Owner called me a few days later to let me know he had a cancellation and now had an RV available. I was reserving an RV for 4 adults and he offered me one that slept 2 adults and 2 children. Owner also didn't make mention of insurance coverage until I asked him about it after reading the quote. Was very difficult to do business with Saunders RV. The owner has good intentions but isn't organized at all. I would look else where if you are looking to rent a RV for your trip.

The setup videos were helpful even if not precisely for the 2019 Jay Feather (unit B) we rented. Towing the 23' trailer with my V-6 Frontier was easier than expected, although you'll save some time if there are two of you to guide the towing vehicle to the trailer's hitch. I don't tow things often, but backing it I s kind of like riding a bike; once you've done it it comes back pretty readily. The unit was clean and well equipped for camping, although we were just parking it in our drive for the extra bedrooms and toilet. The cost seemed reasonable for our 3-night rental. The $150. for delivery and pickup, which includes the pump-out ($10 + $3 day pass @ Kohler-Andre State Park), is very reasonable, and is recommended if your time is valuable. All-in-all it was a great experience for the rental, and the use by our guests. One word of caution: be careful to only raise the trailer as high as necessary to clear the hitch ball on the towing vehicle. A 30A automotive blade type fuse protects the lift motor, and if "blown," by raising to the limit, you may be raising or lowering the trailer by hand crank, which is a bit more work.
