Craig M. I bought a low mileage 2022 IH . In less than one year I have spent nearly $10000 to for a new compressor, pedal valve, air dryer. The rear end bearing went out and in removing that it showed that the rear end had been worked on before using used parts which were not up to specs which lead to a complete new differential unit. The through shaft seal was leaking on the front axel. Upon removal of the yoke nut, the threads had been cross threaded which lead to a new through shaft. None of this was recorded on the service records which I was given before the purchase. I will NEVER buy a truck from this dealership again and would warn anyone to stay far away from them. I took my RV in for an alignment, and they were able to fix the issue. Now, it drives straight without constantly pulling to the left. The staff was friendly and did a great job. The service manager was great to work with and was able to fix the problem to my expectations. read more

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! First and Foremost I want to wish all those a very happy labor day today, for all the hard work and services that the laboring people put in. This review is based upon our VERY recent experience with Rush Truck Center. We have a business of our own and we our owner/operators. I own eight trucks and plan to continue to grow our business. We came to Rush Truck Center two months ago dropping off our Semi to be serviced. We were told we'd here from them in a couple days... Our truck sat an entire week without any diagnosing anything at all nor even receiving a simple curtesy call. So after asking why, I was told we didn't have time... now two weeks go by and WE HAD TO call again and got the run around. Now we show up a few days later, asking can you tell us ANYTHING about the truck or where are we in the process? I was told we had to order a part... Okay? So how long before we can expect our truck to be ready? We were told at least a week. Our truck has been there for nearly a month now and I am losing out on business so my frustration is building and NOT ONCE has Mark, Brian or Nick given us ONE simple curtesy call... So we call AGAIN and could you believe they ordered the wrong part...? (Here we go) At this point, WHAT IS GOING ON? Can I speak to a manager or someone who is competent enough to handle a service call or just handle an HONEST conversation? I am a paying customer, this is getting ridiculous! Apparently our truck was never diagnosed and they thought they were speaking to a different customer. So our truck sat there and now they made it a priority to get my truck serviced immediately... okay lets try this again. I call and speak to Mark "the part is on the way" a few days go by, I call and speak to Nick "no mechanics are available to put in your part right now" My truck is there for SIX WEEKS... SIX WEEKS! I call again this time it's Brian "we actually ordered the wrong part" (WOW) Oh, you ACTUALLY ordered the wrong part this time? WHAT A NIGHTMARE... So all the run-around and follow up ONLY on OUR end, here we are seven weeks later and all I got is: MOE, LARRY and CURLY playing HOT POTATOE. (Go ahead laugh) Finally, two months have passed and we go to pick up the truck because we're told It's ready (SO RELIEVED) and I wright a business check out to Rush Truck Centers and Scott tells me my check is no good... Huh? "Yeah we checked" he says. You looked at my checked for less than a minute... I have plenty of money in our account. There was no effort to verify funds because if he did there would be no issue. I never felt so discriminated against. TALK ABOUT RACISTS! THUMBSDOWN! My trucks been in there for over two months for a DOT inspection and the oil change texted me back-and-forth to respond to them. I texted him back. They don't give no answer. Want me to click on the link then when I go and ask for a price to fix a light bulb, probably just needs to be replaced and a nut a mudflap did not pass DOT. I asked to fix it all this money for nothing take it somewhere else, if you got a Ford ticket to a Ford dealer, you got a cat take it to a cat dealer Peterbilt to a Peterbilt dealer, Mickey Mouse here, Nick and diming people major rip off Rush Truck Center, Central Avenue off 55 Highway Highway robbery no matter what you say to them you can't win free advice here do your homework look at the reviews. this place gets zero stars !!!! my husband and i recently took our brand new 2024 international in to get serviced because the check engine light came on & truck needs wheel alignment! after a week of truck being there nothing was done but diagnostics which they try to charge me 300$ for every diagnostic they did. they charged me multiple times for diagnostic. over 300$ for each diagnostic! thats insane !! they told me all they were able to do was the wheel alignment! after sitting for a week and missing out in business i finally go to pick up my truck and no wheel alignment was done ! my truck is pulling to the left bad !! steering wheel is not centered at all !!!! on top of it my check engine light is still on! i recieved an invoice of all these extra stuff theyre trying to charge me for that was never done !!! this place needs to get shut down or they need a new group of employees who know what theyre doing!! i use my hard earned money to take care of my trucks for my business and this is not fair at all. i am sick to my stomach i wish there was more i can do to help prevent people for even coming here! wasted time and money !!!! this place will come to an end !!! this place is so shitty! i am ready to report this to the whole world !!!! ready to take this matter as far as i can !!! i will be reporting to the better business bureau because there is no way this should continue to happen !!!!! read more

Just picked up my unit from the service center. This has been, by far, the worst service center I've used to date. I brought my International unit in on the 15th of May for a check engine light and an oil change. I specifically chose Rush because they are an International service center. They didn't look at the unit until after the 25th and fixed it on the 28th. It failed the road test on the 1st of June and it then sat until at least June 11th. After multiple calls and emails regarding my unit, the check engine light was a loose wire that was repaired on June 15th. My truck was still waiting for another road test to verify work was done properly. As of today, June 20th, the other road test had still not been done and I could no longer wait for them to get around to completing it. Throughout this process, there has been a serious lack of communication, and when I did speak with someone from the service department, they had little to no information. They failed to meet timelines and estimated completion dates and it was impossible to get a straight answer regarding my truck's status. Fed up with the service, I spoke with the owner Garrett this morning around 8 to voice my frustrations and concerns about the way his business handled me, a single truck owner-operator, who had been without my means of income for over a month. He said either he or the service manager would get back to me. After 2 hours of waiting and no call back, I went to retrieve my unit. At which time, I paid and signed my invoice, but was requested to sign a paper with parts listed on it. The cashier had drawn a line on this paper for me to sign and informed me I couldn't get my keys unless I signed the paper. I asked what the purpose of this paper was and she stated it was for them to know that I received my keys but that's not what the paper in question had written on it. I know this business will continue to be frequented, but if you need your vehicle in a timely manner, I implore you to use a different facility because they don't care about the small-business owner. read more

The worst. Only took it cause of warranty problems. But by looking at every one else's review I get why every one gave mostly 1 star. Every week a new issue and things that could have been discovered the first time. I bought the truck from them. Sales person was the best but for service the worst. Absolutely horrible experience dealing with Rush truck Center. Took 42 days to get my transmission fixed. Took them two weeks to send it out. And I had to call them make sure that they got it back and in the truck but they didn't even know they had it in their shop. They also kept me on hold for 30 minutes to talk to the managers. I would never recommendSending a truck there again. I didn't even want to give them one star because I don't think they deserve it. read more

I'll give them this their service and parts desk is very nice however they are so disorganized that my 5 minute vehicle pickup turned into 50 minutes waiting at the service desk because they do not know where the keys are let alone didn't even know that my vehicle was here until I told them to double and triple check. read more

If there was an option for negative stars that is exactly what I would give this place. They've had our truck since 2/27/18 and it is now 3/24/18. We are a small start up with one 26' truck that we bought from them. While I'm aware that anything can go wrong with a used truck what I'm not expecting is for them to have my truck a month later with no resolve. Every week there is a different issue. They have other bigger business clients who take priority over their smaller clients like us. So if you're a small business counting pennies like us, they will be your worst nightmare. I forgot to mention they still have our truck. We're shelling out 1k a week for a rental and still have to pay them for their "service". read more
