She has an upbeat, amazing personality. She cares about the sale, but takes the time to get to know who you are and what your needs are. Watch out for her dry sense of humor. Ask her for a good recipe too. Lastly, if you need a quick vacation, the property has a beautiful water view that you can see from the deck-yes, I said deck. They were very transparent about what was actually needed vs. what would be easier to DIY. Overall, pretty good experience with the service department. Now, for the not so great. The body shop. The quoting was vague, obscenely overmarked, and they were unwilling to even try to work something out for both parties. They didn't want to take the job from the start, but instead of being professionals and simply saying they only really work on insurance claims; they decided to fabricate a bs quote. Don't take your car here if you want body work done, but they are still relatively good for general repair/maintenance.

I bought a 2018 Kia Sportage SXT back in February and as I slowly trick her out, it came time to face the tint question. It came with the back windows tinted...did I REALLY need to get the fronts done? YES! Then the question: WHO? I've seen the sign for these guys for Xpress Tints 2 for the longest time. Now that I needed the work, it seemed like a decent idea - I mean, they've been around forever, right? YES! Making an appointment was easy, the cost was decent...but the work? AWESOME! I've never gotten tints done before...and what a great experience! Originally, they said it'd take about an hour...and when I arrived and asked? They were right up front: said they were short-handed, running behind and that I was looking about 2.5-hours. Gave me the option to reschedule, I said it was fine. And 2.5 hours later? Got the call that my car was ready. Now remember, I've never had tints. So when I looked...I wasn't so sure it was "right." The tech saw my face, said: "I know it looks a little wavy...that's normal." He then explained to me the curing process - he also explained that their work is guaranteed for the next two years. That if something goes wrong, they'll take care of it at their cost. Then...just as was explained...three days later? Perfection. Matches the factory-ed windows exactly - and every time I look at her, I'm thrilled all over again. Gotta say...don't think I'll need them - not to fix anything at least. But the next car I have that needs it, can't imagine I'll call on anyone else.
