    Outdoor dog decorations

Home Depot has become my favorite place for seasonal decorations. I keep buying things I don't need but I do love decorating my house and getting into the spirit. Aside from decorations, I have also purchased appliances, paint, flowers, and DIY accessories. This store has a few really great staff members who are always ready to assist and answer questions. I can also add that things here seem to be cheaper than Lowe's which is a little weird but that's just an FYI.

    My receipt

I come here every now and then, i usually go to Arroyo crossing - hubby came to buy a lock for a door and i always love the garden center- i purchased 2 plants 5.98 each and took my receipt and said no bag thank you- as i look for my husband, im being asked if i want to check out and i said i did, i was asked for the receipt, showed it and walked away only to encounter another employee less than 2 mins later to same question. I didn't appreciate being harassed for a receipt when i was already done w my purchase and looking for my husband so he can make his. Instead of being on your phone, pay attention to to environment and READ THE ROOM. I wanted to verbally harass you both for your incompetence of not knowing better. Harassing me for $12 plant which i already paid for. Shame on your idiocy

    Ornamental peppers

This review is for Mary, the employee who works in the garden section. I was looking for some fall planting ideas and wandering thru the garden section. Luckily I stumbled upon Mary, who patiently explained to me seasonal and perennials that work well in vegas. She is such an awesome employee!! Prices were reasonable and they have a great selection. I even found ornamental peppers, so bright and colorful! They also have good selection of ceramic and resin planters.

We were guided by Cynthia and…read moreshe and other members were okay with the kids choosing some smash tumbled rocks - one to keep, and another to give. What a sweet message to encourage the kids to think of others! There is just so much to see and so much space to explore! I was in total awe of all of the plants and sculptures they have, how you many there are, and how unique and large they are, overall just how magnificent they are, honestly! There's even a little Koi pond and a large basketball game set (like the kinds at arcades) that the kids, and my husband, were having fun playing with. That day there was such a nice breeze, but it can definitely get very hot during the spring, and for sure summer time, so wear a hat or bring a UV type of umbrella to provide shade. There's also a cute gift shop that my youngest wanted to keep going in. One of the employees, Mallory, was in there at the desk and was so kind and patient with my youngest daughter (3) and we had a really nice interaction with her. There are some gorgeous large geodes there too, so I was a bit nervous with my daughter walking around, but Mallory never gave us any feeling of unease. She reassured we were okay to be in there. Everyone that works there that we interacted with was very kind! I also like that they offer classes and activities there. This place is a hidden gem for exploration and to find some plants and sculptures!

We were greeted but a friendly guy when we got out to the Christmas Tree section. He let us look around at our own pace and offered to answer any questions. Lots of tree types and sizes to choose from. We went for an 8' Noble Fir which was about $100. Once we chose our tree he quickly carted it out to have some of the bottom of it cut and said to go ahead and pay. The cashier was also very friendly. Pricing here is so much better than at Christmas tree lots and I think they are cared for much better. There are nice Christmas displays in the store and festive holiday plants which would make good gifts as well. We paid for the tree, they helped us place it on our truck and off we went. It's been a couple weeks and our tree is doing nicely.

Reviews are changing because the experiences change, hence, my review updates…read more Our water heater broke on tuesday night. Hubby made a bunch of calls, but received inaccurate information from Rheem (spoke to three different CSR's- two were good, one was passing along the wrong information!). Apparently, the six year warranty only exists if you use the original installer- that was the final thing we learned, from the 3rd Rheem CSR. We purchased our home in 2021, but the water heater was purchased by the previous owner in 2020. Warranties on Rheem water heaters do not transfer over. So, this is a Consumer Buyer Beware warning, to you all. It is so important to know the Warranty on everything that you buy nowadays due to Inflation and Tarriffs (recently ruled "illegal" by a Federal Judge). Hubby and our Plumber unhooked the broken unit to turn it into the Flamingo/Fort Apache one, however, it turned out to be the wrong location, Pro Desk; instead got referred to the one across from Springs Preserve, which closed at 5 pm (across town, not in the same neighborhood, BTW). Hubby calls that one, the following day, thursday, they say, "We do not deal with Residential, only Commercial." It is a good thing he called before actually just heading over there, only to waste more time. And finally, hubby called Rheem a third time. This was extremely frustrating. The difference in customer service is good information versus bad information. This is the purpose of reviews to outline the good, the bad, & the ugly. And it gives companies a chance to improve. So, we had to purchase a new one, but the Flamingo/Fort Apache one didn't have the one that we needed, in stock. So hubby and our Plumber came to this location, The Arroyo Market Square location- Rainbow/ 215. And this one had it in stock. $1483 for a new Rheem water heater. Thursday morning we had hot water again. But, man, what a run-around this was, for hubby and our Plumber. Our licensed contractor handyman is the best! Four separate reviews were written on this experience.
