So I needed an urgent fairly custom print job for an ongoing conference in 24 hours. I got my prints to them at 10:30AM Thursday, checked in a few times, and then called 9:30AM Friday to see what was up. Turns out that I hadn't communicated clearly my deadline and they hadn't started. I was pretty upset. However these guys went above and beyond- they turned the entire print around in 3 hours and got it to me only a couple hours over the 24 hour deadline. I was really impressed with that. read more

Frustratingly, he wouldn't provide any information on materials or pricing over the phone until final print ready files were emailed. After emailing the files, I got a stock email response (with typos), but never received a quote or any follow-up. I called again an hour later, and was told they would get back to me after reviewing my files. The deadline came and went without any response from Rush My Prints. Seems like they pride themselves with being 24 hours but can't keep up with business during that time. You left me on read at 3 PM. Nobody texted you at 2 AM and even if I did, you could've at least replied the next day. This would have been a 5 star review, but I haven't been able to get into contact with Jesse since the day of our event. We rush ordered big signs and flyers and they we delivered promptly the next day, looking exactly how we requested. I never received an itemized invoice or a draft to approve. We didn't receive the amount of large signs I had requested and I have been trying to contact them for almost 3 weeks now to get more details. I'm disappointed in the lack of detail and responsiveness. edit: He sent me a link to write a google review and claimed I would receive a 50$ amazon gift card. I left a review a month later because my dispute has not been dealt with, I've emailed multiple times, texted him (how hard is it to send an itemized invoice?), he is now refusing to send me one claiming that I sent it too late. No deadline was mentioned. So apparently only 5 star reviews will receive a gift card. He has made several promises of sending me the invoice and fails to fulfill this. He's pulling some victim card and saying "life happens," which I would be sympathetic to if he could stick to his word. This whole thing could have been bypassed if he had just sent me an itemized receipt initially. Super disappointed because the product and promptness was exceptional. I was way behind schedule on editing a magazine for an art event, so I was up almost till dawn the day I needed the copies completed and RushMyPrints saved my skin. The event started at 12pm and I emailed the shop at 3:45am with all the specifications. I explained that I would be at work so I wouldn't be present for the delivery, and that the delivery needed to be between 10am-12pm so one of the event volunteers could be present. I also included the PDF of the magazine because for some reason, it was unusually big for only 20pgs. Jesse emailed back at 6am with the estimate and a form for payment. I replied back with the form at 7am and almost immediately, Jesse replied saying that the order was then being authorized and the delivery would definitely happen by noon. At about 9, Jesse emailed me asking if I had a smaller PDF size, because again, this file was unusually big and I'm still not sure what error I made. Jesse made it work, though, and the 25 copies I ordered arrived at the art event at around 11:15am. To recap: I contact the shop just before 4am, I got a reply at 6am, then after the order was authorized, the order was delivered in just over 4hrs. I would've been satisfied if the order was delivered during the event, but no, it was delivered EXACTLY when I requested. I opted for the budget glossy because I was already spending a lot, and the quality was very good. The colors turned out exactly how I planned and the cut of the paper was precise. Everything appeared very crisp. The magazine contained text, photos, and scans of art, all of which came out perfect. If I ever get myself in this situation again, I will most certainly contact RushMyPrints. read more

I got on Yelp and picked the first 5-star rush service I saw: RushMyPrints I spoke way too fast and rattled off what/when/where I needed-- (Whoa first Yelp review in a while, those little words of encouragement for jamming out werdz are awesome! Nice job Yelp team! So rad.) --anyway, Jesse quickly calmed me down and told me that he's got this thing on lock. I said prove it. He said watch me. I was directed to the online form to upload the files, and off we went. Within 5 minutes Jesse had reached out via email to confirm the order, even before the automated system confirmed it had received my request. Like wat. That's impressive. I haven't even picked the cards up yet. No idea if I'll even like them. Doesn't matter, I have total trust in Jesse and the crew to do the right thing. Worst business ever and a total rip off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Our best friend Mike had died, and my partner/bf had to make 400 programs for the memorial. It was a weekend, and the only company answering emails that came up for funeral program searches was this one. He spoke with Jesse, who was sort of rude, and explained what was needed, and the time frame. Jesse said send a copy of the program for the estimate. He was CLEARLY told that only a DRAFT was available at that moment, but that we would send it to get a quote. The quote was $600, which was more than advertised places on other sites, but our timeframe was short, and it was a weekend. Jesse said he could have them ready in time. We filled out the credit card paperwork, and THEN SENT THE FINAL DRAFT clearly indicating they should use the draft attached. My bf then received a charge for $695. He inquired what the extra $95 was, and Jesse said taxes and $15 shipping. We were surprised they were shipping, and told him that tax is $57, if $15 is for shipping, why are we being charged an extra $23. Jesse's reply was "Let me know if you want to move forward or get a refund." My bf explained that because of the funeral service, we didn't have the luxury to fight over the $23, but we thought that was extremely unprofessional way to respond to a grieving client. (BTW, they did not e-mail us a proof.) They missed the shipping deadline for "promised 2 day AM delivery", (the programs only arrived the night before the memorial, which was very stressful). We opened the box, looked inside, and my bf sent a polite e-mail stating that they look nice, thanks. Jesse asked us to leave a Yelp review. A couple hours later, we pulled out a copy, and realized that THEY PRINTED THE DRAFT COPY that was sent for an estimate, with typos and incorrect death date, etc., NOT THE FINAL DRAFT WHICH WAS EMAILED DIRECTLY TO JESSE PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE JOB. My bf sent two e-mails about the situation immediately, and received NO REPLY. On our way to our friend's funeral, we didn't have the energy to deal with this, so my bf contacted the credit card company to file a dispute but RUSH MY PRINTS does not have the professionalism or decency to admit their screw up, and now we are on the hook for $695 for a completely BOTCHED print job. Not only is this company unprofessional, they have no heart, and didn't have the decency to even apologize. What a horrible way to run a business. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service! I would never use this service again. Items were printed incorrectly, moved pages around on their own without contacting us, and after having an in-person discussion on the print job, they still did not print correctly. When contacted after the horrible print job, the company started to ignore the phone calls and emails. They would not take responsibility for their poor print job, even with having connection with the designer to discuss any issues. The delivery people have a bad attitude and was forced to meet them multiple times in the middle of the street to carry boxes to the office without any assistance in carrying the heavy print jobs. read more

The customer service is unprofessional, the representative was unwilling to provide technical support with formatting for loves one's funeral program. A service that customers receive at other printing companies such as, Staples or Costco. Furthermore, it has been over 14 days and I have YET, received my refund. Several correspondences was sent and the merchant portrayed that my refund was in process which only takes 3-5 business days. After reaching back out to this merchant on the 10 business inquiring about the status, the merchant stopped responding. Therefore, I had to file a claim with my back for the amount of $713.38.
