Hubby made a bunch of calls, but received inaccurate information from Rheem (spoke to three different CSR's- two were good, one was passing along the wrong information!). Apparently, the six year warranty only exists if you use the original installer- that was the final thing we learned, from the 3rd Rheem CSR. We purchased our home in 2021, but the water heater was purchased by the previous owner in 2020. Warranties on Rheem water heaters do not transfer over. So, this is a Consumer Buyer Beware warning, to you all. It is so important to know the Warranty on everything that you buy nowadays due to Inflation and Tarriffs (recently ruled "illegal" by a Federal Judge). Hubby and our Plumber unhooked the broken unit to turn it into the Flamingo/Fort Apache one, however, it turned out to be the wrong location, Pro Desk; instead got referred to the one across from Springs Preserve, which closed at 5 pm (across town, not in the same neighborhood, BTW). Hubby calls that one, the following day, thursday, they say, "We do not deal with Residential, only Commercial." It is a good thing he called before actually just heading over there, only to waste more time. And finally, hubby called Rheem a third time. This was extremely frustrating. The difference in customer service is good information versus bad information. This is the purpose of reviews to outline the good, the bad, & the ugly. And it gives companies a chance to improve. So, we had to purchase a new one, but the Flamingo/Fort Apache one didn't have the one that we needed, in stock. So hubby and our Plumber came to this location, The Arroyo Market Square location- Rainbow/ 215. And this one had it in stock. $1483 for a new Rheem water heater. Thursday morning we had hot water again. But, man, what a run-around this was, for hubby and our Plumber. Our licensed contractor handyman is the best! Four separate reviews were written on this experience.

Lots of pumpkins everywhere you can buy. Lots of photo opportunities also. They also sell food, snacks, and drinks like at fair. The price did go up, $1.50/ticket or $29/20 tickets for the rides. I personally think this is better for kids under 10yrs old. We've been to this pumpkin patch several years now and my son loves it. I would try not to feed your kids anything an hour before and no liquids 15-20min before going in case they get sick lol.

I paid over $2,000 for a washer/dryer because of a written promise of a 9-day delivery (see my photo of the receipt). It took 23 days. That delay cost me a tenant and $4,800 in rental income. Their "Executive" team's response to this massive breach of contract? An insulting $200 offer. They acknowledge they broke their word, but they clearly value their profit over the thousands of dollars in damage they caused. If you have a business or rely on your home income, stay away--they will sink to the lowest level to avoid taking responsibility.

I like to buy the nice potted plants as birthday gifts. They're gorgeous with the white rocks. Other plant selections I like to buy are the French Lavender, Thai Basil Bonnie plant brand, Queen Victoria Agave plant, and other herbs! The plant selection is easy here and the flowers are beautiful. The workers are able to help you if you can't find something. Price wise it's fairly decent and not expensive.
