Came on a Saturday, around 6pm wasn't full at all. We ordered a few slices of different pizzas, some bread rolls. Pizza was soft but greasy, bread rolls were ok a bit too thick for me. I was bummed with the drink selection the fountain machine was broken (not a problem for me because I don't drink soda) , but the fridge only had canned sodas, a loaded sugary sparkling soda with aspartane, and an artificially flavored tea. I can't remember seeing water. Staff were nice, inside was clean.

This is the best pizza I have had in years! You can buy it by the slice and they pop it back in the oven to heat it back up and it toast the bottom to slightly crunchy. The flavors were a delight and the cheese reminded me of MA bar pizza! Must do in town!

Just recently had a pretty good slice of white at St. Augie's! When a pizza shop brands itself as NY style, I get very speculative because growing up with Philly and NYC pizza I realize I had only the best as a kid. While it was thin crust and they had all of the typical options, it was probably the best pizza I've had yet down in FL. I really liked the thin crust, the abundance of cheese, and the whole pizza shop vibe of the place. I'd go back again. While it's not super close to NY style, I did enjoy and I think you will too!

Yes, I would recommend this place as the go to pizzeria in St. Augustine. The choose of by the slice or a whole pizza. Definitely fresh n hot to order. Other options are available from mozzarella sticks to french fries to garlic knots to calzones and subs. There is something hot n fresh for an individual on a budget to a group outing. Across the street from Flagler College so has a college feel to it. Within walking distance from downtown St. Augustine. Worth the walk to.

We have eaten here many times. I love the slices. Just like NJ/NY area. Definitely, one of the most authentic in this area.

The cooked penne was sitting on the counter uncovered, just vibing at room temperature like it had officially given up. The sauce? Scooped from a container and reheated with all the passion of a microwave at 2 a.m. The complimentary bread arrived looking hopeful... until we realized it was a square dinner roll slathered in what tasted like imitation garlic and oil -- less Italian trattoria and more middle school cafeteria meets olive oil cosplay. The Chicken Marsala arrived undefeated in battle against any form of tenderizing. This chicken was not pounded thin -- it clearly lifts weights. I needed a steak knife, determination, and possibly a waiver to cut through it. We shared one entrée and a bottle of wine that tasted like grapes filed a formal complaint, and somehow the bill still hit $65. I checked twice to make sure we hadn't accidentally invested in the business. And just when you think the experience is complete, surprise! There's a debit card fee. Don't worry though -- the owner's son (also waiter, host, busboy, and possibly assistant regional manager) will loudly explain it from across the restaurant so the entire dining room can stay informed.

A busy weekend after weeks of holiday travel... thank you for this amazing save Five Star Pizza! We had a flyer in the mail for a free large pizza and the reviews have been fantastic. We opted for the family special once I created a pizza profile. A large 2-topping, garlic bread, and a 2-Liter soda!!! My husband made it home just in time to get the pizza hot and fresh!!! He made me look forward to my first bite as he enthusiastically said, "We can order from this place anytime! This is some of the best pizza that I've had in a while!". I definitely do agree!!! The cheese pull was perfect!! I loved the spice level in the pepperoni!!! And it was thin slices so they crisped up magnificently!!! The crust was the quality!!! Cooked well and the texture was wonderful!!! Not burnt or gooey... I am very picky. I was impressed! Their garlic bread (made daily) was generously swimming in their secret recipe garlic butter! Yummm! Then, the hot wings that we added to our dinner were cooked well-done as we ordered. Yay!!! This all washed down perfectly with our cold bottle of Pepsi!!! Yay!! And they added a sheet of coupons on our pizza box that lead us to a QR code that gave us yet ANOTHER coupon!!! Talk about a win win!!! As a veteran pizza maker (@2 years at Pizza Hut)... I am proud to support the masterpieces coming from this venue! And shoutout to exceptional speedy delivery time and the professionalism of the delivery person!!! He was very presentable and personable! God bless! 5 stars indeed!!!

We called ahead from the airport and had our order ready in about 30-40 minutes, which was a relief. However, the girl on the phone couldn't give my mother an exact time on when it'd be ready. Really? Her response was "I don't know" to how long two cheese pizzas would take... whatever. We kept it simple and ordered two large cheese pizzas because we wanted to judge the place based on its core products. The crust was thin but held its structure, and still folded easily in your hand the way a good slice should. The one thing I noted (and basically how all overpriced pizza places are) was that there was no seasoning on the crust at all. We're big fans of Domino's garlic crust, so that was a little disappointing. The sauce had a nice flavor to it, but nothing particularly memorable. I'll be honest though. I can't say for certain how much of our enjoyment was the pizza itself versus the fact that we were starving at that point. You should've heard my mom's comments about "I feel like my stomach is eating itself" lol. My mom gave it 2/5 stars and my brother gave it 3/5, so somewhere in that range feels about right to me. It's also not cheap for what you get, so just keep that in mind going in. That said, if you're nearby and need a straightforward pizza fix, it'll do the job.
