Anyone who knows of the old Denny's knows this is the highest praise I can give a mechanic shop. I have been going here for years. When I moved to the are many years ago, I was looking for a place to take my car that filled the three main criteria for any business I can be loyal to: Honest, Competent and Fair Priced. During the process, the manager called to say my car needed additional work and quoted me $2,092 -- which I agreed to. When I went to pick up my vehicle , the total was over $2,900. When I questioned the price difference, I was told they would "pull the call" to prove I agreed to it -- but I know I never did. On top of that, the free tire rotation discount plus discount oil change for $49.99 that was supposed to be included with my oil change never showed up anywhere on the invoice. Nothing about the pricing or discounts added up. The whole experience felt shady and misleading, and it's made me lose trust in this location. I won't be getting any major work done here again unless I have the full quote in writing beforehand. I'm sharing this so others can be aware before doing business here.
