The honey mustard was super runny and the service was crazy slow and there was hardly anybody in the restaurant. Our server came to the table and just asked if we were ready to order never asked for our drinks first and never came to check on us after she placed the food down other then to say I've never seen anyone put pepper on there ketchup before. The burgers Pattie's were crazy small and little bland hardly any flavor. Probably will not be returning. The door lock on one of the stalls won't even lock. Our server Michelle even sat over us while we were paying like she did all her other tables I guess to make sure she gets her 20% tip. When the hostess, Maria returned to seat us there where at least 15 tables open she gestured toward a table directly beside a very loud table. I asked if there where any other tables available. What a weird experience! Our waitress was in no hurry for anything, except to chat with her regulars behind us. There were several times that we were waiting for her to ask a question or get something... We waited for the check for what seemed to be eternity. When I went to sign for it, I realized we had been overcharged. She disappeared, again. When she finally came back with it, she sat on me!!! Yes, sat on me.... in a booth made for one. Sliders were good along with the fries,wife had shrimp it was also good and we both had salad bar which was fresh and delicious. Friendly service all way around. Only issue I have with this location is the musty smell when you walk in the door. Should have stuck to the appetizers and cheap drinks. I realize that today is a holiday (Easter) and so I am therefore cutting the establishment some slack. And our combo appetizer platter was great - the cheese sticks, pretzels with queso, and spinach artichoke dip with tortilla chips were beautifully presented. Everything was hot and delicious. My waitress forgot the lemon for my water, after being asked twice. I let it go. This was after waiting quite some time to be noticed and our drink order taken, which I also let go. (Just call me Elsa. I don't like to make a fuss at a restaurant, that's a hard enough job and little things like that don't make or break a meal.) However, when our entrees arrived, I must admit I was a bit disappointed right away. Our plates were sloppily presented, with sauce sloshing all over my companion's sweet potato fries and asparagus. Her steak was, to use her eloquent phrasing, "shoe leather". Mine was much the same, although smothered with enough Asiago cheese to choke a goat, and not a peppercorn in sight. We had both specified medium/medium rare, so to be given a well-done steak was very disheartening. My hickory bourbon chicken breast saved the day, as it was both edible and properly cooked. Baked potato was unremarkable, grilled zucchini rather limp and squishy. And my worst choice of the day, even worse than ordering steak at a salad restaurant, was choosing the Coconut Mojito over something less expensive and inventive. Food is always fine, chain restaurant so you know what to expect. But rude service. To go order placed and I was told 15-20 minutes. We got there 20 minutes and through the to go speaker told to hold on. 15 minutes after that we hit button cause we thought they might have forgotten about us. This time we were told in a rude irritated tone just hold on, we'll be right with you. 10 minutes later some one came out Use your head, if you tell someone 15 minutes, then let them sit there for 40 minutes they may ring the button again. If you are under the age of 40 and don't order alcohol don't expect much service if any at all. My wife and I waited 20 minutes just to get a waiter to get us water. Once the waiter decided to show up he said absolutely nothing just stared at us. Then promptly kept pestering us about not ordering alcohol. It took another server to come over and refill our drinks and bring us our food. Once management was told about the waiter he leaned awkwardly on our table and made extremely awkward conversation. When you walk in the restaurant smells and not in a food is cooking good kind off way I don't know how to describe the smell but it's not inviting ..... was seat alone in a bar booth at about 4:15 in the afternoon. The drink was good but the queso was not warmed all the way through and tasted like it had been pour out of a jar in the grocery store. Great first time experience at this Ruby Tuesday in Gulf Breeze. Our waiter, John was extremely polite and friendly and service was on point. Food was prepared great as well. The fact that salad bar comes with some combos ensured I was sufficiently overfed as I like. I must say Ruby Tuesday chain has come a long way from just a few years back. Ate here today with my wife and enjoyed an excellent lunch. The salad bar is extensive with many healthy choices (and some not so healthy but very tasty). Me and my wife love ruby Tuesdays. But we do not get to enjoy it much due to my health and mobility issues. We were in for lunch last week and my wife could not get my wheelchair out and set up, the manager came out and got it out and set up. Even wheeled me in. This was beyond his job and even more so once we finished he came back out and got me back to our car and set up. I tried to tip him and he would not take the money. 7/20 around 8:30 The service took a bit to get started there was no wait but we waited for someone to sit us after each person said "be right with you." Manager looked right at us and didn't say a word or help. We sat next to the bar and our server never told us her name. My husband ordered the Crispy Shrimp platter it was good he loved it, the shrimp was cooked perfect and so were the fries. I got the soup and salad they didn't have crackers for the soup but it was still good. The salad bar was fully stocked and clean. It was delicious. Other than mold being over the desert menu I over looked it and got the Peach Melba Tart. It was very good! We both enjoyed it. Over all the food was fantastic! A+ to the cooks! SPOILED CLAM CHOWDER....I had the Clam chowder soup and the soup was spoiled. I complained to the waiter and she took the soup away and said she had notified the manager. The manager did not come to talk about the situation. The waiter brought the check and I notified her that I need to talk to the manager before I left. She went and got the manager. I told the manager that the clam chowder was spoiled and obviously had a high bacteria count. He said he had ask that the chowder to be removed. He was very defensive and act as if it was not a big deal to have served a customer with spoiled soup. He ask if the rest of the meal was ok and I told him it was. He said come back to see us and he walked away. Eating the spoiled soup was a terrible experience and the experience with the manager was even more disgusting. With his non caring attitude toward customers, I can see how this attitude would also result in serving spoiled food. read more

We moved to the area last year and have gone into the restaurant several times. We usually sit at the bar and we have had some excellent bartenders/servers in that time. Unfortunately there is one bartender that is very arrogant, snobbish and very nasty. I do not know her name, ( she is blonde and wears her hair in a pony tail and usually works the evening shift,) She has been rude to us and like we are old and senile people, For that reason I stay away from this restaurant.
