Another disappointment. I've tried really hard to like Ruby Tuesday, but the last three I've ate at in three different states have been terrible. This one is no exception. I waited probably twelve minutes by the door to be seated. Two employees walked right by without even acknowledging me. Another came out of bar area I asked if I seated myself or would I need wait wait on a hostess? I was told to "sit where ever" without even a smile. I was waiting on quickly, the young lady was sweet. I ordered an appetizer, it arrived quickly. The chicken tenders were breaded bits about 1/2" square with about ten little pieces on the plate. Nothing like the picture on menu. I asked for bourbon BBQ on the side. Recieved some kind of extra spicy sirracha sauce. They were very dry, and tasteless. Definitely not worth the $8.00 The sweet tea taste like a mix between pancake syrup, and fish tank water. No doubt the municipal water comes from a local lake, and isn't filtered by the restaurant. I ordered a highly recommended burger, and fries. It was almost half hour in arriving once order was placed. They weren't really busy, just couple of obnoxious vulgar loudmouths at the bar, going in full ghetto mode MF, F and GD every other word. Didn't matter there were family people there. The bar tender said nothing. The burger was prepared good just as I asked , had a good taste but was actually cold. Same for my fries, almost as if they had been in fridge. I never saw the waitress but in passing til she brought my check, and then only as she walked by. To her credit she did walk by again as I was leaving and smiled when I put a tip on the table. I won't recommend it, and I'll not go back. Hardee's next door has the beer cheese burger it's less money, cooked while you wait, and I've not yet wanted to punch some drunk for cursing. read more

I'm not going to a Ruby Tuesday's for amazing food and service. It's usually just an easy stop on a long road trip. This particular restaurant was surprisingly awesome. All the staff is incredible nice. Like pod person, brainwashed nice. The food was good and everything was clean. I was thoroughly impressed. read more

Sliders were ordered well done. They were hard on the outside and rare on the inside. The broccoli in the broccoli cheddar soup was hard.

We had a good experience...they accepted our coupon without any hassle. Our food was GREAT, it was hot but it didn't sit around in the hot window and get stale.The server, Kirste, was very friendly and timely with drinks and food delivery. The only complaint we have is the ridiculous portion control they put on sauces! They only give you the tiny ramekin of ketchup for a full plate of fries! So annoying! My wife and usually like Ruby Tuesdays, this was an exception. We got there just after it opened for the day, we had to wait for the hostess to get up front to seat us and then waited 15 minutes for a server. As we were getting up to walk out and go elsewhere a server finally spotted us and convinced us to stay. We both ordered hamburgers, they were very over cooked, we had asked for medium. They did comp one of the burgers, no consolation as with the problems they should have comped the meal. read more

This restaurant is a regular date night spot for hubby and I, once in a while they mess up my steak (I am very picky) BUT they always fix it, I have never had any issues or bad service. read more

We came in on vacation on a whim and were truly awed and inspired by our server, jacob. He crafted a memorable experience for all 4 of us. His knowledge and passion for the juicy tender ribs and the Succulent turkey burger is unparralled. Jacob is an asset to the company and will be sorely missed should he move on. Totally agree. I read the other review and thought "Well, maybe that was just one bad experience". Not the case, dirty glasses (had to to ask for a paper cup), waited ten mins for my beverage, had to go to the bar to get my own silverware, and it was dirty as well. The waiter told us it was because of well water. Waited 5 mins to get my receipt. There three other customers in there at the same time complaining about glasses as well, so it wasn't just us! One person had the glass break in his hand! They said it was hot glass from dishwasher and they added ice too quick. I never saw the manager! They even charged him full price! Horrible!!! Ordered steak medium rare and received it with blood running out of it. Sent it back and received "new" one on same plate with same potatoes and broccoli that had bites eaten from. the whole plate was put in broiler or microwave. the server gave me a rubber mitten so I could handle the extremely hot plate with. If I gave that service to my customers, I would be FIRED!!! When I tried to pay my bill, the prices changed back to non-happy hour prices for apps and beers. It had been a long time since I had eaten at a Ruby Tuesday...today's experience has not drawn me back. We had a party of 4. When I entered the restsurant no one was at the hostess station, the employee who brushed by me with a broom in her hand did not even acknowledge I was standing there. The host who seated us was warm and friendly. Our waitress showed up promptly to take our drink order. Unfortunately after this she was not very attentive at all... One member of our party ordered a steak rare, the steak came out well done...it took a long time to get her attention to send it back. I ordered a cheeseburger. My fries tasted as though they were fried in old oil and I asked for ketchup twice! Finally got it about 20 mins later. The rest of the food was average at best. The manager did come around and address the steak issue. She took it off of our bill and had the kitchen prepare another one. Our waitress failed to bring sugar for the coffee, we had to ask a neighboring table for it...service was poor and food was subpar... read more

This was Ruby Tuesdays in BIG RAPIDS MI. We had reservations and seated in an aisle, constantly staff and people going to salad had to squeeze by us. When the meal came, i complained the taste of shrimp was bad.. real bad. Was asked if I wanted to order them on a stick, no i wanted fried shrimp. What was she suppose to do about it?? she asked. I said I would like my fried shrimp fried right.. Not only did i never get anymore shrimp i had to call her attention to refill the iced tea.. 3rd time she did. Others also complained about the shrimp and nothing was done. Bill came and nothing was taken off it.. mind you I did not eat the shrimp! She asked if i was ready to pay and said no send a manager over. He did take $5 off my bill. The steak had no taste, like it was soaked in water, I ate that and that and didn't complain because I was starving.. never again and that was my first time. read more

My wife and I usually like the chain, but the service was slow and inattentive, and the dishes, glassware, and silverware were all filthy. When we brought it to the attention of the waitress, she brought replacements that were just as bad. read more

It has been several years since I went to Ruby Tuesday. This particular restaurant reminded me why it has been so long. The salad bar was OK. It was a typical RT salad bar with basic items. I ordered the turkey burger and baked potato. The server finally came back to my table and apologized for the long wait and informed me that the turkey was frozen and was taking a long time to cook on the grill. Well, that left an appetizing picture in my head of frozen turkey patty on the grill. It was evident that they took the baked potato off the heat while the frozen turkey was defrosting on the grill, because it was so cold that it wouldn't melt the butter. I had to eat a cookie when I returned to my car to get the taste of cold potato and defrosted turkey out of my mouth. Oh, I almost forgot - the place was filthy. The last time the salt shaker was washed was when it was made at the salt shaker factory. read more
