This place has OK service with terrible food. Poorly put together. My husband ordered the new orleans seafood platter and the fish came out RAW. Completely raw, cold on the inside and all. I guess there's a reason for the dim lights huh? I, myself had the single chicken parmesan platter and it was just as piss poor. The chicken was as thin as notebook paper, served with a handful of bland pasta with a scoop of marinara sauce on top. I tried the pasta and didn't even bother finishing. It tasted, well.. didn't taste like anything at all actually. Had a side of caesar salad, croutons were stale and old. So to make up for these issues we received a free dessert and let's just say I am glad it wasn't anything that I was paying for. Our server, Shannon, was very hospitable and had a pleasant personality. I ordered the Ribs and Shrimp with Caesar Salad & Baked potato. The lettuce in the salad was wilted. Shannon, took it back and the kitchen sent another salad with wilted lettuce. The ribs were dry and some were hard to chew, as if they had been sitting around for a while. The shrimp was tasty. My husband ordered steak and shrimp. The steak was average but the shrimp he enjoyed. His sides were broccoli and dirty rice. Broccoli seemed old , reheated and tasteless. This was one of the dirtiest most disgusting restaurants I have ever been to! We walked in at 5:15 and there was 1 customer at the bar and 1 table in the dining room. However, i counted 8 staff members hanging out and talking at the end of the bar. The host sat us and after 15 minutes of sitting there, I had to ask for a server. Our server came over and apologized and said she was not told she had a table. We ordered grilled chicken to go with our salad bar. Half the salad bar was fresh and half has clearly been out a long time. Our server dropped the chicken off at the table and never checked on us once. The chicken was extremely salty but we ate it anyway. I then made the mistake of using the ladies room. 1 stall was completely clogged, 1 had feces all over the seat and 1 had no toilet paper and urine on the seat. The smell was enough to make your stomach turn. There are greasy dirty hand prints all over the stall door and the mirror doesn't look like its been wiped in a year! Just praying we don't get sick because if the kitchen is anything like the bathroom we are in trouble!!!! We would have been better off at a fast food restaurant! My bacon cheeseburger was on point today. Shout to the cute cook. I don't like the fact that I've been calling to order and no one is picking up the phone. When I walked in today to order the excuse was somethings wrong with the phone. Per the manager?? Nothing is wrong with the phone when I witnessed 3 minutes later the other coworker turn the ringer down. The man near me at the bar said he had been calling also and noticed the phone was on low. I've already heard they were supposed to be shutting down so maybe that's why they feel they don't need the business but I'm gone need them to at least that the initiative to be professional and take care of the customers. I was pretty happy with my visit to this Ruby Tuesdays location. It was around 9pm on a Friday night and it was not busy at all. I was immediately greeted and seated upon entry into the restaurant. I ordered the shrimp fondue as an appetizer and some of the chips were stale as they were uncooked but the fondue itself was delicious. I also ordered a spiked strawberry lemonade with whiskey and the drink was pretty weak and watered down but it was only $5. For my entree I ordered the Hickory Bourbon BBQ burger with fries. Whole the wait for the entree was long the burger was delicious. Our waitress was very mind and accommodating during the visit. I will definitely return for another visit. This is a Ruby Tuesday. I expected to see wainscoting, dark-leather booths, and a full counter of salad accoutrements. My expectations were met. What I did not expect was to find was the inspiration behind this review: a truly incredible, mouthwatering spicy, crispy chicken sandwich. Yes, it was advertised as containing lettuce and tomato, and it did not. But I feel that is because the chef is an artist who knew better than to adulterate the perfect balance of spice, tang, and crisp achieved in this creation. I have never had a bad waitress. They are all good! Amber and Sierra is who we normally sit with. The chicken and broccoli pasta is also very good but for $15 a plate it should be! If you're looking for a place to have a meeting or go eat with business professionals, I'd recommend this place. My Boyfriend and I had a Dinner here last Tuesday , Service was Top notch , I was really looking forward to the dry rub ribs , they have always been my favorite, however this time they were dried out and had a light color , I am guessing they were left over from the night before. I have been in food service over 40 years ,can recognize fresh from warmed under a heat lamp. The rest of the food was good. The Men's bathroom was beyond disgusting, he said it smelled like the floor had been mopped in day old urine and was filthy. Employees generally do what they are trained to do. Mops should be bleached or sanitized at night after being used .you put a filthy mop in fresh water it literally stinks . This was my go to place. I decided to stop here for a quick bite to eat because I had not eaten all day and I had a taste for fish and vegetables. My server was very nice and she checked on me often to see if I was okay. There were no problems there. When my salad came to my table, I opened my napkin to get my eating utensils and found that they were not thoroughly cleaned. I reached over to the empty table next to me to grab utensils and when I exposed them from the Napkin, they too were not thoroughly cleaned with water marks on them. And I tried it again and to my astonishment, the third set of utensils were just like the first 2. So I asked for plastic utensils. The server apologized. So when my food arrived I was in somewhat in disbelief in the small portions of vegetables (zucchini). It looked as if there were maybe 8 zucchini slices. The salmon was cooked well and was flavorful. I think they need to hire dish washers to wash and properly dry the dishes and utensils. And they need to do better with with the vegetable portions. I went with my family to Ruby Tuesday for dinner last nite. Bad experience again. I ordered the bourbon salmon for $16. It was not worth it. Very very small portion. My wife is allergic to spicy food and we specifically said no spices at all on the grilled chicken. What did they do they brought her chicken with pepper all over it. Okay so in all fairness we decided to give it another shot on a Thursday at 1pm. Well 1st it took 30 minutes to get our mushroom chicken, and mine had hair in it!!my waitress was horrified and quickly removed it and had the cooks make A replacement one for me. While I was drinking it and talking to my brother I realized I had something crunchy in my mouth all of a sudden and spit out glass shards that had been in the bottom of my glass. We immediately Had Our Waitress locate her manager who came over and took the glass shards and got my personal information. Of course my meal ended up comped I unfortunately did swallow some glass shards, as well as having some pieces stuck in my gums,and had some bleeding . I highly recommend taking lots of fiber powder if you ever do swallow glass so it coats some of the shards and protects you as best as possible. I , in good conscience again highly recommend that you do not go to this location until they get their act together. My daughter and I had lunch there about a month ago and the food was good, the service was not. On Thursday evening my husband and I had dinner there. The salad bar is good, but about 6 of the bowls were empty or almost so. I have been offered a biscuit before the meal, and wasn't offered any at this time. I was served a brown, barely warm baked potato-the waitress did get me another. My husband and I both asked for butter on the side for the potatoes.
