This the reason we left Verizon, they have so many hidden charges and it all adds up. Do not recommend because their customer service is not there. There was an employee there that said T mobile charges for transferring data too. No, we've never been charged, T Moblie has always been very nice and helpful all for free. I did the switch over back in mid January and was told I would get a visa gift card within about 4 weeks and could be as much as 8 at the most. And I let the representative know before I signed up my concern about being in a contract with tmobile and it effecting my credit and I was told that the gift card should be in effect before that happens (so it would be paid). About 6 weeks after switching i was concerned about not seeing a gift card on the app or an email and I was told to wait another 2 weeks if I don't get it come back. My credit was starting to decrease shortly after and today March 19th I went back and after messing around with the app some, checking emails and then calling customer service from the store we got an answer!!!! It was somewhere in the app, that the representative over the phone told us to do (me and store member). So this was all preventable! If the staff member 2-3 weeks ago would have done that same thing my gift card would have been here, or at the very least almost here. Now I have wait another 4-8 weeks for the card that pays off tmobile, that i should have gotten weeks ago and it wouldn't have effected my credit. They need to do better as a team. I am beyond annoyed and it's effecting my credit now so that's a HUGE issue for me when I explained this from day one that that's all that mattered to me. This is not okay and I hope someone will reach out and make this right!

I was very impressed with his ability to be fully present with me, provide guidance to the other employee, and greet customers as they arrived. They only cared about selling us extra things we didn't want or need and they wouldn't give me a receipt. When we went back to inquire about it. I was called names, mocked and completely disrespected in front of everyone at the store. I was in shock that a manager of a store could be so unprofessional, disrespectful and take no responsibility for their mistakes. At this location be prepared to be lied to and robbed and get horrible service. Then they will direct you to the customer service number when you complain which is a whole department of people who don't care and will do nothing about the harassment and horrible service. It's best to not waste your time going there at all.

I came with a rush order for a large canvas; I'm been hunting for a reliable, local printer, and I…read morewas impressed with how quickly MinuteMan responded to my emails--especially when I had a rush order! Sadly, I learned they OUTSOURCE the canvas printing to another, unnamed company. Still, this was important, and they believed they could do a rush order and get the canvas to me in time to ship it via express mail overseas. Also, their quote price was shockingly in my price range! The canvas arrived early!. . .But despite talking extensively with MinuteMan, and adapting my files to ensure no errors with them for their press, there was OBVIOUS BANDING on the piece. Also; The outsourced company, a sign shop that does large scale printing, not only did they send a print with such issues, they mounted my canvas at an angle, making part of the black area appear on the canvas, and part of the image on the sides. There are also staples to the canvas that were not put in properly--They stick out and I learned this by hurting my hand when unboxing it; Since I prepaid, I had someone else pick up my order, and the person I sent was not knowledgeable about printing, or the piece, enough to realize there was an error. These errors all ensured I could not ship the piece the same day, or the next--and wouldn't arrive overseas in time. I am, understandably I hope, very hurt by these results, both to my hand and my career. I was beyond upset from all this, and while I was able to arrange to show in other ways, I decided to contact Minute Man and let them know what happened (In fact, much of this is from the email), thinking I wouldn't hear from them until Monday--and I was expecting to be told 'too bad', as I have met SO MANY print shops that do this. EXCEPT MINUTEMAN. They wrote back ASAP, apologizing, issuing a full refund, and letting me know they would be talking to the company they outsource their canvas through intending to get a refund for MinuteMan's acquiring their services! I know this one time, my print got messed up; But before that, I had customer service so good that, THAT is why I picked this company. One issue with prints of my work is moire, an effect you see when screen tones are printed and someone resizes the picture larger or smaller. The gentleman I worked with, Luke, helped me set up my print file so it was perfectly sized for canvas printing, including letting me send the piece over and letting me know if it looked good on their end: Despite this taking several emails, Luke put in the time, and moire? Was one thing my print DID NOT HAVE. Luke actually helped me set up the file *perfectly*, and frankly, I'm very impressed. I have had a lot of companies give me specifications or a template that still didn't work. Some have even changed their template or requirements listed on their websites after. Luke, however, was able to give me the exact specifications--and they were correct! I'm someone who needs a printer I can trust, and one who is local; I'm looking forward to getting my business cards done here, along with post cards, posters, greeting and holidays cards, notebooks--honestly they print so many things I need that I'm not sure I'll need another print shop. . .ever. They also do apparel, promotional items, and even custom items. I admit, this MinuteMan won me over, because who really wants to wait for their orders to come? With MinuteMan, they might do it fast, but the work they do gives you a smile that lasts. And unlike most print shops? They don't screw you over, are honest, and yes, their service is fast--Usually it's not a good thing to finish so fast, but this Minute Man is one I'm personally committing to; Their my go-to printer from this point on. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I just needed a copy of a booklet that was comb-bound, along with a couple of the pages enlarged…read more The employee who "assisted" me seemed totally put out, like I was bothering him with such a trivial request. No smiles, no "thanks for your business," didn't even respond to me at times. He said they couldn't (more like wouldn't) re-bind the booklet after making the copies. It was like it was the first time they had ever seen such a booklet. Bizarre. So, I wound up going to Staples, where the cheerful print services employee had a quote for me within a couple of minutes. Asked about re-binding the booklet, he said, "yeah, no problem, we do that all the time" (to paraphrase). The kicker? The quote from Sir Speedy was $143.55. Staples was $56.50 and that was with two 24x36 and two 18x24 enlargements not included in the Sir Speedy quote! The employee at Sir Speedy I dealt with needs to just run print jobs in the back while another employee with a modicum of friendliness and personality interacts with the public.

I have been going here for several years to buy as much as I can to support a smaller business. I bought a $10 tube of JB Weld from here in March, came home used the JB weld as I've always used JB weld only it didn't set up. Naturally, I had to scrape it off of my pipes so I could figure out the next solution. I even gave it 24 hours, but it had the consistency of wet Play-Doh. So I brought the package back to the store and explained what happened and honestly expected to get a no questions asked store credit or something. Instead, the man proceeded to read the entire package and asked me to bring back the gooey mess. I came home and dug through my trash, but it had already been picked up by the garbage company. It's laughable to me that people lack this much common sense. I have made my last purchase here. I hope the four dollars or whatever profit you made on this was worth it. I have attached pictures of what I was able to find in my trash when I got home as well as the pipe with all of the defective product removed from it. With any luck at least 20 more people will read this review and choose to go to Lowe's instead. Update: I found the used product wadded up in paper towels but won't bother going back to the store.
