This was such a frustrating trip. There was a sign on the door saying to wear a mask, and we would…read morenot have entered otherwise. After we had already breathed the air in their poorly ventilated store for awhile, we noticed that several of the employees were not wearing masks AT ALL. I brought it to the attention of perhaps the manager or owner, who was also not wearing a mask. She told me that the people at the counter were required to wear masks. I told her that they were not all wearing them. She argued that they were. I told her that I had literally just seen them and that she could look for herself. She then changed her story, saying that the CDC does not require them to wear masks. I would prefer to shop places that do not put their customers lives at risk and argue with them for no reason. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone and will never return...even after the end of this global pandemic.

We had to choose fabric and leathers and colors and spent so much time trying to arrange the room. It was overwhelming, but Stacey was so patient. It was so much fun! We were in the store several times and never felt rushed or pressured. The young men who delivered our furniture were extremely careful and respectful!! He offered to try to fix it but if he couldn't do it right the first time, I didn't trust him to have it a second time. And I didn't want the clock to be gone another 8 months. I took it to another shop, cost me an additional $550 but it works now. The second repair shop told me there were many parts which should have been replaced in the first repair and weren't. I even contacted the BBB and they were no help in trying to recoup part of my expense. Buyer beware - don't take your clock there for repair.

This changed in March, I needed some plumbing work done by a certain date. I called a week ahead of time and told them I needed it done before the next Thursday. John was scheduled to come out on Tuesday. He called Tuesday morning and said he needed to reschedule until Thursday. I told him I absolutely had to have it done Thursday. I called again on Wednesday to say again I had to have the work done on Thursday. John called Thursday morning saying he needed to put the job off until the next Tuesday. I must admit I was quite indignant with him. I called someone else who said they could come. I called the office to cancel. When the office called John, he told them he was on his way. He was here 2 hours and billed me for 4. The next time I went down in the crawl space, I noticed he had kicked all my ductwork loose. Maybe it was just a bad week for the guy, but I would never, ever call them again.
