I was worried about coming to this location because 1. it's my current carrier servicer, 2. it had…read morescary reviews, and 3. the unpleasant reviews. I did see Kari's review about the new management and to give this place a shot. I wanted to upgrade my phone from a 6S to the 8S Plus. Reese was the one (and only) representative to help me out with my upgrade request. I gave him the information that I needed and what I wanted to do. He did state that they did have 8S Plus phone available in the back, but when I confirmed the amount of Gigs that I wanted, he confirmed that they only had 64g. I requested for the 256G and he was glad to help me with that process. Got every ordered and told me that my phone was going to get mailed within the next week. Told me the monthly payments for different payment plans. I left with the understanding of what to expect on the upcoming bill. After getting my phone in the mail, (being impatient like many of us) but I wanted to get my new synced with the old. I easily called that location and was assisted by a lovely lady (didn't catch her name). Very sweet and funny, especially with explaining apple's syncing ability. Overall, very easy and pleasant transaction and experience. I would suggest giving this place a shot again for those who didn't have a good experience prior to the new manager.

Today, I was delighted with the customer service representative Kiffanie! She was down to earth,…read moreknew her stuff and reassured me that my phone still had life left in it. The problem was a old, damaged SIM card. She diagnosed it quickly and fixed it quickly with a new card. My phone has a new life, I felt like she was helping not just a customer, but a fellow retail friend. I was in and out in less than an hour at lunchtime. Yes, I want to give her Kudos for great service!!!

My husband and I (who are older) visited this store today needing assistance with our home WIFI…read moresystem that is provided by T Mobile. We met with Trey who was incredibly patient and helpful. Trey looked up our account and helped us problem solve the issue. He called the T Mobile support line and waited with us for about an hour until someone came on the line who could help. He understood the issue and advocated for our situation to the customer service rep on the line which resulted in both short term and long term fixes. Typically, when I go into wireless stores I absolutely dread it.....my expectation is poor customer service and long waits.....but not here. I was so impressed by the customer service that Trey provided, I just had to write about it. Trey is knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and kind.....I could not have asked for a better experience.....

I'm a college student I need my computer, then I called and they said a few more days....okay great. Fast forward 2 WEEKS later I go in, finally get my computer and then lo and behold it's an extra 15$ than I was told? I had already paid 365$ so an extra 2$ is a lot more. Whatever I get it. I pay, I go home i try to use it. It does work, but something's off...weird in-fact, the first layer of my computer screen's plastic cover, the only layer they had to fix, nothing else, was barely attached. I mean my screen basically caught a waft of the rest of the computer. Fine. I call them back ask their warranty policy, they say: "we can look at it but if it's something we deem you did then we will charge you again." Uh? No! It's your job to fix it not mine. After reading the reviews of similar things happening with the exact same two men I decided to not bring it back and waste my time or money. Definitely not stopping here again.
