The owner and his wife are always extremely nice and helpful anytime I want to change up and try something different. When I said that was illegal to do she said than don't come back again which I have no intention in doing. I'm sure this is not an isolated issue so please pay attention to the prices very carefully. I recently visited Ruby's Shake Shop for the first time, and unfortunately, it didn't quite meet my expectations. I ordered the chicken sandwich, but I found it lacking in flavor and not very tasty. I also tried the orange shake, but it didn't have any noticeable orange flavor, which was disappointing. Additionally, I felt the prices were a bit too high for the portion sizes they offered. That said, the staff was very friendly, and the general manager greeted me with a warm smile, which I really appreciated. While my experience wasn't perfect, I hope they take the feedback to improve their offerings. I'm open to trying something different from the menu in the future and hope to have a better experience next time. read more

Food: Ruby's Shake Shop offers good, basic chain food that hits the spot. The portions are pretty big! What really shines here are the shake flavors, they have a great variety. Ambiance: The space is small, but nice. Parking can also be a bit tricky, especially during busy hours, which can be frustrating. Service: The service is excellent. Threw me off for sure. Anyway, the burger was kinda average. Not bad, but rather plain, and the lettuce tasted kinda old or overly wet. The fries were good. Well cooked with good texture and seasoning. Combined with the ranch, they were very pleasant to enjoy! The milkshake however was Easily the star of the show here! I know it's hard to mess up something like that, but even still, it was absolutely delicious! Overall, while I was disappointed with my burger, the rest of it was good enough to save it from a negative review! I'll definitely go back again for a milkshake sometime, and probably some fries again too! Though I don't think I'll be getting their burgers again.
