If you are reading this, DO NOT DISREGARD THIS REVIEW! Bottom Line Up Front: Their service department, and in turn their customer service, is literally HORRIBLE! I'll start off by saying my experience with the sales department was fine. They know what to do and say to sell you one of their RVs. The problem comes into paradise with: A. The quality of the products they are selling. but more importantly, B. Their service department and customer service is ATROCIOUS! On 7/31/2025, I spent $140,000 on an RV from RV Country. They claim they send it through a PDI (multi-point inspection) before you ever pick it up, but that cannot be true. When I arrived to do the walk-through and pick up my RV, I immediately noticed 1. A broken door latch 2. That the outside kitchen cooler was not working properly. 3. One of the interior light switches was apparently programmed wrong and was not functioning correctly. 4. The Bluetooth radio that was supposed to be included was missing (the box was there, but it was empty). I've never bought an RV in my life and know nothing about them, but somehow within minutes of my walkthrough I was able to identify at least four problems that somehow their service department could not identify during their professional multi-point inspection (which they allegedly do on a regular basis). BUT... I was still hopeful and they said they would remedy the issues, so I moved forward. After picking up my RV, I drove it directly to my place of work and was showing a coworker my new purchase. I opened the side awning and BOOM, it would not retract. Nothing I did worked, and in fact, the controls for the rear awning just disappeared altogether from the control panel. This was Day #1. Since I could not even drive the RV with the awning out, RV Country had to send out a technician to manually close the awning and then I needed to drop it off with them again for it to be serviced. On 8/6/2025, a week after I purchased the RV and had to immediately drop it back off for service, I got a text message stating that the awning had been fixed and it was ready for pickup. After arranging someone to drop me off to pickup my RV again, I wanted to actually try to use it camping for the first time. That weekend (8/9/2025) I drove the RV one hour away from home (on smooth paved roads) to try it out camping. First, I wanted to try the onboard generator. I turned it on via the control panel, but it would not turn back off. After trying and trying, I had to eventually open the side panel to access the generator, open the generator panel, and use the kill switch to shut it off. Another problem identified, but I did not really plan on needing it over the weekend, so I moved on. I then went to use the outside kitchen sink, and the articulating faucet nozzle immediately snapped off from the faucet. Really? It was a VERY short time before I identified yet another major problem. The minute I ran the water in the bathroom, I knew there was another issue. After shutting off the water, it would make a loud gurgling sound for several seconds, sit there for about 30 more seconds, then a pump would kick on for two or three seconds, and then the gurgling would start again. This cycle repeated itself... FOR HOURS, until I eventually had to just turn off the main power switch to avoid the pump motor from burning out and because the loud gurgling was really annoying. Soooo... I decided to cut my camping weekend short and head home. But just wait. When I went to close the side awning, it started doing the exact same thing as it did when it got stuck open previously. Luckily, I was able to repeatedly hit the extend and retract button and eventually was able to get it to fully retract. So much for their fix. After speaking with an Entegra rep, they identified the pump issue as a faulty waste / gulper pump. So now I had to arrange to drop off the RV again. I dropped it off again on 8/11/2025 and explained to them all of the issues. I have not had the RV back since and today is 9/19/2025. I have had the use of my $140,000 for exactly one weekend since I bought it on 7/31/2025. To this date: 1. The outside cooler has still not be fixed/replaced. One service person told me they were on their third unit that they ordered and all of them had the same issue. The service person I spoke with today, said that it had only be reordered one time and that he did not know why it was taking so long. Which is true? 2. The light switch/panel has still not been fixed or replaced. The service person told me today that they received the wrong part and they needed to reorder it. 3. They claim the awning is working right, but essentially have ignored the fact that I told them how it was not functioning properly after they originally "fixed" it. They just say that they tested it and it is working. 4. When I asked about the generator failing to shut off, the service rep at the time said he had nothing about that in his notes, even though I brought up

We stopped at RV Country first when we were looking for a pop up tent. Turns out they only had one on the lot and it was an older one that had been traded in. Both gentlemen that interacted with us that visit were very friendly and helpful. We wanted a new/almost new unit so we ended up purchasing one elsewhere, but soon found ourselves back at RV Country. This time we were at their store for accessories and info on a solar unit. They have a nice selection of RV items and the guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable. We might go with a travel trailer soon, as a pop up is a lot of work (Lol) so we'll be back to browse the huge inventory at RV Country.

I wouldn't return to this RV Dealer/Service center based on my most recent experience of having my slide out repaired. I knew it was goi g to take some time to get to my unit to have the slide out repaired. But they don't even maintain your trailer while it is there. They simply could have whipped the bird crap off my trailer. Instead when I wiped it off with soda and water, it took the paint off below. Secondly I had to soak the unit label off and when I got the tape to finally release, it took the paint off. I used the BBB to put in a complaint t after numerous emails to the Service Department Manager asking for them to repair the damages, and they would just simply duck and run from the emails by not replying. No luck with the BBB going after them for me as they simply know the process of so many replies and nothing will get done. Never again would I do business with this place. They don't stand behind their word.

"We sell fun" Rv country trademark. I disagree. My wife and I were looking for a camping trailer. RV COUNTRY has this used trailer that they wanted to sell for 14k. Apparently, they received it as a trade-in. So my wife and I went out to look at it in the dealer lot. Upon opening a cabinet door, I found a dealer price tag for 9k instead. I showed it to the salesman and he asked where I found it. Apparently, they didn't inspect the trade in very closely after they received it. My wife and I liked it so we wanted to purchase it. But before we purchased it, I needed to see if I could fit, being that I am so small. I'm 6'5" tall. I climbed into the bedroom area and tried to lay down, and the bed collapsed. I felt bad that I possibly broke it. As a wood worker and a fabricator, I knew that I could repair the damage. During the time with the financial advisor, he said,"I suggest that you should have a tire sealant installed for $800.00" he said. I also agree with the extra peace of mind for tires going flat alongside the road. We towed the trailer home because I was eager to repair the damage to the bed. During the inspection, the bed area was previously broken, and screws were removed to access the furnace area. The furnace was located under the bed. The furnace was removed and wasn't replaced. They sold the trailer and claimed it had a furnace to us. What a joke. The joke was on us. I called and complained about the lack of a furnace, and we "rv country " will give you a 400.00 voucher in our parts department. Needless to say, the 400 dollar amount didn't go too far with their escalated prices. I went out to check on the trailer this past week and noticed a flat tire. I jacked it up and inspected it. No nails or screw damage but tire tread separation. So I called the tire sealant protection company. The operator has no clue about this service, and they were going to send someone out to change the spare and "NOT" repair the tire. So then I would have a flat spare. Now, I have to go back to the dealership to get the tire repaired. Is the dealer going to pay us back for the cost of fuel wasted for not inspect the tires before the purchase? Probably not. The 800 dollars that we paid for is probably a loss and we will have to buy new tires. Thanks "rv country ". The rv industry has a lot of shady people who prey on customers who have no experience with recreational vehicles. Please do your homework before your rv purchase. Trailer? What about the vehicle that is towing the trailer. Ask someone else than the rv dealer. Can your vehicle handle towing? Weight is huge. Motor home? Remember that you are driving the titanic in rush hour traffic. I drove a greyhound bus, and rush hour scared me. Have fun.

During the finance process, we were offered three optional protection plans. We agreed to purchase only one of them. However, the finance representative, Marcus Mele, presented paperwork for all three plans to be signed. Believing the documents reflected what had been explained to us, we signed them. We later discovered that we had been enrolled in three different protection plans, despite only agreeing to one. When I contacted Camping World to cancel the unwanted plans, I was informed that one of them could not be canceled. I requested cancellation of the other two plans immediately. It has now been more than 30 days since my cancellation request. I have not received the refunds, any status update, or any meaningful communication despite multiple follow-up attempts. I also spoke with the General Manager, Carson, at the Fresno location. Instead of investigating my concerns, he dismissed my account and defended his employee without addressing the facts or helping resolve the issue.
