertowels from the floor and sing, then whiped down the counters and sink and walked out. This about the same table cleaning method I seen on the floor. I seen them using their hands to wipe stuff off the table onto the floor...then seat people. While waiting we could hear her arguing and being rude other team members about having to take tables and being double sat. We also hear her basically yealling at another table of elderly women because they were confused on what the meat grades meant. She was rude to the mother and daughter that sat across from us. Just irritated that they were there. In fact the only table she wasn't rude was a group of 4 gentlemen that were there when we first arrived. When the food finally arrived it was obvious that it had been sitting in the window for a while. My mother's sour cream on her baked potato had liquefied and dried on the side of potatoe,and her chicken was look warm. Both my side where incorrect. When I pointed it out, took a deep breath irritaged and snatched the plate back and walked off. (I still have not gotten MY refill at this time,lol!). When she returned a few minutes later my fish was cold, my green beans were basically raw, and my rice was so old and dried out it had hard pieces. She askes if we ready to checkout. Didn't offer or suggest pie or anthing. She just took off. I attempted to stop her twice to ask about military discount but she still passed our table without making eye contact. When she returned she snapped and said "I wish you would've asked me before". We closed out and she slid the book and Debit card back on the table. No goodbye or have a good day. To add insult to injury, by the time I made it back home about 30/45 min later I was in the bathroom throwing up. SITUATION NORMAL. I stopped in because I wanted a juicy burger. But, RT has a new special, FAJITAS beautifully shown as a choice menu item. I quickly switched my taste buds to shrimp fajitas. They arrived cold and dry. I asked for the salsa which was missing from the plate. The server said "we don't serve salsa,". I said you serve fajitas but don't serve salsa? Met some friends for a late dinner meeting. When I arrived, they had already informed me that their food was mediocre at best and service was slow. I was not going to go the whole meeting w/o eating so I ordered anyway. I ordered a top shelf margarita & mild buffalo wings. Just as they said, it took a long time for my drink to arrive. When it did, it did not have the Grand Marnier float as indicated on the menu. When I was able to catch the waitress to ask about it, she offered to take the drink back. I did not want to take it back so I asked that she just bring it in a shot glass. When she returned empty handed, she said the bartender told her "it was in there and if I wanted extra, I can pay for it". I told her I would not be doing that and there is no proof it was mixed in especially since I did not taste it. Most importantly, it was supposed to be a float in the top of the drink. I then requested to either speak to the bartender or the manager. About 6 minutes later, someone showed up with a shot of Grand Marnier stating "who wanted the extra shot". I guess I should assume that was the bartender. She left immediately after handing it to me. Never spoke to the manager. The wings took a while to come out as well and they were just OK. The chicken seemed to be fresh, but they were a bit oily. The take away from this experience is not to go back. read more

My experience with Ruby Tuesday was lacking. We walked in at 7 pm to a mostly empty dining room with a party of 9. We had one waitress and she was slow returning to the table to take our orders. I asked for seltzer water twice. I got a second one but no more. I ordered the 8 oz sirloin with broccoli and zucchini. It was my first meal of the day but it tasted awesome! I ordered additional mild hot wings as they were good too. Again, the server never came back to give or ask for water refills. We finished our food and she never cleared the table. I had to ask her to take it away. Granted we were a party of 9. However, even though the service was poor, I still provided a 20% tip. I will not be returning. read more

Closes neighborhood bar unless taking the hike to Waldorf. Food is below average! I wouldn't dare eat from the salad bar. In my opinion, it needs more! They say over 55 items, but it's like a bowl of sunflower seeds, 1/2 a bowl of pasta salad...just awful. Service sucks unless you're sitting directly at the bar. The bartenders are great! We had the best time at Ruby Tuesdays in Clinton. The food was good and I looooved the bottomless salad bar, but it was the INCREDIBLE service by a jack of all trades named K.C. that made our visit exceptional. He greeted us right away with sincerity and a professional joy rarely seen in hosts these days. He made sure to take care of every need and somehow returned to our table multiple times to check on us despite handling so many other things in the restaurant. Not only was K.C. a serious multi-tasker, he was a genuine people person and clearly invested in creating a wonderful experience for every guest.
