Best prices I have ever seen. They do a decent job but are somewhat disorganized and my stuff wasn't quite ready a few times even though I came after the agreed time. But the value is so great, my mom brought items from out of state to get cleaned when she visited lol. read more

Best pricing. Friendly and gets it done. It is busy so don't expect same day but never in a rush so it works for me.

Generally they are fine. However, they apparently have no experience in how to clean expensive clothing. I dropped off a bespoke dress shirt, and when I got it back, many of the buttons were chipped, which meant I had to have them replaced. Apparently not learning my lesson, I brought it back here another time, as Rutley's is literally around the corner from my house along with two other very expensive shirts, and what do you know, all have chipped or scratched buttons. Mother of Pearl buttons aren't cheap to replace, so I'll be spending more money to fix their mistakes than it cost to have the shirts dry cleaned. The worst part is I alerted them to the problem I had previously and told them to be careful. They didn't. I shouldn't have to tell a dry cleaner how to properly care for this type of shirt, which btw is to either remove the buttons before cleaning and then sew them back on, or cover them in a little bag or in foil. The first time that I have ever dropped off anything at a dry cleaners. So my brother was graduating the next morning and he needed to get his outfit dry-cleaned asap. I've went to three other dry cleaners, but none of them were able to meet the deadline for the clothes to be ready the next morning, until I came to this one. The man was very sympathetic and told me that usually it will be done by the afternoon, but he was willing to make an exception and have it ready early in the morning. Took in a couple dresses for alteration and they messed up on one of them, making it too short. It ended up being a mini skirt. So they said they had some of the material left over, so they can add onto it and make it a lil longer. But when I picked it up again, they hadn't done anything to it. On top of that they charged $20 per dress, and they acted like they lengthened it when I picked it up. read more

Out of any 100 given customers at a cost-friendly dry cleaners like this, you're going to have 10 bad experiences, 10 great experiences, and 80 "good enough" experiences. And out of those, 5 bad reviews and 2 good reviews. I've been going here 5+ years including their previous 3rd street location. Never had an issue, always on time. It's not some exquisite 5+ star establishment that will give you a free foot rub each time you drop off a shirt, but definitely gets its job done. I took my shirts and specifically mentioned to remove stain on one of my shirts when I dropped them off at the cleaner but the worker behind the counter didn't seem to care much as she didn't mark the spot I mentioned. When I picked up my shirts, the stain was still there. When I complained, no one cared. Overall pricing is okay but will not return due to bad customer service. read more

This is the worst dry cleaner i have encountered in my life! I took in my white dress shirt for dry cleaning I wore ONCE! I didnt feel like ironing my shirt, so I took it to this place because it was a block away from my house. BAD IDEA!! When I came back to pick up my shirt, there was a small stain on the sleeve. Supposedly they put a pin on the sleeve with a # so that they can identify the customer to the clothes. The pin stained the sleeve on my shirt. When i complained, they said that it was the first time anyone has complained about the stain (caused by the pin) Not only did they not apologize, they talked as if it was my fault!! Unbelievable! They finally said that they will take the stain out and to come back the next day. I came back the next day. I got my shirt and saw that they did nothing to my shirt and that the stain was still there!! Of course I complained again. They said they tried but it didn't come out. They said they have some kind of chemical that will take out the stain. I said, "do it for me now then" and they said they dont have it but will have to go buy it. They said "its only $2.00! why are you complaining over $2.00?" I was so pissed and took the shirt and just walked out. As i was leaving the guy owner said "ssagajee". Ssagajee roughly means BITCH or ASSHOLE in korean!! Who calls their customer a bitch when it was their fault!! I got so angry and just walked out! Worst business i have encountered in my life! I created this yelp account, just so I can leave a review of this place. BEWARE ALL potential customer! Dont come here! They stain your clothes and take no responsibility for their action!!
