    At 4:30 a.m., I finally completed my mother's obituary program that I needed for her service Monday morning. I sent the pdf file via email to RushMyPrints. Jesse patiently processed my order and delivered beautiful 4 color, 8 page programs on time before I got to the church. I'm forever grateful for the way they handled the entire process. Highly recommended for quality and dependability.

    3rd unpleasant interaction with Audrey today (1st time writing about it): GoPost Urgent Package…read morePick-Up notice in PO Box; stood in line 10 minutes. When 3rd attendant--older woman in glasses named Audrey--sat down, woman behind me said I could pick my package up at her counter. I stepped out of line and waited for a man engaged in a long conversation with Audrey; when he finally finished and walked away, I approached, showed my slip, and asked if I could pick it up at her counter. Audrey, looking extremely irritated, replied in a rude tone, 'No. You have to wait in the line.' Later, a postal employee appeared like an angel asking if anyone had packages to pick up; I showed him my slip and asked if he was able help with it. He told me he could, met me in the main hall, escortied me to a scanning machine, entered the code and showed me the holding locker where my package nestled--very kind, pleasant, patient. I returned to the front counter to ask Audrey (when finished with a client) why she instructed me to unnecessarily stand in line instead of simply explaining where the package could be picked up self-service. She pretended not to understand the question, then lamely replied she thought I'd missed the pick-up date. I said that wasn't the case, so she lied and claimed she'd been in the middle of helping someone else--I said the gentleman had already stepped away from the counter when I stepped forward to ask her help. She continued to insist she was still helping him, then dismissed me (again) by turning away and calling the next person in line. No responsibility or apology plus an unfriendly tone the entire time. 1 star (really none) for Audrey's beaurocratic petty power. 5 stars for the young man who was friendly and helpful.

    In 8 years, I have literally never been to this location and been able to leave in under 40…read moreminutes. There's usually one to two employees max and always 7+ people in line. Hardly anything is automated, there's no quick drop off lane. They're stingy about helping you out with tape, they don't help out elderly when they're struggling to do something. Absolute nightmare.
