Great pizza , awesome customer service from the staff. This was my first time ordering from Rufino's and it didn't disappoint. I placed my order over the phone and the time I was told the pizza would be ready, they were ready and waiting for me and my team. I will order from them again.

If I'm around the outlets shopping, I usually stop by for a slice or two of pizza. I feel like it is under rated, maybe because of the location or because it is in a food court but regardless, it is great pizza.

Very thin and crispy cracker crust, exactly the way I like it. I wasn't expecting to like the slice so much but it's really one of the better slices in the area. Definitely recommend if you like NY style pizza.

Some of the best pizza around this part of Florida. Hidden gem at the outlet food courts. They do pizza by the slice or pies. The regular pizza is good but the grandma slice is a 10! Can't wait to be back.

Over three years coming here while traveling thru and the pizza is still amazing! Fresh, delicious and authentic NYC style pizza. Don't be fooled just because it's in a 'food court', you don't want to pass it up.

Stopped for lunch on the way to NY. Pizza is delicious. Best we've had in Florida. Highly recommend Rufino's.

The cooked penne was sitting on the counter uncovered, just vibing at room temperature like it had officially given up. The sauce? Scooped from a container and reheated with all the passion of a microwave at 2 a.m. The complimentary bread arrived looking hopeful... until we realized it was a square dinner roll slathered in what tasted like imitation garlic and oil -- less Italian trattoria and more middle school cafeteria meets olive oil cosplay. The Chicken Marsala arrived undefeated in battle against any form of tenderizing. This chicken was not pounded thin -- it clearly lifts weights. I needed a steak knife, determination, and possibly a waiver to cut through it. We shared one entrée and a bottle of wine that tasted like grapes filed a formal complaint, and somehow the bill still hit $65. I checked twice to make sure we hadn't accidentally invested in the business. And just when you think the experience is complete, surprise! There's a debit card fee. Don't worry though -- the owner's son (also waiter, host, busboy, and possibly assistant regional manager) will loudly explain it from across the restaurant so the entire dining room can stay informed.

The food was good across the board. The burgers stood out as the highlight juicy, flavorful, and cooked well. The fries and appetizers were also solid, and portions were generous enough to leave satisfied. The drink menu is extensive too, with a strong cocktail selection that fits the whole Prohibition theme. Service was friendly and generally on point, even though it was busy. The staff kept things moving and checked in without being intrusive.
