Both repairs were completed by a young guy, very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable, he even laughed at my bad jokes. Both repair were completed in less than 30 minutes. My wife's phone repair cost $80 and she's had no problems at all since the repair ( about 2 months). The battery on the other phone was done for $45. Parts were $25 and labor $20.
