I decided to give this place another try even after my poor experience last time. I ordered the salmon once again because I remember it being good last time. The atmosphere was a lot better this time around but turned out that my salmon was undercooked and I ended up with food poisoning. And I'm pregnant so obviously it was pretty bad. Then when I tried to call to advise them of their undercooked fish, no one would pick up the phone. I tried 6 times and no one ever picked up the phone. Will never go there again. Let me start with the positives: On a Friday evening we were able to get a table with no waiting Our server was friendly and polite Negatives: I got the Chicken Fresco with mashed potatoes and a Cesar salads. The food was bland. I could probably have made a better tasting meal at home. I was given green beans instead of the salad ( which was brought out when I mentioned it) The best thing I ate were the croutons on the salad. My husband got the pork chop. It was over cooked. We also had the Tai Phoon Shrimp. There was so much breading on it. It was more breading than shrimp. We left feeling underwhelmed and I was still hungry. Around 30 minutes after leaving my husband and I were both feeling ill from the meal. We will not be eating here again. I would not recommend it. Ordered to go here tonight. None of the four orders were correct. All were missing dipping sauces, some were missing ingredients (standard for order, nothing customized), our cheese sticks looked like a Jackson pollak painting. Our daughter ordered the wings - one of the celery sticks was rotten. How did that even make it pass the prep station??? Lastly, called the restaurant multiple times to talk with the manager about the bad order and could not get anyone to answer the phone!!! Husband said he saw this while waiting on our order as well. Staff was right by the phone and just ignored it. Don't waste your time or money. Will give the manager kudos, received a call from him this morning and he apologized for the meal & is refunding the check. He agreed there was no excuse for getting such a bad meal. This visit was terrible. I never review places, in fact I would say this is my first review, and yet wanted to take the time to write this since we waited almost 10 minutes after being sat to be greeted and get drinks ordered. After that we ordered our food and appetizers. It's been 45 minutes and we just recieved appetizers. A family eating their apps as we were seated just got their entrees. This to me is not a waiter issue, it's a mangement issue. read more

The last time I ate at this restaurant, has tainted my experience with any of the restaurants. We went in with the coupon and we even read the small print. We knew the exact expiration date, so we came in a couple days before. For whatever reason they would not except our coupon when we went to cash out. The food was less than desirable, and if I was a Little younger and sassy or I would've walked out as soon as I saw a couple of bugs on the salad bar! Recently, my family and I (and my son's friend) visited this restaurant. The food was plentiful and good. The service was fantastic as the wait staff was friendly, halpful, and efficient. The set up was fine and our party of 7 was accommodated nicely at a large round table for our convenience. The menu, as usual, provided a wide variety of tasty choices. It wasn't until I received our check that I regretted stopping at RT! I was shocked that 3 salad bars, 2 burger plates, 2 kids'meals, and 5 sodas resulted in a $76 bill ($90 including tip). For many folks, this high-dollar meal wouldn't be too big of a problem. For me, I won't go back; I certainly don't think our experience was worth the price...and our experience was good. I just felt the food, although good, was a little basic for the cost. For those with deeper pockets than I, more power to you as you go back and visit. read more

Casual dining with a salad bar. By now most people have been to a ruby Tuesday. It's never my first choice. Our most recent visit provided mediocre service with below average quality food. The big reason to go is their salad bar which is spotty at best. Many of the items are almost out and some are weird like dicing cucumbers. If your looking for casual fare there are better options nearby like Texas Roadhouse or longhorn. read more

I've eaten here twice and amazing both times. Their salad bar is always stocked with fresh pasta salads and plenty of topping for a garden salad. And I LOVE their turkey burgers. Soooo good. The fries are always hot and crispy. Burger is cooked to perfection, and the bun, mmmm. I love it. Servers there are super nice, and the manger is great. I am solely basing this review on our take out experience New Years Eve. Ordered online at 5:15 and requested a pick up at 6:00. Arrived to a complete fiasco. Not ready, no idea when, frantic people packing up food for the many orders they received. Hello! It's New Years Eve,,, all hands on deck. But what really aggravated the whole experience was a young, inexperienced bar tender with zero hustle, zero customer focus and obviously very little training. My sister sat at the bar waiting for 45 minutes before anyone could even tell her our food was being prepped, no water, no offer or attention, just poor planning and disjointed execution. We recently stopped at this Ruby Tuesday on our way to PA. There is not too much you can say about these types of Restaurants, they have their concept and you know what you are getting when you walk in. What you don't know is who will be helping you while you are there. The restaurant closes at 10pm and we arrived at 9:35 and there was not another person there, not one. So instantly I thought we might be turned away and like most people who have been driving all day and have just arrived at a hotel we were hungry and were hoping to not be left with only fast food. I asked the Hostess if we were too late and she smiled and said we had plenty of time. Phew! We were happy. Then Andrew came over and we told him we would order fast and he said again we didn't have to rush. That made us feel relaxed and happy after being in the car all day it was nice to not feel rushed. Anyway, long story short, Andrew was awesome and we were grateful he was there to help us even though he didn't think he was doing anything special. He is just a nice guy. The food was good, so thanks to the kitchen guys for preparing everything properly even though it was close to closing time. read more

Very nice service and employees. We loved our server. They have a good menu and a nice salad bar. Drink menu was great. I ordered the mango tea and it was delicious but they also had several other fruit options you could add to tea or lemonade. The sangrias looked delicious and there were several other options available. Service and seating were fast. Would return here. read more

My husband and I have been here several other times. We were here for lunch today, we were greeted and seated right away. The server was very friendly. We chose just to get the salad bar. They have made changes to the options, different greens and added toppings and different dressings. The pasta and potato salads were not very good this time. They also increased the price from 6.99 to 9.99 a person. The salad was good but we probably won't be coming back for a 9.99 salad we make ourself and have to leave a tip for. We were a party of three and were met with indifference and seated, by request, at a table (personally I despise booths). Our waiter eventually appeared to take our drink order and failed to recognize that two of our party of three did not want Ice in our drinks. DELAY: DELAY: DELAY! Finally the waiter took our order and disappeared for 18 minutes only to re-appear to explain nothing about our food delay but with 3 complimentary sodas....again with ice. Delay: Delay: Delay! I was standing to leave when the food (cold) arrived and my companions insisted that we stay. Our meals were over-cooked and stale with the chicken cooked in VERY OLD OIL. I've worked in and owned food service establishments and carelessness coupled with poor management, food and service is unacceptable. My wife loves Ruby Tuesday. We decided to stop at the Rock Hill SC Ruby Tuesday the day before yesterday for lunch with family. That was a big mistake! The waiter brought out our drinks and spilled all of our drinks all over everyone at the table. There was an extremely poor attempt by who I believe was the manager or assistant manager to move us (black family) to another table, which another hostess attempted to seat another family (white family) at while we were standing there, so we were moved to yet another table. I don't like to accuse any establishment of being culturally insensitive or borderline racist, but not much else was done to make any of us feel like remaining there to eat. We left and we'll likely never return. We instead ate at O'Charley's and received excellent service from a waitresses there. read more

Two of us went to Ruby Tuesday's on Saturday the 9th. The restaurant was busy with a short waiting list. We went there because my friend likes the dry rub ribs. We sat at the bar to wait for a seat. I asked for a top shelf gin martini, up, and with a lemon twist. I got my martini on the rocks which didn't bother me much. However, as I watched, the bartender took a slice of lemon, peeled the "twist" off the slice of lemon, threw it in the trash as he put the pulp in the drink. I brought this to his attention nicely. The bartender said, "Sorry bout that" and walked off. Before I could reply, we were called to our seats. Half of the seats at the bar were empty. My friend had the ribs, and they were perfect. I had one of the ribs, and I agreed with him. However my dinner was not what I expected. I ordered the Bourbon BBQ Pork Chop. The plate looked perfect when it arrived. However, one taste of the pork chop convinced me that the chef was VERY heavy handed with the cayenne pepper. WOW was it hot. All I could taste was HOT BBQ sauce - there was no pork flavor at all. I am glad that I like hot food, or I would have sent it back to the kitchen. The green beans were fine as well as the mashed potatoes. If a restaurant is going to serve food this spicy hot, it should be noted in the menu as a warning to customers. I would have given it three chili peppers - maybe four! Our waiter was attentive without hovering over us. He did his job well. I tipped him well for this service and not on the quality of the drink or the dinner. read more
