The parking lot is insane so we were so happy that they had valet parking. If not we probably would have been late for our reservation. We had a large party of 8 and they only told us they could seat us at 5:30 which was strange because the place was empty. Our waiter Scott was fabulous. I started with a lemon drop that was delicious. For apps we had the fried calamari which I thought was poor. It was too heavily sauced and chewy. The lobster Mac and cheese had large pieces of lobster. I did the 4 course Meal for $60. It was a lot of food. I started with a salad and got shrimp and steak with a side and dessert. It was a good value, however I thought that the quality was just mediocre.

Came here for business dinner. Food was super tasty, decor was clean and modern. Service was good. The appetizer was really good i couldn't stop eating it. Definitely will come again.

Nice dinner with friends to kick off the New Year. Our server, Emily, was very attentive and provided us with some great recommendations for appetizers and dinner. Drinks were festive - I had a holiday version of an Old Fashioned - good! The ladies had cranberry cocktails of some sort - they were happy. I always love the 500 degree plate at this steakhouse. It keeps the steak hot and delicious and the juices sizzling. Had the 8oz filet, medium-rare, with sharable sides of Brussel sprouts with bacon, and mashed potatoes. So glad this steakhouse is so conveniently located at Bergen Town Center - looking forward to our next visit. Oh, and check out their site or social media specials that they run occasionally.

I ate at Ruth's Chris with my girlfriend at 6:30 on a weekday. The place is big and there were plenty of tables. The ambiance is definitely on the intimate side with dim lighting. Service was fast and friendly. We ordered two appetizers, the crabmeat stuffed mushrooms and the veal osso buco ravioli. I wasn't too wowed by either of them. They were good, but I'm not sure if they were good enough to justify their prices. On a return visit I'd probably try some other appetizers. My girlfriend and I split the Cowboy Ribeye which is 26 oz. We like our steak medium rare so I kind of like that it's served on a 500-degree plate to keep it warm without cooking it too much. I wonder if ordering rare would be a better choice. The steak is also served in sizzling butter so of course it tastes good. I took some of the steak butter and put it on the garlic mashed potatoes that we ordered on the side. All-in-all, Ruth's Chris was a good experience. It's pricey, but what isn't nowadays? I'd go back.

Happy hour deals are decent. Cocktails are strong. I wouldn't come here for a real dinner. It's too expensive, and I'd prefer to go to a steakhouse in the city if I'm doing this sort of thing. Jumbo lobster tail, too heavily seasoned. A bit too salty. I would order again but I'd have them skip all the seasoning and just give me parsley and butter and call it a day. Ahi tuna appetizer, solid, not exceptional. Filet, cooked rare, excellent. Could have a better crust. Extraordinarily tender. This is the way to order it, any other way is wrong. Sorry if you do order any other way, you were probably dropped as a baby but it is what it is. Filet, cooked medium rare. Larger gray bands around pink middle, good, but rare is the way to go. The $55 happy hour 3 course special is the way to go. The cheesecake that came at the end of the special was good, not great. The house salad was just all right, and the Caesar salad was fine, but I would have appreciated real anchovies.

I can't say enough great things about our recent experience friday. We came to celebrate my husbands birthday and the return from his military deployment. Everyone we encountered from the staff and service to the ambiance and food were nothing short of awesome. My husband got the Tomahawk Ribeye which he has been talking about since he got it in 2023. He dogged it in 10 minutes - my mom and I got the Ruth's Chris classic filet mignon and shrimp with two sides and Caesar salads. And then we each had a cheesecake. The steaks were cooked perfectly, nothing was sent back. Our server Falgun was the nicest guy - very funny and personable and we felt like we were talking to a friend. He went above and beyond for us. When he heard about my husbands birthday and recent deployment he went and told his manager to ask if he could do something for him and the manager Jeniffer came over to our table to meet him. Jeniffer comes from a military family - so we had that in common. And she offered us 25% off the bill as a way of honoring my husbands service. To say that we left there feeling seen (and that was not our goal - we never ask for discounts) and overall felt like we had gained family and friends would be an understatement. I will tell everyone to dine at RC Paramus. Thank you all for making our night so enjoyable!

Nice ambience. Dark atmosphere. Service attentive. Price fix menu of $55 good deal. Steak was decent. Sides good.

Very inconsistent. The food was amazing as usual but I wish I could say the same for the service. We sat at the bar and at first the service was amazing! Very friendly and attentive bartenders. But...... my husband ordered the price fixed meal which recently rose is price (not worth it). I ordered a salad and a side dish and we got an appetizer to share. We asked for both salads to come out together which they did. But then before finishing our salads - our appetizer AND everything else was just dumped off. There wasn't even room for all the food and we weren't even done with our salads. We felt very rushed. Then it took forever and a day to get their attention to ask for the check. Once we received it - I couldn't get them back to take the card. There was even one point when they were standing right next to us and not only did I politely say: "Excuse me" but I held up my check with my card and I was still ignored. I'm not sure what happened and why the whole atmosphere changed but what started out as a great date night ended up a disappointment.

Steaks were tender and desserts were delicious. service is great and ambience is elegant.

The service and food were really good. Take the chef's recommendation for the salmon cooked temperature. The lobster tail was a little rough. Make sure to save room for cheesecake.

Celebrated my boyfriend's 27th, and everything was 10/10!!! Food was beyond delicious, service was amazing (complimentary table decorations & birthday dessert), we can't stop raving about this place!

I would give it 5 stars. Our waitress Swe, was delightful, kind, happy, described the dishes, gave suggestions, she is what you would expect from a waitress. Even the food runners were excellent, smiled and said hello when they approached the table. The service was definitely 5 star. The Food, presentation was excellent. The flavors, just weren't there. We started with these beautiful onion rings which were house made. Big, beautiful and fried to a crisp golden perfection, yet taste, there was none. absolutely nothing. the most boring onion ring ever. Then the wedge salad, chopped and soggy. If your going to reinvent a classic salad, it better be good. I had the seared yellow fin tuna, again what happen to the flavor. it had a carrot ginger puree, that was more for color than flavor. the best part was the arugula pickled onions and tomatoes that came on the plate. My dinner partner had 16 oz prime dry age rib eye, which he did not enjoy. I am not a meat eater but tastes it and was not impressed. this steak was so thin. they took 16oz and spread it across the entire plate, taking away the true essences of a steak. I was pretty disappointed in the food but the cocktails were very good as well as their wine-selection. I beautiful place with great staff, which i would go back maybe just for happy hour. One other disappointment is with being such an nice steakhouse and all of the staff dressed and all so professional why isn't there any type os dressed code. Why are they allowing people to dine in sweatpants and messy t shirts. They should have a requirement. most diners were dressed so nice but allowing sweat pants. my two star rating is based solely on the flavor of the food.

She was very attentive and made our meal pleasant and comfortable. I started with a Blood Orange Margarita (Calirosa 'Rosa Blanca' Tequila, orange liqueur, fresh sour, blood orange). This drink was VERY GOOD. The hint of blood orange was the perfect amount of sweetness and I was content with my selection. The appetizer was the Slow-Roasted Meatballs (porcini-dusted veal, pork, grass-fed beef, tomato-basil sauce, brick-oven bread). Each meatball was tender, flavorful, well seasoned, and the sauce was sufficient to accompany every forkful of the delicious starter. The entrees were: Caramelized Sea Scallops (broccolini, mascarpone risotto). Next was the Seasonal Brick-Oven Gnocchi (roasted mushrooms, truffle oil, roasted tomatoes, Marsala and provolone sauce, green onions). The final entree was the Mediterranean Wood-Grilled Chicken Salad (arugula, toybox tomatoes, kalamata olives, red onions, chickpeas, quinoa, feta, lemon dijon vinaigrette). For dessert, Seasons 52 graciously offered a free dessert for my birthday. Another nice touch that places Seasons 52 on a pedestal. I chose the Key Lime Pie Mini (graham cracker crust, whipped cream). The mini dessert was deliciously sweet, the graham crust provided an appreciated different texture, and I highly recommend these mini selections.
