My footpain is an old broken foot injury that flares up seasonally. I worked with Dr. Kimmi and Dr. Cheri on building strength and with shockwave therapy. My foot responded very well to their protocol and I was able to continue on to run a Disney half marathon as well as the Altadena to Palisades Ultramarathon Relay. I continued to work with Dr. Cheri and Dr. Kelli during my pregnancy for strength and prenatal chiropractic care, which helped immensely to address my aches, pains, and changing body. Needless to say, I am a huge Healthfit advocate to care for your body- the entire team of Drs. are fantastic. They are constantly upgrading their knowledge, equipment, and you will not go wrong with any of them. The front desk group is hilarious, friendly, and easy to work with. I highly recommend giving them a call to see what they can do for you. My only regret was not seeing them sooner.

Dr Ryan has done such an excellent job of creating a great team, not to mention being an excellent chiro! Michelle for mobility, kicks my ass and always has such great programming. Hannah/Jan: are both so talented with their massage therapy. Always a treat whenever I can catch them for an appointment. And you can't leave out Onique who is just the most pleasant and forward thinking receptionist. Always schedules me in, even last minute, and is just a treat to interact with. so thankful this team has been able to help me reach my personal goals and create new ones. Every single person seeing them has gotten stronger, fixed their injury and enjoyed their time. Fast forward to reactivating a knee injury. And as much as I complain about the hard work, I also love it. Thank you guys.

Over multiple years and several thousands of dollars spent at Dang PT, I'm updating my review. I…read moredid not receive the quality of care or customer service I would expect from a high-end physical therapy establishment and would not recommend it. The first package I purchased at Dang PT working with Dean was great and I didn't experience any customer service issues. Towards the end of my time with Dean, I experienced an injury that prompted me to seek orthopedic care again. My doctor recommended a different PT establishment, where I received care for several months. After I completed my package there, I returned to Dang PT. This was when I started experiencing customer service and quality of care issues. My first unsavory experience was when I bought my second PT package. They showed me the wrong price sheet. I selected a 14-session package @ $190/session and paid $500 towards the expected $2,660 cost. Later, I received a charge of $1,508 and contacted them via text to clarify the price breakdown. I do not know which employee was responding via this line, so I'm referring to the responder as they/them. They told me the 14-session package should actually be $2,739.80. Thankfully, I had a timestamped photo of the incorrect price sheet. Eventually, they agreed to honor the price I was shown, but it was unsavory that I had to resolve a mistake made on their end. After this incident, it felt like they held a grudge against me. For instance, I had trouble using the parking code they provided for the adjacent lot and texted them for help. I didn't get an answer, and when I followed up, they said they're a small business and can't really control parking. I understand they don't own the machines or lot, but their response didn't address my question and made it sound like I was unreasonable for asking for help. I'm not sure how being a small business exempts them from providing customer service or answering questions. Another unsavory experience was when I emailed my PT and never received a response. I reached out to Dang PT via text on 12/28/2025 to ask how I could contact my PT directly because I did not know who I was communicating with on the text line. They provided my PT's email. I emailed my PT on 12/30/2025 for clarification on my exercises and to provide feedback on my sessions, and they never responded. I verified several times that I had entered the email exactly as provided. I continued to see my therapist well into 2026 and never received a response, nor was my feedback taken into account. After this, my customer service experience had become so unsavory that it made me anxious to raise concerns again. Even when I had tried to ask questions and provide feedback, nothing changed. I was also locked into a package, so it felt futile to mention anything more. Essentially, I had to eat the cost of the remainder of my package despite the subpar care and customer service because I did not feel I could ask questions or get meaningful support. I continued my care with my PT, but ultimately requested to cancel the rest of my package due to a private matter, which I disclosed to them. I had used 12/14 sessions. At about 7:45 PM, I asked if they could cancel the remainder by adjusting my 12 completed visits to the 10-session package rate of $195/session. This would have been a $60 charge to me. Around 10 PM, they instead proposed adjusting the 12 visits to a 10-session package at $195/session, then charging the last 2 as individual visits at $250/session. They asked me to confirm so they could process it. I planned to respond the next morning, but before 7 AM they texted me that my refund had been processed. My partner and I found it very odd that they processed the refund before I could respond, despite asking me to confirm. Ultimately, they charged me double what I had proposed to get out of my package. Given that I have spent several thousands of dollars there, I found it nitpicky that they charged the last two visits at $250 instead of $195 - it almost felt like retaliation. However, I am happy to pay their proposed fee to not have to step foot in their establishment again. Overall, there are plenty of high-end physical therapy establishments in Los Angeles, and Dang PT does not meet the mark. I'm not sure why the decline in quality of care and customer service happened, but I saw it and so did my partner. I felt excluded from the "highest quality of care" they advertise on their website and the "relaxed, welcoming" environment they describe on their Instagram. I thank Dang PT for the contributions they made to my mobility, but ultimately, I'm disappointed in my experience here. I think this establishment has a lot of potential. They have knowledgeable physical therapists who can support clients with pain, recovering from surgery, and more. I hope they take this feedback and improve how they interact with their clients.

Mahir was my first physical therapist, and later I switched to Jason because I had scheduling conflicts and availability. Both have been great to work with. Jason has especially helped me rebuild my confidence in my knee and gradually get back into the sports and activities I enjoy. I've noticed a big improvement not only in my strength, but also in how comfortable I feel moving, training, and trusting my body again. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating when it comes to scheduling. The new facility is also really nice, and there's plenty of parking, which makes appointments a lot more convenient. What I appreciate most is that the rehab hasn't just been about doing basic exercises; they've worked with me toward actually returning to sports and making sure I'm progressing safely. I've been able to get back to being much more active, and my confidence has improved a lot since I first started. Definitely recommend them, especially if you're active or trying to return to sports after an injury.

During that time, I tried just about everything under the sun--gym workouts, cortisone injections, PRP therapy, stretching, TENS therapy, myofascial massage, Graston scraping, countless YouTube videos, and a limited number of basic physical therapy sessions allowed by my healthcare provider. While some of those provided temporary relief, nothing solved the problem. Exhausted, discouraged, and out of options, I finally decided to get some proper physical therapy with Victory Performance. Since I've started, I've been really impressed with Victory's friendly, easy-going atmosphere. Everyone is always welcoming, and it just feels like a place where people genuinely care about helping you get better. My physical therapist, David, has been fantastic--knowledgeable, easy to talk to, answers all my questions, and is genuinely invested in helping me recover. After my initial evaluation, he identified that one side of my lower body was significantly weaker than the other, causing my body to compensate in ways that were contributing to my foot pain. He put together a personalized strengthening program with progress goals that we've been working toward along the way. It's only been a couple of months, but I've already noticed a significant improvement in my feet. I would definitely recommend Victory and feel that I'm in good hands there, I only wish I had started so much sooner.

IYKYK). Generally, I have it under control, but when it flares, it flares. The PT exercises and other tools I typically used to manage it were no longer really helping. Enter Myo and Dr. Bahar Gord. Right from the first assessment, she was so attentive and really listened to my concerns. She watched my movement and honed in immediately on what was plaguing me and saw the full picture, not just the one issue. I told her I already had an arsenal of exercises -- the typical core, glute, hip flexor approaches and that I was looking for something that would be complimentary. She immediately saw something deeper and ever since, she has been incredible. I have learned a whole new set of PT exercises and an approach to the deep core that I had been missing from prior exercises (which aren't wrong or bad, they just weren't getting to the core of the issue. See what I did there? Lolzzz). Anywho, Bahar is a body mechanics master. She introduced a range of new exercises and a focus on deep core modalities to retrain my entire physiology. She explains the physics of each in easy to visualize and understand language. And, she is patient, kind, and truly cares about helping you not only feel better now, but to set you up for success for a lifetime. I can't thank her enough.
