Rustic Chic Cafe This coffee shop is an absolute gem! The coffee is delicious! The ambiance is sweet & inviting! The service is welcoming & kind! Top-notch! Next to Super Sergios, in the Chino Hills Pizza company parking lot. Come support local business!! 14582 Pipleline Ave., Chino.

Met up with a friend at Rustic Chic Cafe in Chino Hills and was very happy with my choice. The cafe is hidden inside a parking lot and you wouldn't think the interior is as nice, but the decor is very nice once you step in. They have a good selection of coffee and tea, with pastries such as cake and cookies made in-house. They also have an Inspirational Jar where you get to pick out little stickers of pick me ups greetings - super thoughtful! The staff here are very friendly! They made recommendations on the drinks, and I was very happy with their service! Rustic Chic Cafe is truly a hidden gem.

Cinnamon roll with berry compote and an iced Mexican Mocha

First timer. Went in and got the iced Mexican mocha seriously, one of the best coffees I've ever had. And I got the cinnamon roll with a berry compote on top... Outstanding. Literally the only thing that could make this better is more of that berry compote.LOL Staff is very friendly, and the ambience is very relaxed...And there are a lot of fun games to play while you're there.

Wow, beyond impressive little coffee shop. The service was impeccable, and I truly felt so welcomed. I didn't order any food this time around but was able to see someone's order, and it looked delicious. Made fresh to order--as for myself, I got the Spanish latte, and yes, it was definitely made the way I liked. Must-try coffee shop, possibly my new go-to! They will have a grand opening on April 2. Currently in the soft opening phase. Give them a try and be sure to leave a great review!!!

Ordered a chocolate tres leches cinnamon roll, corn flan, Dubai & Spanish iced lattes. First walking in, there were customers playing piano, and others playing games that were set out on the table. Super inviting and the ambiance was warm. Service was super friendly, and made it seem as if I was visiting family for a cup of coffee. And most of all, there are scriptures posted up everywhere! It's nice to walk in with my family into a clean environment, without things being thrown in our faces.

Took a little drive to try Rustic Chic Coffee We don't live close enough for the loyalty program (tragic ), but honestly... worth the trip. The iced coffee was SO good and they were extra generous with the cold foam Definitely our new weekend escape

I saw the sign when they were remodeling and as soon as they opened, I have to try. The ambiance is very cozy and nice. Such a quiet and comfortable place for a casual meeting or just hanging out with friends. The employees are genuinely nice and tried their mahalo latte. It's one of the best I've had. Very Hawaiian-y and not too sweet, has coconut bits and definitely can taste the macadamia nuts. Definitely will try their other drinks and pastries.

New coffee shop in Chino Hills. Staff is very nice and decor is very warm and welcoming. Nice place to sit and study, read or socialize. Small selection of pastries and drinks. Spanish latte was well made and flavor was well balanced. Hope they have a lot of success with their business

Large, honey-cinnamon latte and a coconut latte.

My wife and I came in for the soft opening and bought a coconut and a honey-cinnamon latte. Those were excellent drinks! Good flavor and temp overall. We tried a good almond pastry that was fresh and crisp on the outside. Service was friendly and it doesn't seem like they have any pre-opening awkwardness and glitches. The room seems like it will be very comfortable and fun to hang out in. We're looking forward to coming back and trying more.

First time here and I'm already obsessed. The ambiance is incredible--so relaxing and gives off an elevated Tulum-inspired vibe. The service was super friendly and welcoming. I love when you can tell it's a family labor of love. I ordered the Mahalo latte with cold foam and it did not disappoint. Smooth, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The cinnabun was a standout--so soft, moist, and not overly sweet. It almost had a tres leches-like texture. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to.

    Place looks so cute

My first time here today. I bought an iced Vanilla Latte and one ham and cheese. The coffee is delicious is perfect strong coffee not overly sweet. But next time I'll ask for extra ice. The ham and cheese was so good! So flaky it melts in your mouth. Very different than what you get at the donut shop worth every penny it was like $7 . Ambience is calm and beautiful. I love the bible scriptures everywhere. The service is awesome. I will def b back.

Coffee wasn't good at all. It was so bitter I threw it away. Don't waste your money here. There are much better options nearby

They advertise as having vegan food but she didn't know which ones were vegan. I got the avocado toast and the avocado spread looked a little brown. It was really overpriced too. The avocado toast was small and with the drink the total amount for my order was $20. While I was eating it, it tasted a little off. 30 min after eating it, I started getting stomach pains and later threw up in the restroom and continued to have the runs and threw up two more times after we left. When I told the cashier I think I ate something spoiled cus I threw up, she seemed really unbothered and I had to ask for a refund. Her coworker, instead of providing a refund, a young rude girl with stickers on her face, proceeded to give me attitude and blame it on my diet (?) because I ordered THEIR vegan avocado toast. She seemed suspicious of me saying their food made me sick. She also said she'd been working here for 4 years and never had issues with their avocado. Like I'm just telling her what happened.. but she felt the need to get defensive and blame it on me. Such rudeness and unprofessionalism instead of acknowledging that something may have gone wrong with the food, provide a remedy or offer an apology. The food didn't even taste that good and my friend wasn't impressed with his food either. Do these young people not understand the meaning of customer service? If not, don't work in customer service. Having basic decency and not acting like a brat would be a good start.
