I liked my companion's chicken parmigiana calzone best (I just had one bite), followed by my pepperoni pizza (good for the first bites in the center, less good in the less-dense outer part of the pizza), followed by the pepperoni calzone (still pretty good, but a bit rich with all that pepperoni). For those three items, two small sodas, and a free water we paid $22-something. It's a decent choice in the food court which I'd use again. 3-4 stars. It seems to be the only restaurant still open in the food court at the Premium Outlets. read more

These other reviewers must be on something to say this is great or even good pizza. I'd like to know what they are smokin'. Ordered a pie with the dough still pale and half raw underneath. Maybe this place was 'ok' at one time, but today. Forget about it!! Don't waste your money. Plus, the prices are ridiculous for what you actually get. Being born and raised in NYC, THIS is not Brooklyn, NY pizza. I'm sure these folks are hard working here, but the pizza, 1 star. read more

Nyc pizza without the airfare! I'm from nyc and this is real deal, in fact, better than most nyc pizza, easily the best I've had in fl. They use the great ingredients: grande mozz, Stanislaus tomatoes, all trumps flour. dough is fermented overnight and tastes fabulous. This place is worth seeking if you're from nyc or just want to taste what nyc pizza is all about. bravo! read more

I called in order for pickup. Went to Refino's, they're located in the Outlet Mall at the food court, to pick up my order. They told me 20 minutes, but I showed up about 10 minutes early. There were two people working, both very friendly. The person making the pizzas was clearly working very diligently. The young man, helping, was assisting and taking orders. We ordered three pizzas, Hawaiian, mushroom and onion and a pepperoni. They were done New York style. They only serve one siza, XXLarge or what you'd consider family. We played $70.00 for the order. This is not for those looking for a bargain. The taste was very good. The whole family enjoyed the pizzas. Everything tasted fresh and the dough was obviously homemade, nothing frozen. The sauce was okay, but the cheese was not the cheap stuff other pizza parlors use. They do serve by the slice if you want to give them a shot. I definitely recommend them. read more

This is a good little pizza joint in the middle of the outlets. We stopped in for a quick bite because we were shopping and my nephew got hungry. Pizza is one of the things he will pretty much always eat so this was a good option. The line wasn't too long and it went by fairly fast. You order your slice of pizza, calzone, or other items and they throw it in the oven to warm. By the time you pay it is warm and you are on your way. The pizza looked good, greasy, but what pepperoni pizza isn't? My sister and I also got these little pinwheel things with ham and pepperoni rolled into pizza dough. It was small but just enough to hold us over until dinner. The prices are decent, especially since there are limited options in the mall. I think maybe it was the owner or a manger but he was soooo so so kind. My friend and I got pizza here and we decided to get an order of the garlic rolls and it comes with 3 garlic rolls and I was willing to let my friend have 2 and myself just 1 but we got to my car to eat and we open up the box and he put two garlic rolls in each of our box and I thought it was the sweetest and kindest thing ever :') it truly made my day. I love the food here, I always look forward to it when I shop at the outlets. read more

Food court at the outlet stores? You're kidding, right? Wrong. Get ready for a surprise. This place has AWESOME New York style pizza. I know; I lived in NYC and grew up near it. This is the real deal. By the slice, no less. I'm not the only one who thought so, either. One member of my party -- ex Hoboken -- took a couple of slices home for a worker-bee spouse. How is all this possible? Check it out: The proprietor is from Brooklyn. Will definitely be coming here again. I honestly didn't believe the other reviews comparing this pizza to NY pizza. So I gave it a try myself and I'm glad I did. This pizza has been the closest I've found to the pizza up north. When at the outlets take some time and have lunch at this location. It is also a great place to stop and sit for a bit since it is midway in the outlet. Very good pizza and I love the sauce. The chairs are not comfortable but that is not the restraints fault but the outlets. If you need just a small bit you can do that as well but be ready for big pizza slices. read more

Decent pizza for the area. Seems hard to find pizza around the world of golf area. Sold by the slice and they are big and filling. I'd come back and try some more. I'd like to try the calzones or the Stromboli at some point. The garlic knots are decent too. read more

I moved to The Jax area (St johns county) a year ago from Long Island New York, wasn't expecting the pizza to be great but then I discovered this place! Tastes just like New York and they have great garlic knots. My brother had talked to the owner and he is from Long Island! I heard he worked at mother Teresa's in garden city New York. If you are in the area and are debating between this place and pizza time, I would say just go with this place, although pizza times pizza might be better, this place is much more quiet (it's in the outlet food court) and its free parking unlike pizza time. read more

My family and I were out shopping and my 4 year old was hungry. As soon as we walked into the food court and I saw Pizza I knew where we were going. My son is a typical 4 year old, he loves a couple of different foods and wants them all the time. Pepperoni pizza is one of those things my son can not get enough of. Usually food court food isn't all that wonderful however this pizza was actually very good looking. The slice was quite large and my son ate the entire piece even the crust!. The pizza was a little greasy, but what pepperoni pizza isn't. I also ordered my sister and I these pepperoni and ham rolls. They were very tasty and was a nice snack to hold us over until dinner. We ordered our items and while we waited to pay the food was heated in the oven. By the time it was my turn to pay the food was hot and we were on our way. The service was fast and the employees were pleasant. It was a good place to stop for a snack. read more

For years, the pizza was impeccable; however, such quality food cannot compensate for incompetence. For several years, Ruffino's pizza had one manager that was quite efficient and respectful towards his customers. The staff was also quite small to avoid confusion in regards to orders posed by customers. It is until now that the status quo has been broken. A terrible manager and excessive employee base has defiled this restaurant. I've ordered here and my order hasn't been expedited while several customers after me (whereas I've already paid) have their food distributed. Customers who were in the line had their orders quickly given to them even when they haven't paid and still, my food wasn't given to me. But what was absolute insolence was the fact that when I were to receive my pizza, an employee -who promised that my order was ready- took my order and gave it to another customer. There were no apologies given, I furiously took my money back. Until now Ruffino's was a good place to eat at the outlet mall at St. Augustine; however, I advise otherwise since management has taken a turn for the worse and employee competence is nonexistent. read more

Now onto the pizza, overall I enjoyed the grandma's pizza. I thought it was flavorful and the tomato sauce on it was delicious. The cheese pizza was pretty good too. The slices are big and filling. My husband's burger, ordered a medium rare, was well done. We didn't see a server for a while after we received our food, so he just ate it. The $4 up charge for sweet potato tots is so not worth a dime. They were inedible, but our server didn't ask how ANYTHING was so there wasn't any opportunity to change, send back etc. My fries were piping hot and tasted good for about five minutes until they cooled. After that, they were very mealy...you know how those taste. So very disappointed after hearing good things about this place. We won't be back here. Plenty of other places to eat in SA. Restaurants are crying the blues about costs, but don't seem to care much about quality any longer. I don't know about you, but until these establishments can show me they care about customers and quality, I'm going to be cautious about spending my money on a lunch costing $70. You?
