My wife and I love a Ruby T! We travel in our RV and always stop at one. We have been in Fayetteville for a bit and we have been to the Ruby's around here. We like them all and happy that they still have the Salad Bar. It always looks good but we don't get it, we usually get an appetizer and some drinks. But I am always eye'ing up that bar in hopes it never goes away. The music is good, other customers that are at the bar are pretty cool and the service is on point. I'll park my RV at a Ruby and stay for an extra day if they'll allow it. I did once in SC only because it was such a great crowd, service was wonderful, the steak was really good and I had too much to drink. I'll never forget that evening. My name is Michael D. Today I took my family to the Ruby Tuesday to eat. I ordered the T-Bone steak. I'm not one to complain but... the steak arrived late. It was over cooked. I am unfortunately missing my left arm. I could not hold the steak and cut it as it was too tough (from being late and over cooked). I asked the waitress for a "rocker knife". She said they didn't have one. The ADA laws say they should have one on premises. I was embarrassed because I had to have my mother cut up my steak. Ruby Tuesday is reinvented itself. I eat there almost weekly and take home 2-3 entrees. They update their menu often and they have a GENEROUS point system for Free food, along with daily specials, such as $6.99 sandwiches with one side on Tuesdays. U can't beat that. The food is good, especially the deconstructed kabobs for $13.99, ribeye steak for $9.99, and the carrot cake big enough for 3 people!! I wholeheartedly recommend it, esp if you eat out often and want good food for a reasonable price. Watch out for Sunday lunchtime crowd. It's extremely busy. Wonderful service, great food, very clean. We enjoyed the wait staff, who did everything they could to make our visit special. We visited on Mother's Day and expected a long wait, but we got right in. The staff was exceptionally helpful with my sister, who is a special needs adult (Down syndrome). Food was just ok..nothing I would order again...had a party of 14...one sever ...two of us did not receive food until after the other 12 were almost completely finished eating...the food delivered to me was not even what I had ordered ...took over 30 min for the server to complete our check out process....even had to ask for manager to come assist...while trying to get our checks paid, our server went to another table that had come in after us and checked them out...when I asked about it the server got offensive....I mentioned I would never eat here again to which she replied...I don't care..I don't own Ruby Tuesday...that's not any type of customer service in my book...I teach customer service all day long for a living and today we received none....the food was not good enough to make me want to come back to Ruby Tuesday ever again with a poor example of customer service like we had today..we were in the restaurant over two hours ..majority spent waiting for food and waiting to pay out...my recommendation .stay away from this Ruby Tuesday . It was 630p on a Sunday evening and the restaurant wasn't too packed... there were empty booths but the hostess can't seat us due to COVID and probably short staffed. It was a 10-15 min wait. Food is comparable to TGIF and other chain restaurants. The grilled salmon/fries were more salty. The ribs were OK. I had an enjoyable visit to this location during my visit to Fayetteville. In the midst of shopping for our family traditional Easter egg hunt & dinner-we got hungry & Ruby Tuesday was the choice! My dry rub ribs were room temperature and soggy. The Loaded Grits were very dry, almost like a sand consistency, and cold enough that even mixing them failed to melt cheese or butter. I was very disappointed in this order. I ordered delivery by DoorDash and have to say the delivery service was great. The food however was horrible. I ordered a full rack of ribs with loaded fries and corn. All of the food came jumbled up together in one container. This means my fries were soggy on the bottom from corn juice. The top of the fries were soggy from what appeared to be and tasted like cheese whiz. Flavor was gross. Because it was all dumped in a container together my ribs had cheese on them. Barbecue ribs and cheese do not go together. The corn I ordered was described as buttered corn, but there wasn't any butter flavor to it. Before Covid, my husband and I used to eat at this restaurant every week and were always satisfied. I hate to see that it has gone downhill so badly. I will not eat here again. Disgusting! read more

It kinda reminds me of TGI Friday's, maybe because of the similar names, but also the decor. For some reason, it's got more of a wholesome family feel compared to TGIF. Maybe it's the subliminal message that Tuesday gives you compared to Friday. I had the pot pie, which was presented on a rectangular plate with mini tomotoes cut in half on the side. The pot pie had a non-traditional square shape with a light, flakey crust. The peas and carrots were fresh, as were the rest of the ingredients. I chose to get the salad bar with my meal, but you can also get a house or ceasar salad brought to you. I must come back to try the desserts. There was a pic of this round double chocolate cake that had a pool of melted chocolate oozing from the top, surrounded by ice cream and a strawberry. I truly enjoy Ruby Tuesdays on Owen Drive in Fayetteville NC. I've be coming here for about 18yrs. Yes, every once in blue moon I've gotten food that wasn't right, but very few times. This is one of my favorite places to get a salad bar. This experience was terrible. The salad bar needed refilling when we arrived around 7pm. I had to ask for fresh items. It took about 3-5 minutes before someone came out to replace the lettuce. The entree was decent. We came in on a Tuesday night and kids eat free. We had two paying adults and when we left we noticed the waitress had charged us for the two kids. We asked for a refund and were told "I thought you wanted to pay for them". Who wants to pay for a meal that is supposed to be free? They refused to give us our refund or tip money back. After the payment posted to the bank, the tip had also been increased. This place is shady. Make sure you check your itemized receipt before paying. read more

One of the reasons i give them 4 stars is because the food is good, but the waiter and waitress staff is a little on the slow side. Took my kids there for dinner while i was in the middle of moving from another state. 1. Don't mess with my vegetables. I typically love the salad bar at RT and it's the only reason I go there - I mean, what's not to like? Fresh veggies, nuts, beans, etc. Welp, this one was no bueno. I could tell a lot of the veggies had been frozen and were not fresh. 2. Didn't have any plastic silverware for to-go orders. Eating salad with hands? No thanks. 3. Would it kill them to wash the floors? This is like the third RT that I have actually had to make an effort to lift my shoe from the floor it was stuck to.
