We were met by in incredibly outgoing and precocious young woman named Vanessa and she gave us a personal tour and detailed explanations of what they sell and what they can do for us. She was absolutely incredible and the daughter of the owners. The building itself was clean, clean, clean. How clean simply cannot be understated. Heck, immaculate doesn't even cover it. There aren't even finger prints on the stainless steel display cases. Vanessa and her family run a tight ship they obviously care a great deal about. The meat, pork and seafood choices are incredible. I especially liked the chile rubbed prime rib. This is a great place to find world class carne asada. They even have Japanese Wagyu beef. The service was super friendly, but the space is small, so if you're waiting for prepared foods and there are others around, it gets a bit cramped.
