This review is only for the salad bar. Tonight we tried the endless salad bar and soup. Just the salad bar is $22. Salad bar + soup is $26 each. A little pricey in my opinion for what you get. The food gets a 3/5, but because we had such excellent service from Jack tonight, the overall rating is 4/5. The restaurant was full and it looked like they only had 3 servers. They were all were hustling, and like I said, Jack had amazing customer service. Shout out to that dude! I would have rather preferred to order a well made designated salad or other things on the menu. That's on me. Just trying new things with my vegetarian fiancé. As far as the soup. Tomato soup was the best, second was the broccoli cheddar, and sadly last place is the Portuguese bean soup. I like all these soups, but at this particular place that's my rating. We had such an amazing experience at Ruby Tuesday, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Ken Santana for truly exceptional service! From the moment we sat down, Ken went above and beyond with his attention to detail, making us feel welcomed, taken care of, and never rushed. He checked in at all the right times, made great recommendations, and had such a positive, genuine energy that really elevated our whole dining experience. Charmane ordered the Bourbon Salmon with broccoli, and it was absolutely delicious--perfectly cooked, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I had the Chicken Parmesan pasta, and it did not disappoint either--great portion, rich flavor, and cooked just right. What really stood out, though, was Ken. It's rare to come across someone who takes that much pride in their service. He made sure everything was perfect from start to finish, and it showed. Went around 2pm just after the lunch rush... Can't beat the salad bar... Love me some mac salad with my main course. They have one of my favorite appetizers from Canada called Poutine. We ordered the loco moco short ribs, mushroom & Swiss hamburger, mini pastrami sliders and fish sandwich. Although the loco moco short ribs were good, my friend didn't seem to enjoy it as much. My friend said the mushroom & Swiss hamburger was good. I don't care for pastrami but my husband said it was good and lots of pastrami for a mini slider. More than he expected. This is one of my favorite places to eat at because they have the salad bar which is unlimited. This was the first place I met my boyfriend so this is my spot to eat with him. Brings back a lot of memories. Food is pretty good. I always get the salad bar here. The workers always makes sure the salad bar is restocked. It usually comes with a dish. The cheeseburger sliders are good. I usually get full by the time I hit two plates of the salad bar. Ambiance is cute and there's a bar to have drinks. You can also order food as well. Unfortunately, I expected much more from breakfast at Ruby Tuesday. The eggs were so bland -- I suppose if you drown them in Tabasco or ketchup, you can give them some flavor. I honestly don't understand how an egg can have so little taste. The bacon was just gross. It tasted like it had been cooked in old, stale grease. The hash browns were good, though. And the biscuits were terrible. I don't even make biscuits, and I honestly think I could do a better job. If it weren't for my husband needing to eat before taking his medicine, I wouldn't have stopped here this morning. What a waste of money. Next time, I'll just stick with cheap McDonald's. We were asked if we prefer a table or booth because we had our granddaughter with us, and offered a highchair; she was fine in the stroller so we didn't take it. The service was fast and our food was brought out nice and hot.. The BLT breakfast sandwich came with hash browns which were buttery and perfectly crispy. The sandwich was huge! The bread was slightly sweet, the bacon was crispy and the eggs were fluffy.. really delicious! I have dined at Ruby's many times over the years. Every time was an amazing experience. The food is always on point and the service is phenomenal. Tonight was no different. My server, Jack, always makes me feel like I am a VIP customer. A very personable, charismatic young man that I have just grown so fond of. I love the decor and the relaxed atmosphere. Being in the middle of the mall seems like you wouldn't be able to get that but the way they set it up, you forget that you're in a shopping mall. We had an excellent experience here yesterday. My wife and I took a friend for her birthday and everything from the food to the service was great! Our server Felicity was friendly, efficient and very helpful. She did everything she could to make us feel welcome and well taken cared of. At her suggestion, I ordered the cheeseburger sliders that came with fries and the salad bar. The sliders were juicy and tasted great with not too much salt. My wife and our friend ordered the salmon and those were cooked just right, not to dry and not underdone. We will definitely be back here again. read more

The potatoes were small sizes so they gave two! And they were delish! Top Sirloin Combo: 8 oz top sirloin served with choice of two sides with half-rack of ribs $32.79. The two sides chosen were Ceasars salad and house salad. They both had pumpernickel shaped like croutons! That was different and good. The top sirloin, although requested medium rare, came out medium. We gave it a try. Delicious, tender, and flavorful! The half rack of ribs was meatier than expected and the mango bbq sauce was delicious! Well, it didn't have much mango taste but we love bbq sauce so it was all good. Both salads were fresh and crisp as well as it's toppings. Loco Moco: a local favorite, I had to try it here. One ground beef patty on a bed of white rice, then topped with two extra large over easy eggs and smothered with demi-glace! $18.29 So ono Ruby Tuesday said. And they were right! Gave those over easy eggs a nudge and they flowed down the half inch thick hamburger patty. We were here to celebrate a birthday! Two scoops vanilla ice cream with a choice of sauce, chocolate, strawberry or caramel chocolate. We chose the caramel chocolate sauce. When the sundae was brought, no singing or birthday candle but that's okay, my girl was shy. Our wait help would have sang but he wished my girl a happy birthday. The ice cream sundae was good! Very smooth, not too sweet and the slight drizzle of caramel chocolate was not over powering sweet either. Perfect combination. Our food was very good. Compliments to the chefs. The dishes were exactly to our tastes. We didn't have to wait long for our meals either. Our wait help John was polite, attentive and cordial. Always came with a smile, and answered our few questions patiently. Since Ruby Tuesday is in a mall, there is ample parking. Reservations are required for parties of ten and more. Our wait was 20 minutes. We waited just a little over 20 minutes. When a table was ready, they texted us. There are chairs to sit and wait just outside of the restaurant so very convenient. read more

Hubby and I came for lunch on a Sunday . It was around 11:30am, no wait time and we were quickly seated. We both chose the endless salad bar. My hubby got the add on with the soup. He said the tomato bisque was good, but a little sweet for his liking. The Portuguese soup was good, so he had 2 bowls of that. One suggestion I would make is to have a place to place the tongs for each item on the salad bar. The tongs have to get placed on the food, so there were some items I didn't take because the tongs were touching the food. Not sure how sanitary this is. My review of the lunch and dinner options still stand. However, I'm going to say something quite controversial--Ruby Tuesday probably has the best breakfast in Kāne'ohe. We consistently come here for their strawberry pancakes and their scrambler. Their pancakes are airy and crisp on the edges. The toppings are generous and well portioned, especially for the price. The veggie scrambler also excels on quality and value. It comes with one side and two biscuits, and the biscuits are just bomb. The fact that it's under $13 is incredible. A similar option just around the corner is $20, and you get less. Overall, there's a reason we come back for breakfast here. read more

It has been a while, but my parents wanted to eat here for a change. The staff is really great! Allowed us to choose our table and we wanted somewhere away from the other tables. I got the barbeque chicken and my parents got the roast pork. My dad said his portion was a little on the fatty side, but was good. Walked in on a Wednesday night around 6:15 without a reservation for a table for 4. We were able to get seated without having to wait. We ordered a classic sampler to share and we each got a burger. First thing that came out was the sampler, it came out hot, no complaints. Exactly what we expected, our waitress even offered us extra chips to finish off our dip. When we got to the restaurant a few minutes after 12pm on a Sunday. The restaurant was approximately 65-70% full. The host told us that there's a 15-20 minute wait time. There was only the two of us that was dining for lunch today. The host was really gracious and nice about letting us know if the wait. He took my cell number to be put on the waitlist. We got seated about 15 minutes later. Our waitress was really nice and looked like she was stretched thin due to noticing that they were short staffed on wait help today. The food we ordered came to us at a reasonable time was nice and hot. Our burgers were very tasty and delicious too. The fries were exceptionally good and hot. Our food wasn't waiting long to be served to us. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice. The only thing that I would complain was that the hallway going to the restrooms smelled like the inside of the restrooms. It's like the urinal smell was in the hallway. The smell wasn't too strong but noticeable. Our booth that we sat in while dining was approximately 12-15 feet away from the restroom hallway. She brought the drinks, which were a coke, fruit punch, coffee and a mango tea. She asked if we were ready to order, took our order and we waited at least 30 min for our food. Restaurant is kinda gloomy in there. We sat in a booth and the upholstery was cracked . Waitress didn't come to check in on us or give us an update on our food. I drank all my tea and was not offered a refill. Food came and it was cold. The hamburger sandwich with Swiss cheese was not even melted. The chicken quesadilla was good portions but cold. Food was not tasty. Waitress didn't ask if we needed anything else, didn't ask how things wee. I had to request for water. Very disappointed with service as well as food. read more

Waitress was nice although the overall service seemed slow. What bothered me was the 4% fee for using a credit card (cash option available) and the suggested tip being calculated after tax.
