Awesome selection of extremely rare-to-find parts. They may not have everything, but they have a full warehouse of replacement stuff that you can't find anywhere anymore including a ton of salvage stuff in the yard they can pull for you if you know exactly what you're looking for. The staff and especially owner Brian are super knowledgeable and helped get us into a refurbished Onan Cummins diesel generator upgrade that even connected with our bus' gas tank. What a gem! When we decided to full-time in an old RV, we had no idea what we were in for. I've tried to pull information from grizzly old repairmen, busy parts managers, and everyone in between. This is by far the friendliest team we've encountered on our journey. They let us stay an hour late after our travels delayed our arrival. They let us look through everything (and I mean EVERYTHING), take our time, pull our own parts, and cut us great deals. They gave us bottled water in the Arizona heat, chatted us up, and even checked out our renovation. I sent these guys an email on a Thursday searching for an RV part. They seem to only accept parts requests via email. They immediately responded with a request for pictures, which I promptly sent. Four days later, I had not received an answer, so I called their phone number from their email from my cellphone. Woman answered and I started with "I sent your company an email searching for ...". She immediately hung up on me. Called right back, another hangup. Repeated several times with same result. Called them from my wife's cellphone, got a man first ring who said "having phone problems..raining here". Funny, I had no problems connecting from another phone number. I complained via email with a couple of choice phrases referencing bovine excrement. They responded with "we have better things to do than hang up on potential customers". This is by far the most insulting excuse for customer service I've ever seen. I hope the folks I connected with were not the owner, and I sure hope the owner sees this. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. Careless and rude. My husband and I own an RV rental business so we had the potential to bring a lot of business to these people. Never again. They damaged a water tank we had already purchased while removing it from the RV. When my husband pointed it out they denied it ademently, but my husband had gotten underneath the trailer and inspected the tank well to make sure it was in good shape and wasn't damaged, because we needed it to replace a damaged tank. Anyways, they continued to deny that they damaged it and told us "we're talking about a $20 fix here!" We decided to just suck it up and take the part and pay the $20 to get it fixed. We can't find anyone that will fix it under $100! They lied about damaging the part, and then they lied about how much the part would cost to fix it. After buying a 2000 Bounder motorcoach, we had a ton of things we needed to fix. Not only did we find many of the parts we needed at a great price, but the atmosphere was everything I could ask for. Piles of parts already pulled and ready to go, and a lot filled with units for you to browse (at your own risk!) for more. The owner, Dan, was super helpful, and the only thing I'm upset about is that since I don't live in Phoenix, soon I won't be able to come back. Keep in mind that isn't a "you pull" place. Ordered a wire harness for my rv due to battery exploding and burning wire harness. Unfortunately it was the wrong one. OK understandable. Paid over $1000 for the harness. The did not have the correct one. Sent the wrong one back. I called Arizona RV salvage on the weekend when they were closed and the owner answered. I needed a speaker for my RV and they said they had one. The owner told me the price was $5 and if I wanted it shipped it would be $8 to ship for a total of $13 plus tax . He said I had to wait till Monday to order it. I called back Monday and gave my information and the lady came back on the phone and told me my order was $20 and change. I stated to her that I was quoted differently on Saturday. While on hold she reversed my charge. Then I said am I going to get it for the price that I was quoted? She said no now it is $10. I told her that I should get it for the $5 that I was quoted and she hung up on me. I called back and they were very very rude to me. I would not ever ever ever recommend anybody going to this place. Made the mistake of ordering a set of wheels for my 1973 Winnebago from here. The price seemed high at $1100 for a set of used rims, but they were hard to find five lug wheels and I didn't have time to drive around to junkyards in my area. My initial order was on May 23. They charged my credit card on May 25th and said the wheels would be shipped in a couple of days. I contacted them a few times over the next month and the wheels still hadn't shipped. The mechanic that had my RV couldn't wait any longer and said he'd have to start charging me storage if I didn't get it out of there ASAP, so I had to cut my losses and give the RV away. I contacted them to cancel the order on June 22nd and they said that UPS had them, but they hadn't shipped. They asked if I still wanted to cancel and I told them once again to cancel the order and refund my credit card. After that they stopped responding and didn't refund my credit card, so I had to file a dispute with Visa. read more

I am a very dissatisfied customer. I bought an RV from AZ RV Salvage. I was told that it was running except for it needed a new head gasket. I paid $4500 cash for the vehicle. I never the vehicle, I towed the vehicle to a repair facility. When the mechanic started to repair the vehicle he observed that the piston was cracked and the cylinder wall was scored--indicating that the engine was blown and required a replacement. When I inform AZ RV Salvage management they said there must have be an error in diagnostics. I had never driven the RV, but when I asked to have my money returned they refused. They said they would try to have it repair with an engine replacement, but that was over six weeks ago and I have received no response and further they will not respond to my calls. It is obvious to me that Arizona RV Salvage intended to cheat me and misrepresent the vehicle. Be very cautions when you spend you money there as you may not get the service or product you would expect from any reputable organization. read more
