As soon as I pull into the parking lot, he's already whining to get out of the car and in to the facility, and he just can't wait to go back in to the play area. (He doesn't even look back at me! Hahaha.) Backing up a bit, I really liked how the staff did an initial assessment of our dog before letting him attend group plays. They assess every new dog, and group them by personality, not size. This is really important, as dog behavior is based on attitude and personality, not size. So we can feel confident our dog is grouped only with dogs that will play in similar ways, and be safe. The facility is quite large, having three separate group play areas. Every group play area that allows outside access (weather permitting). And as the weather warms up, they even turn on the splash pads for dogs who like to play in the water. Wags also offers grooming, boarding, and training. We are planning to put our dog in to the training now that he is very comfortable being at Wags. And eventually, suspect we'll need to use the overnight boarding. The staff are all wonderful and love dogs. I feel very comfortable leaving my dog in their care.

When I took her to Critter Clippers, my abused, traumatized dog was put in a cage all day. I brought her in at 9 AM and kept calling to find out when she was.ready to pick up. I finally got the call to pick her up at 4 PM. Never again.

I recently adopted a Standard Poodle puppy and before I even brought him home, I called to talk with their groomer, Katie. She helped me so much as I have never been owned by a dog who needs grooming. I guarantee that as soon as Asher has all of his shots, he will go to Pet Headquarters for his trims and cuts. It is so important to have a place to go for your pets that isn't online, that is a place you can go to and trust. When I buy Asher's harness, they have the perfect one for him there and they have the colors to choose from. They even fitted one of my rescues with the right harness and collar for me. The metal bathing tubs flexed which caused my dog to move around. The metal tub wasn't really large enough for his 75 lbs. Worse, the water wasn't a constant warm as it should be. There were two spigots, one for cold and hot. I ignored the cold one but the hot one wouldn't stay warm. It kept going cold. I cut short the bath and just rinsed him. Another person bathing her dog next to mine had the same issues. I will not return here.

I feel her prices are fair, especially with my goldendoodle. A lot of groomers won't take doodles because they can be time consuming and need to be brushed or combed daily to prevent matting.
