Seasonal special. Scallops in butter sauce.

When in Milledgeville Ruby Tuesday is my ace in the hole for when I'm short on time and not exploring another "new to me" restaurant. The dining room is quiet and comfortable. There was a short wait to be seated because the host seemed to be wearing many hats and missed the queue building. They have several seasonal entrees and I chose the scallops which were very good, cooked well and a great choice. I think "shrinkflation" has affected the sides. The salad bar was great as always and well restocked, one of the many hats the host wears. It's been a reliable place and will continue to be.

    Definitely, not cooked Medium Well.

Update: Buffingtons has had a change of ownership and a bit of decor change. Andrew seated us…read morequickly and was very attentive throughout our meal. The menu is a skeleton of what it once was with a handful of our favorites now gone. (shrimp tempura appetizer, cheese curds, onion rings and the Philly is gone) -1. Burgers remained and I ordered the double smashed patty black and blue. I use to get their blue cheese burger before and it was good but I'll hand it to the chef. This burger was superior to what I received here in the past! They have changed the fries as well which is a blessing. We ordered one side of fries, because of past experiences, but these were very good. My wife got the patty melt and said it was very good as well although she misses the Philly. Overall a good experience and we will return. Hoping they consider bringing some things back if enough customers request.

Richard Martin was playing on stage and singing some Weezer, Oasis, Johnny Cash, Sublime, etc. We order a couple drinks, an appetizer and an entree to split. First off, the drinks were delicious and pretty. Good job! We went with the 3 appetizer sampler. I think it's called the Pecking Plate. We decided on the hummus with cucumber and naan, the onion rings and a Bavarian pretzel with cheese dip. 1. Hummus - Delicious!!!! Everything about it was excellent. 2. Onion Rings - they looked amazing, but they were VERY bland. 3. Bavarian Pretzel w/cheese - the pretzel had a hard top half and a soft bottom half, I'm not sure if it was how they heated it up, but it was weird. But, the cheese dip was excellent. In fact, we ended up dipping the onion rings into the cheese dip. For the main course we heard the burgers were very good so we went for a Shroom & Swiss Burger with a side of Chili Queso Fries. I was very hopeful for some outstanding fries!!! So, the burger was absolutely delicious. It was well seasoned, VERY juicy, toasted bun, good cheese and shrooms! The fries kinda missed the mark a bit. They were pretty old tasting fries, I think if they were fresher my final opinion would have been different. But the chili had good flavor. And it looks like the person dumping the cheese forgot his glasses. lol! Overall, I'll give the entire experience a 3 star. They had some high points and some low points.

Since I hadn't the opportunity to get here (DoorDash isn't contracted with PNC. And, when I was still driving, there were too many places to go to), it was, a last minute decision. And, I am certainly glad of it! Though, considering it was, 12:40 when we arrived, it wasn't very crowded. I think, being a Tuesday afternoon was the reason. Had it been the weekend, or after work, it would have been a different story. Now, I gotta admit, paying $13.00 for a Double Mushroom and Swiss Burger with natural cut Fries, is a bit high imo. BUT, considering I have had nothing to eat since finishing the meal at around 1:30. The burger was delicious, and satisfied my cravings for a M&S burger. The fries were good, but not very hot. And, not heavily salted. Service was excellent! And, the waitress was very nice and, attentive. Unfortunately, she didn't have knowledge of the alcohol content of their Draft and IPA beers (the names definitely sounded woohoo), I went with a Peach Margarita. Now, I asked for a Traditional one, but got it, On the Rocks, instead (not sure if she misunderstood me. Or, if PCB doesn't serve them). It was potentially good.

Mild Buffalo Wings Review:…read more Despite the smallish variable sizes, having minimal sauce (so, I whipped up a small batch; hot sauce, butter, white vinegar, and Worcestershire) of wing sauce), having only drumettes (no wing portions + not ordered this way), and, being reheated, the wings were tasty, and pretty tender. All for a decent price (12 drumettes, $15.89 through KNG Delivery), I think is cheaper than many other places. So, when I'm in the mood for wings, I'll keep these in mind, for sure. Had the size of the drumettes more consistent (some variation is expected. But, nearly double the size of a few of them???), I'd given 'em 5 Stars. But, alas, twas not to be.

Staff and bartenders were friendly. Inside was very cold with the ac blasting. Only thing the bathrooms upstairs and downstairs needed some attention. The Castellows and Eli Cain (opener) both stuck around to chat and take pictures after. Very fun spot for live music on a Friday night! Most of these pictures are before things got full but the place was jamming!
