My husband & I enjoyed our meals here. I got the Chicken 'Bella meal with the grilled zucchini & salad bar. Everything was tasty & I loved the Parmesan cream sauce that my chicken dish was smothered in. Also, the big serving size of artichoke I received was impressive as a lot of places are stingy with artichokes. The plating of my meal wasn't the best but it is what it is. My husband got the Bacon Cheeseburger meal with fries & had no complaints. Our only issue with everything was that our food took much longer to get to us than it should've. To the point where the waitress was coming out to apologize for it & offering explanations as to why it was taking so long. They had a large party come in right before us so we were understanding. Don't waste your time and order here. Flies everywhere. Waitress at the bar barely even check to make sure I was good. The cooks in the back don't even wear nets for there beards and that is very unsanitary. I order my food for my family to go and majority of my boxes the food portions was inaccurate. read more

This is our first time having lunch here. Upon walking in, I was a bit grossed out that the salad bar was about three feet from the entrance. Just not appetizing to think that all the salad ingredients are exposed to god knows what sorts of elements. We were greeted and promptly sat. Our server Deshaw was very sweet and gave us solid service. After ordering she brought out a plate of complimentary herbed biscuits. Theses biscuits were NOT good!! They were salty and too buttery. When our food arrived presentation was nice. My husband had the bourbon glazed grilled chicken with mash potatoes and I had the bourbon glazed salmon with zucchini. With the exception of our side items the chicken and tasted exactly the same. No doubt that the drenching of bourbon glaze on both items was to blame. Overall our meal was okay. Football is back and invited a couple of friends for wings . Ordered wings and spinach dip from RT close to house. Ordered wings with no sauce on them and hot sauce on the side. Got home and the wings were soaked in sauce and a soggy mess. My wife said they where the worse that she had ever had. They ended up in the trash. If you're looking for wings try Logan's or make them yourself, either will be better than here. read more

I took my little brother to eat tonight after a fun day at the trampoline park. We love this restaurant. The Owen drive location. My brother is a picky eater but loves salads. The salad bar for him was amazing. I got the 9.99 steak special and it was delicious. Our server Jordan was wonderful, the managers came to check on us, everyone seemed like they were really loving their jobs. I will definitely come back soon. read more

My father and i ordered the dinner for two. It took 27 minutes to get our drinks (ice tea and coffee). I sipped my tea due to no one came to refill. We ordered our main course which took 47 minutes to arrive. At this time I ordered the dessert seeing how slow things were. Around 30 min later the waitress came back and said sorry we were out of the dessert you ordered. At this point I just wanted to leave. We were charge full price, waitress said kitchen was backed up, another waiter said mgr. had our waitress doing other tasks. I was the worst serve I have ever had at this location. read more

Haven't been to Ruby Tuesday in forever. They just didn't have anything I wanted that I couldn't get somewhere else and somewhere else would have something for everyone (usually at least one granddaughter). But, I got coupons in the mail. Also, I had seen a couple of commercials on TV that looked good. So we went for lunch. They weren't too busy. There were a couple of large groups and three or four tables of just couples. We got seated right away. Waited about five minutes for our server to bring menus and take our drink orders. Then another 10 minutes to return to take our orders. Of course, my granddaughter decided on cheese fries. Described as having creamy queso cheese sauce and grated cheese on top of the fries along with crisp bacon bits. I got the sampler platter - fried mozzarella with marinara dip, cheese fries with ranch dip, their "new" chicken tenders and their new Thai spring rolls with Thai dipping sauce. Then... we waited...and waited. And waited...fifteen minutes. For essentially, two appetizers. Hate to think of how long a full meal would take. Bur, our server bring out our order. Granddaughter declares the cheese fries a success, although I couldn't determine where the queso was. And they were a little dried out. My platter... for advertizing the chicken tenders as something "new", I would think they would be especially careful to make sure the came out PERFECT. Mine tasted a little bland and spent a couple minutes to long in the fryer. But those Thai Spring Rolls... they made me a believer! I wish I had just gotten a platter of those things. They are crisp, spicy, filled with good stuff and they come with this espicy sweet and sour dipping sauce that is really good. I would suggest that they forego the honey mustard sauce the serve for the chicken and just give that Thai dipping sauce. YUM-DIGGITY! Went right at lunch time and the place was empty, not sure if that was a sign that the place sucked or just the location. Just finished eating with a party of 8 and the food was great. My steak was cooked perfect and the salad bar was fresh! Everyone enjoyed their meal. Waitress could have been a little more vocal without prompting that the salad bar can replace 1 of the 2 side choices but that about it as far as complaints go. It was a Saturday night we visited for dinner before taking the kids to see Disney on Ice at the Crown Complex. We had visited before so we came through again because it was familiar and we are not from Fayetteville. We placed our drink order and my oldest child asked for peach tea, everyone received their drink but it was an additional 10 Minutes before her drink arrived. We placed our food order immediately as we needed to have time to get to the show with good timing for Check in. Our food came more than 30 Minutes later and our menu items were as follows, Cajun ribeye (which my husband described tasted like cooked liver) and garlic mashed potatoes; bacon cheeseburger with fries, half rack bbq ribs with rice pilaf and zucchini; Mac and cheese and popcorn shrimp with fries. Food seemed okay in temperature not very hot as I'd prefer considering how long it took to come out but we ate and paid the check to leave as soon as we could, our server was really nice. The next morning my kid that ate the popcorn shrimp was complaining of cramps and stomach pains and was ill the whole Sunday vomiting and continued on to Monday missing school, we could only imagine it was the shrimp as that was the only meal she at different from the rest of the family all day and she was ill the very next morning. Something went wrong in the kitchen with cross contamination or sickness. We live too far for me to go to the restaurant to file a complaint as we are from Camp Lejeune. Ordered through grub hub late last night. It came promptly and the time as promised. My sweet potato & broccoli were delicious! I settled for sirloin I wanted filet but it wasn't an option. I made another attempt but it was my last. I ate at a Ruby Tuesday location 5 years ago and ended up getting sick before even leaving the restaurant. (The manager offered to redo order, I declined, he removed it from check). The meal tasted of industrial cleaner. Fast forward 5 years and as I said I was gonna try it again. The wife said why here you said you dont like RT. I said I'll try one more time. I should have listened to her. From start to finish was pathetic to say the least. We walked in and waited about 5 minutes to be seated in a restaurant with only 6 tables of customers. We placed our order and added the salad bar. First the salad, I went up to the salad bar and grabbed the tongs and started moving the lettuce around because it was turning in color and was trying to find good lettuce. Upon further digging I found that the discolored lettuce had old wet slimy lettuce underneath. It was gross. The lady behind me asked the salad guy to bring out better lettuce and he did. (That lettuce should have never been placed out for serving). Getting some better looking lettuce I attempt the salad again. It tasted just like the smell of industrial cleaner, the same as the last experience where I got sick. I ordered Pibb with my meal and after emptying my cup I waited 10 minutes for the waitress to come back to the table, she then took my cup and gave me a refill. Our waitress was I guess the bartender too (we were not seated at the bar) because she fixed drinks for others. After about 10 minutes of being there a man walked in and sat at the bar. Our waitress gave all of her attention to this man, neglecting everyone else. She was at the bar talking to a man the entire time we were their. I later found out the man was her dad she called him in to check out her car. We both ordered the 3 sliders plate. She broke away from her dad and brought our entrees. Another order came out about the same time as ours for another table and different waitress. That waitress went back to the food counter and asked to refire a steak because customer said it was burned. Soon after I picked up a slider and said this doesn't taste right. I removed the bread and sure enough burger was burned. I checked the other two of mine and my wife checked hers and they were all burned. Again I empty my cup and await a refill. We were so frustrated when she finally broke away from her dad to check on her paying customers that we wanted our check. She said you want a refill, I said no I waited long enough and am ready to go. I then told her that the burgers were burned. She asked if I wanted a refire. I said no. (I never do refires because I do not trust the cooks). So she took my sliders off the check but left the wifes even though they were as burned as mine were. We paid the check and left. I told the wife never again, the food is just awful, tasting like industrial cleaner smells. The service was just as bad and the overall experience was abysmal. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. We love this location. This weekend was the Kentucky Derby and we could not have been happier. The staff was more then willing to switch the TV for us. Rochelle the Bar Tender made a wonderful Mint Julep and she was attentive. I food was great, fresh, hot and very tasty. We went to this one because we were already in the area (we live by the one on Skibo) and I wish we had made the drive to Skibo. First and foremost, hostess was obviously new which isn't a bad thing but she was NOT trained properly at all. We had me, my husband and our son who is 19 months old. He has to sit in a high chair, and before we got a chance to tell the hostess she grabbed a booster seat assuming my son was big enough to sit in it (he's a big boy but not mature enough to sit stably in one) so she said shed have to get us a table rather than a booth. She abandoned us at the table and went back to the front! Hello! Maybe inform us before you ditch us??? So we make our way awkwardly back to the front, and she sat 4 other parties before even looking for a table for us (seriously??) then when we finally get a table, it's dirty and she throws the menus on the table and ditches us again. Pissed off, I go back to the front and demand the manager. When we explain the situation to the manager, she basically asked us "hat do you want me to do about it?" I politely told her you suck and we left, hungry and mad. Seriously, don't go to this one. The one on Skibo has better service and better food. Do not know why they keep this one open. They keep downsizing the salad bar and taking selections off so there is very little to choose from. I like more than just lettuce in my salad! The young waitress seemed to be very timid and we had to ask her to speak up so we could hear her. She must have been new, as she had to ask someone else for the answers we needed. And then she got the order mixed up. Had to ask for biscuits after 15 minutes of being seated and having gotten our 'salad' (if you want to call a plate of lettuce that). Burger was undercooked so it went back. Drinks went empty cuz waitress forgot to refill our glasses. It just seems everytime we give this place a chance to redeem itself--it keeps failing. I have never had a good experience here, and that is sad cuz I used to love to eat at Ruby Tuesdays! I've not been to this particular restaurant in some time, and for very good reasons. I work nearby, and everytime I went the service was VERY lacking. I was with a small group and my order came out 15 min after everyone else's food, so I was starting while they were finishing. Plus, I had to shovel it down so I wouldn't be late returning to work. Another time they messed up my order not just once, but twice! Again, I was forced to eat too fast so as not to be late. The final straw was going there for dinner and got pretty much the same treatment, lousy service and my chicken sandwich was so overcooked that it was like trying to bite into a block of rubber. I took my daughter to lunch at Ruby Tuesday on Owen Drive between 12:00 and 1:15 on August 18, 2016. I got a take out box, but forgot it and returned a few minutes. When I went back in, they had thrown my boxed food away. If a customer leaves something on the table, it should be safe to think they may return in a window of 5 to 10 minutes. All I got when I asked about it was a stupid / unconcerned look from the manager. She never said anything . A girl at the door spoke to me while the manager stood only three or four feet away. Just had a pretty bad experience there for lunch today, 10/2/2014. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Avocado sandwich with fries. The sandwich was delicious. The fries not so much; the black, burnt fries on my plate were not appealing at all. My co-worker ordered the Low Country Shrimp and Grits. The grits were hard and matted together. It looked more like war material than food. She had her order sent back to the kitchen to be corrected. After a 10 minute wait the order was returned with the same or similar dry, clumped up grits. My co-worker requested to speak with a manager. The manager came over and stated that since she is not from the area, she doesn't know what grits is supposed to look like. She also stated that if you don't want it, don't eat it. What a kick in the face. No wonder our experience was bad, look who is in charge.
