He had no intention of resolving the problems and was inclined to perform a Rube Goldberg fix in the field. At one point Carlos told me that the customer is not always right. He was schedule to arrive at 3pm, at 3:30 I contacted Bennett and he told me Scott had a client emergency to tend to "broken pipe". YEAH RIGHT! Even if this were true, so far, the brief history of NO communication reigns supreme with this company. I understand things happen, but there is no excuse for NO communication. Maybe Affinity Stoneworks is accustomed to customers with unlimited time and money to waste. I am not that customer. I had to take off work to accommodate Scott's schedule just for him not to show up. How am I to trust Affinity Stoneworks will not take thousands of my dollars and disappear, not show up, and string me along. I cannot. I was really looking forward to collaborating with this company, their website photos are beautiful; I was hopping my house would be a gorgeous as the one's in their photo gallery.
