I'm not even sure if they're actually cleaning the clothes, bc I've come here twice, and each time my clothes were not ready at their appointed time of pick up. The first time I had to wait only a few minutes for them to I'm guessing remove lint, & put my suit in the plastic bag. They were using some device on the clothes, which I found to be unprofessional. I put in a 2 piece sweatsuit, top and bottom 2 piece. They charged me over $25 which is extremely too expensive for 2 pieces, and to not mention, I brought it in last Tuesday, they said it would be ready Saturday. Due to the holiday and festivities of the weekend I couldn't pick it up until today (wed) and it still was not ready! I had to wait 25 mins for her to use that device again, and package the 2 pieces and pay the full price. Idk if she actually even cleaned it. I won't be returning. read more

I used to like this place, but after they damaged my suit and then tried to say the hole was from wear and tear... argued with the owner for a half hour until I said I was a third year law student and would be contacting the state board. Not going back. read more

I was devastated when the sleeve of my white silk shirt dredged through a lipstick display at a makeup store. I took my shirt to K-Town Cleaners. At first glance, the lady at the counter said, "What is that?!" I said sadly, "lipstick." She exclaimed, "but it's white!" I said, "I know." Then she looked at the tag and said, "and it's SILK!" "I know," I said. I thought the shirt was ruined forever. They spot treated my shirt three times and got most of the color out of my shirt, to my happy surprise! It might not be like new, but it's pretty damn close. I couldn't be happier. Plus, even though they treated it three times, I was still only charged $5.25. Decided to give this place a try because of how convenient it is. K-Town Cleaners is about 300 feet from where I live. I went in early morning, a little after 7 am, explained to he gentleman that greeted me at the door that, "I needed my suits cleaned same day." The nice gentleman understood the sense of emergency and was able to accommodate my request. Later that day, I walked back in, a bit after five to pick up my suits. This place needs to be closed. I left a shirt to be cleaned for stain. The place weren't able to remove the stain and on top of it made it worse. The owner didn't took ownership of it and didn't care to compensate for the lost. The owner is rude, violent, and incompetent person to run the business. This is the worst dry cleaning place I have seen. Two block's away there's another dry cleaning business that has better price and customer service than here. read more

I needed same-day alterations for a pair of pants. Originally had my head set on going to another cleaners on Western and San Marino, but I misread the opening time. Mind you, it's around 8am. So I continued walking around, called a few places, and stumbled upon K-Town Cleaners on my way home. The open doors allowed me to see in and see that it wasn't crazy busy, clean, and organized. I decided, what the heck! A man attended to me when I walked in. And indeed, it was clean and organized inside. There's even a nice fitting room for 1 to try on your clothes if you need it. I liked that it was organized, and the orders are computerized. I needed about 1inch off my dressy pants. My subtotal is $8. Not bad for same-day service. I dropped it off at 8:30am and said he could have them done for me by 3pm. I haven't picked them up yet, so I'll have an update review later. Anyways, I like that they were in fact open early (Monday-Friday 7am-7pm; Saturday 8am-6pm; Sunday Closed) AND walking distance from my home. Avoid this place. Took a blouse to the cleaners that has a small stain, when I got it back, there was a large stain in a form on a circle. It looks like an oil stain. It was never there but the cleaners insist it wasn't them, when I clearly never took it there in that condition. read more

I always drop off my suits and shirts here since about 3 months ago. And so far, I am happy with their job and also the discount ! :) Clean and spacious store with plant on premises. And I think their prices are cheaper than other dry cleaners in the town but still great quality service. read more
