I waited for 30 min and still no doctor, so I left. I didn't get a call from them at all. They charge patients who don't show up, maybe I should charge them? I'm a long time patient so I kept my 6 mo appt, which was last week. The hygienist (who was great) mentioned there is a note in my file regarding a night guard, would I like them to scan my mouth at this visit? I said no but they checked my insurance anyway and it wasn't covered so I opted out. I did flat out tell the nice hygienist that this would be my last time here as the poor service shouldn't be tolerated. I am not holding my breath for a call.

After a week of still feeling excruciating pain, I called back they said it may have been a "canker sore" So I told them that was ridiculous because I had a giant LUMP on the inside of my face. The "manager" (a complete clown) told me "there is nothing in the world that would cure a canker sore" and she was SO dismissive and rude on the phone! I went to another dentist who referred me to a surgeon who diagnosed it as a blockage in my salivary gland! How the heck did these "dentists" completely miss that! It was serious! Because I had to pay the other dentist, naturally I had asked for my co pay back. She (Giselle) practically laughed in my face. They went out of their way to dispute MY dispute and went as far as to LIE to my bank and tell that that over the phone I "refused to follow the doctors orders because I didn't agree." How did you misdiagnose that? Oh I know, by not listening to the patient when they tell you exactly where it hurts. "Fat deposit" ? Ur brains are fat deposits. She doesn't communicate at all what she is planning to do. I have a back injury. She came and started lower the back of the filthy exam chair I was sitting on. Some healthcare providers establish their office in poor neighborhoods and deliver sub-par care to poor Hispanic and black people in the neighborhood. If you happen to be black, you will get the same treatment even though you are coming from affluent neighborhood like I do. Why because, they are just so use to not so demanding patients and they have always walked away with that. I am a healthcare worker myself, and I have to say this is just not alright. 1. If the staff at this office do not want to be at work, they should stay home. 2. Healthcare delivery should be the same no matter where you are located, or where the patient is coming from. 3.
