    Thin Brisket, so delicious
    Gerald P.

Decided to try this Korean eatery as we've been to all the Korean restaurants in Kaneohe. Located in the Times Super Market shopping Center it's easier if you enter on Kam Hwy. You have to pass Domino's pizza , walking towards Jack in the box on Kam Hwy. Once here, you come to a spacious restaurant with tables & vent fans floating above each table. Yakiniku style table cooking is what you get here. You order up to four meat items @ a time and they bring various (banchan) side dishes & you cook the meats to the way you want . So delicious! It's all you can eat for $ 34.50 adults. You can other side dishes from the kitchen for an extra charge. We got greeted, & served by Elijah for the evening and was very please with his excellent customer service, he kept us filled with whatever dishes and condiments we needed. Excellent dinner& service! High recommend!

I was craving all you can eat yakiniku and thought that this was still Sikdorak. I decided to give this place a shot since I was so hungry. Our server was a sweet, friendly girl. We ordered our meats (brisket, jowl, and thin pork belly) and we were honestly disappointed. The meats were pretty fatty and tough. I was really disappointed with the quality. I would make the drive to go to a different AYCE restaurant.

My previous reviews are for when this establishment was Sikdorak II. Always loved this spot because it wasn't too busy and everything was great. However they have since renamed under Yakiniku Cho Dang and it's not the same. Stopped in not realizing the name change nor was it even updated on Yelp yet. The prices went up, understandable but the quality of food and service was disappointing. The poor experience and change in meat taste/quality significantly impacted our view of this spot and not planning on coming back.

Excellent Food, Great Service, Awesome Service . We enjoyed our dinner tonight and will definitely be coming back.

Came here for my husbands birthday he was craving Kbbq. The prices are very affordable and they give generous servings of the sides. We really enjoyed the meat selections and amble amount of sides. It is BYOB but they also have Pepsi products. The service was great. The wait staff was very attentive. Our choices were brought out smoothly. It was a weekday night so it wasn't very busy.

Aloha braddah Gavin! He held down the fort and served up a great experience at Yakiniku Cho Dang. People remembered this spot as the old SikDoRak location. The service was on point today. Took our order quickly and we got everything as requested. Food was prepared well and tasted good.

    Sikdorak!

I'm a townie, but love coming to the Kaneohe Sikdorak location. To start, they have many great meat options here. I love to order the thin pork belly, brisket, & honeycomb pork belly (they don't have this at the town location)! My boyfriend & I specifically come to this location so we can order the honeycomb pork belly. Service wise, the workers are efficient, but there can sometimes be a long wait if you go during their busy dinner hours. Ambiance wise, they usually play really good music (another reason why I love coming here) & it's pretty clean for the most part. If you're in the mood for AYCE KBBQ, I would definitely recommend you check out Sikdorak!

Soo I'm waiting, says it's open at 11am... But the restaurant is completely dark and no one is around.

First off, my husband and I decided to eat here recently because well WHY NOT. I wanted to Update my review, this is 2022! All you can eat for $29.00 the price definitely went up a lot, and they don't have a lunch price anymore, cause for my husband and I we were charged $60 something for the both of us ONLY for the all you can eat. It was exactly 11am, (the time the restaurant says it's going to open) on yelp the hours were 11am, the man inside said they were opening at 11am.... Funny story, it was 11am when we arrived! The restaurant was still closed, lights turned off, no employees in sight except for the man who told us they opened at 11? We ended up waiting for about 20 min until the other employees came to work... yeah late. Although the employees were super apologetic, we were still kinda confused about the whole situation, if your hours say 11. You should arrive to work a litter earlier right? Food: Don't get me wrong, the food is always delicious. They added a bunch of new items to the menu, garlic pork belly, garlic shrimp and a bunch of other seafood items. The water they gave us was warm, tasted a little funny. I noticed they don't give lettuce now, they charge $7.00 for lettuce, I'm not sure how much they give but for $7.00 better be a decent amount lol. Same sides, sprouts, shoyu potato, kimchi, and Mac salad. All in all, the restaurant itself is somewhat clean, the floors are SUPER greasy and slippery so be careful.

We waited for over twenty minutes for both plates and when we got home, the food was subpar. The cookery on the food felt as if it was rushed even though we waited twenty minutes for our food. It used to be a very clean and inviting restaurant for any patron to want to sit and dine in at yet that was not the case. Boxes and random things were all piled onto a table underneath the air conditioning unit. Tables were sticky and everything in this restaurant looks very dirty. Service: the customer service was great but very slow. Ambiance: the last time I was there was about 3 to 4 years ago. The a.c. was great, the lights we were on and the ventilation was working. The day that we went, the a c was on yet the ventilation was not working and you could see that it wasn't working due to how much smoke was accumulating inside of the restaurant. It's released on to say that this will probably be the last time that we buy food from here. We do always try our best to support small local businesses. No matter where we go on island yet, I have to say this will definitely be the last time that we buy anything from here due to the lack of love put into the food.

The food is consistently delicious, and the lunch special is where this place really shines. For around $30 per person, the all-you-can-eat option is an incredible value and one of the best lunch deals around. The service is decent--not exceptional, but good enough that it doesn't take away from the experience. The only downside for me is the dinner menu. While the food is still great, it gets pretty expensive, and at that price point I'd rather go somewhere I'm fully waited on instead of paying to cook my own meal. If you're thinking about trying Gyu-Kaku, I'd definitely recommend going for lunch. It's an awesome experience, the quality of the food is excellent, and the value is hard to beat.
