I ordered bed frame through Floyd and it was my first time having anything delivered via XPO. I signed up for text update so I received arrival window the day before the delivery (2-6pm) and someone tried to call me three times on the day of delivery. However they literally called 7 minutes before they had arrived - not 30 minutes before arrival haha. Thankfully my husband was at home so it all worked out very smoothly! Per their delivery policy they are supposed to give a 30 minute notification period prior to the delivery. And if no one is home, they are to wait 15 minutes before leaving. I was notified that the delivery would be between 6am-8pm. I chatted with the online service asking for the delivery team to update me with their location, I was never contacted. I was home from 6am-6:30pm. I stepped out to go to the grocery store. Of course as soon as I was standing in line, I was called and told it would be 8 minutes until to their arrival at my home. I told them I would be home in less than 20 minutes. MEANING, they would arrive with at least 5 minutes of required waiting time before leaving. They admitted to getting side tracked and forgot to notify me 30 minutes ahead of the delivery. I got home within 15 minutes and they were no where to be found. After calling the number the delivery team to ask where they were, I got no response and then the phone was powered off and I got sent straight to voicemail. I am BEYOND disappointed and furious. Now I have to wait for the packages to arrive back at the hub before I can reschedule the delivery. Had I known this company was contracted with Living Spaces, I would NEVER have placed the order. read more

The delivery personnel were great. However, scheduling the delivery was a nightmare. The first day it was scheduled from 11-3pm (I didn't get to pick but made it work). Around 1pm that day, the delivery time was suddenly changed via text to 3-7pm with no explanation which didn't work for me since there would be no one home at that time. The delivery was cancelled. So I called the next day to re-schedule and I could only pick a date, but not a timeframe. I wanted to ensure that the timeframe would work for me so the same thing wouldn't happen again. Had to call at 8pm the day before the delivery date because I had not gotten the delivery time window. Finally got a timeframe at 9pm the night before the delivery date. About midway through the delivery window the next day, suddenly got a text that the delivery was re-scheduled for the following week. Called and was told the truck broke down. Again, couldn't pick a time window. Finally, it worked out but it was an entire week after the original delivery date. I think a lot of improvement could be made to how deliveries get scheduled so people don't waste entire days not working and waiting around. read more

They phoned approximately 20 minutes before arriving and delivered our mattress to our bedroom and removed the old one. I had to request one delivery person to put on a mask before entering the house. He did so but the other person with him said he was vaccinated. So are we but I believe a mask should be worn as courtesy and should not have to be requested especially when COVID is such an issue now. read more

I ordered a washing machine and the delivery and installation was quick and painless. XPO sent me text updates about the shipment and ieven had a website to track the delivery truck. Two deliveries scheduled already with no shows. They require you to be home from work and don't even give a courtesy call. Customer service has no one that can actually help on the rare event they even answer the phone. No access to the local office is possible. This "free" delivery is ending up costing me much. anyone BUT XPO My mattress was scheduled for delivery 9/11 between 130-530. At 530- I called because it wasn't there -they said it be there by 7.& I would receive a call about 30 min before arriving-such BS. I was also told I was the next stop/on their way & they would be there by 7. At 7- still wasn't there and I called they said it would be there by 730 & to expect a call 30 mins from delivery time- which would have been right then?? By the time I got off the phone and left my apartment they would not have been there before 745 & I had been waiting since 130. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. On Monday-I got rescheduled for SAT 9/18 & was told I would get my 4 hour window info on Friday-I got an email at 937 PM NOT with delivery time window but ANOTHER change re delivery date to SAT 19 but Sat is the 18th not the 19th. When I called on Sat- the updated info said the same-delivery date is SAT 19th? I called I was hung up on, called back finally confirmed my new delivery date is Sun 19th- no window time- I can expect that info later on Sat.-nothing was emailed/texted re Sun delivery Just spoke to the #800 (after being hungup on 2 x) at XPO /she told me they don't deliver on Sundays I need to rescheduled AGAIN?what a joke The companies that rely on XPO for delivery need to know this too- i will triple check next time i order ANYTHING that xpo is not involved! I ordered a mattress through Amazon and they hired XPO to deliver it. My original delivery date was July 12th. As the date approached I had not received any communication from either company. I called XPO and was told that the delivery date on Amazon was incorrect and that the mattress would not arrive to their warehouse for another week. A week later, I received an automated call stating that my package had arrived at the warehouse (20 minutes away) and would be delivered in 5 days. I called to speak with a rep to see why it would take so long and was told that that was the earliest possible date. Then they said that I would receive a call the day before to schedule the time. Instead I received another automated call explaining that it would be delivered the next day between 6am-6pm and that the driver will call me 30 minutes before. Who the hell delivers a mattress at 6am! Fortunately, they did not call until 7:30am and they were only 10 minutes away. The delivery guys were nice. Overall this was a fail for both Amazon & XPO. Once they left and I set the Tread up with my Peloton existing account...I heard a loud clicking sound from the belt. Ordered a fridge from Samsung because they promised fastest delivery. XPO show up at end of delivery window without calling. Driver says because it is raining (it was sprinkling and the rain stopped while I was talking to this guy) and our house is on a hill they can't safely deliver it today so refused to deliver it. Customer service useless and as others state is out sourced and you hear roosters in the background. Can't reschedule because they have to wait for item to get back to warehouse. This is ridiculous how does a professional delivery service not have ability to deliver in a slight rain? I wasted my time waiting and still don't have a refrigerator. The delivery person's contacted me 30 minutes prior to arrival. They were very professional and incredibly kind gentleman. They did a wonderful job delivering and setting up my new tread. They did a good job of setting up our mattress and taking all the packaging with them. They put our existing mattress where we asked them to, taking care of our furniture already in that room. They communicated via text during the day and sent an update about 30 minutes before they arrived. We were pleased and would happily use them again. read more

I was scheduled for a delivery on December 30, 2021. I received a call stating I got it wasn't going to be able to be delivered because there was and accident. The delivery was rescheduled for the next day December 31st. On the morning of the 31st I foot a call from xpo stating my delivery was scheduled for January 5th. By now I was extremely upset the women I talked them stated that according to the tracking the tried to deliver on December 30th and we went home that's a bunch of bull, someone's lying and I want my refrigerator today. read more

The delivery team arrived hours prior to the scheduled time, without notice and dropped off wooden interior cabinets/ materials on an open and exposed porch. When I contacted a dispatcher to complain and request that the delivery team return and place the items in my garage, the original agent disconnected me, and the second agent indicated that the company lacked any ability to reach the driver by phone in order to return and place the cabinets in my garage. I was told that I would be contacted within 24- 48 hours. Wholly unacceptable and unprofessional. DO Not permit this group to deliver anything that may be valuable, as they apparently do not care about the condition that you receive your product. read more

Dealing with this company? GOOD LUCK. I've been waiting for my fridge, without one, since the promised delivery of last Friday. Despite the warehouse being 15 minutes away, I'm still waiting. They couldn't deliver it any sooner than today (Tuesday, December 23rd.) I was apparently the last stop, and the driver just called to say that my fridge was slated but is somehow NOT ON THE TRUCK. So, given that tomorrow is Christmas Eve, I have to wait at least until the 26th. No one is in the office now, as it's after hours. They're lucky, because heads would roll. And I fully expect my fridge to NOT come on the 26th, as I know trucks are loaded the shift before, so who knows where the f*** it is, let alone on a truck or headed in my direction. I am beyond frustrated and plan to drive there myself on the 26th to make sure I get refunded the delivery charge for my inconvenience. Incompetent and uncaring staff who fail MISERABLY in the customer service department!!! Well, this is next day, and I received an automated message stating my new delivery date of next Saturday, Dec 26th, so surprisingly, staff is working today (Christmas Eve). So I tried calling twice to speak to a "manager". Both times I was on hold for about 15 minutes, and the first time I was hung up on. The second time, the man was insistent that a manager could not help me and that the answer would be the same. I said that I still wanted to speak to someone, and he laughed and told me to hold. It was clear at that point I was not going to be able to speak to anyone who could either help me or refund my shipping cost. I waited for several minutes before being dumped into someone's voicemail. I wish I was able to rate negative stars. So now the saga continues! Still Christmas Eve here, and I just now received a different automated message telling me my fridge is to be delivered on MONDAY Dec 28th!!! I feel like I'm battling quicksand here with this company; the more I struggle for a resolution, the worse it gets! But...I'm cautiously hopeful. Jared is the manager with whom I am currently speaking, and FINALLY I'm speaking with someone who actually seems to care! And he's being courteous AND polite! Horrible experience! I ordered Sept. 19 for shipment to Michigan. Was supposed to be shipped beginning of October. It took so long for delivery, I had actually moved over an hour away from original listed address. They had to use 3rd party shipping company as it is so far away from California. As soon as I received email to schedule shipping date,, I responded to email and asked them to change address. Supposed to be delivered Oct. 31. I also called XPO Oct. 19 to change delivery address and I thought everything was fine . Supposed to get a call with time window for delivery the night before. I never received a call, so I called XPO to verify. They had the wrong address still so I tried to change. She told me she could not change it and I had to contact Living Spaces to change. I called Living Spaces, and she told me she could not change it as it had already been sent out. I called XPO back and after fighting with me, she told me address was changed and it would be delivered next day. I called the next morning just to verify, and they still had the wrong address! She said she could not change it but put a comment in the delivery section with correct address. I then got a call from driver that he was 40 minutes away. Again, I asked to verify that he was going to correct address. He stated he was going to the old address! I told him that was not correct and he said he had to contact his boss to see what he should do and he would give me a call back in 10 minutes. Never got a call and no furniture was ever delivered. I called Living Spaces later that night to just cancel the whole order! She then told me that Living Spaces rep would have been the one to change the address, and that her supervisor was going to speak to the rep who told me she couldn't. I told them I do not want to deal with XPO or Living Spaces and I wanted to cancel the whole order and send it back and get a refund. She then informed me I would need to pay 10% restocking fee if I wanted to return the order. Absolutely ridiculous as none of it was my fault and noone could make it right. Will NEVER recommend to anyone! Oh yeah and also XPO keeps calling me to schedule the delivery even though I thought I canceled the order!! I now have to wait for the furniture to get back to California before I receive a refund. So frustrated! All I wanted was nice furniture for my new home! read more

Is a negative review possible? I took today off from work as a pickup was scheduled "Today" from 8 am to 8 pm, I mean really what kind of window is that. I waited and waited, I check the app at 630pm and it states that "Cannot Perform Stop: Stop was not performed due to consumer being not at home or a closed business." Again, I have been home all day. I also have cameras and a ring on the front and back doors. So if anyone approached the house I would have seen. Needless to say, no one came to the house. To add insult injury, when I called customer service all they could do was send an email to the carrier and they would reach out to me in 24 to 48 hours. Also, there is "no manager" on duty to speak to - yes I pulled a 'Karen' - who cares and that all they could do is send an email to a manager and they would reach out in 24 to 48 hours. It is UNACCEPTABLE for the couriers to have customers wait all day and then LIE. And then have worthless customer service. I had to call 3 times received no help the first & third time, 2nd-time lady hung up on me, by accident?? I have never been more upset at a business. I am livid. I will be calling again first thing in the morning. read more

I ordered a refrigerator from Samsung that was delivered by XPO. The refrigerator was delivered on the date I requested when I ordered it. It actually showed up several hours earlier than I expected, which turned out to be super convenient in this case. The delivery and installation wasn't an easy job so I was happy I purchased the installation and haul away from Samsung when I ordered the refrigerator. Twice now XPO has been a no show with the delivery of my new Samsung Refrigerator. On Thursday I stayed home 6 hours only to get a call late in the day saying that they had to reschedule. Then today I was home 8:30-12:30 and they were a no show, no phone call, no text. I called at 12:30 and they said that the item was on its way back to the warehouse and that I would be contacted to reschedule. I asked the person if they could contact the local warehouse and have them call me and they said they were not allowed to do that. I ordered a new bed from Tempur-Pedic this is the company that they use for there delivery's. So far I have been nothing but disappointed by this company. On Tuesday my matters was Scheduled to be delivered. At 8:30 in the morning I got a confirmation phone call stating that it would be delivered. At 12:30 I had another phone call from the canton locating stating they were unable to deliver my product due to truck issues. With the earliest rescheduled date either Thursday or Friday. I inform them that we both work and won't be able to be here Thursday. So we schedule it for Friday. I called Tempur-Pedic to inform them what is going on, they call the shipping company again to see why we had to reschedule and why the where informed this so late. The lady told them it was due to over booking the trucks. Which would have been fine if they just called me 24 to 48hr before. At this pointe we already threw out our old mattress that morning thinking we where getting a new one so now we have nothing. Now let's Fast forward to this Friday which I had to rescheduled the delivery date for. I had a delivery time from 4 to 6. I canceled all my plans didn't even run to the grocery just to make sure I didn't miss them. I call xpo 1800 number at 5:45 just to make sure it was still on schedule. To what I was told it was delayed but should be there by 7:00 At 745 I finally called again and ask if I would be receiving a mattress today. The person on the phone said "oh yeah it's still showing out for delivery". I also called Tempur-Pedic again just to see if maybe they could get a different answer from the company. See that every time I called I just got generic answers. To which the lady at Tempur-Pedic said yep it still on it's way should be there at 7:37pm. I had to laugh and ask umm where is it them it's pass that time. So now I was still till 830 still no bed. No phone call from xpo even stating that they where either delayed or on there way. Saturday morning comes my first phone call of the day is to xpo, since I had the worst nights sleep on this old mattress from my in-laws house. I call and ask what happen they inform me that there was a attempt to deliver but I was not at home. First off I'm already livid because I just waited at home for this, now I'm being told I wasn't home. So I ask what's going to be done oh we will put a ticket in for this. The worst part is during all this I was never contacted by XPO to tell me what was going on with my delivery. I still have no bed still have no information on what is going on with it or when I might get it . This company is absolutely horrible the people who work at the canton location are very rude and unprofessional. I am happy that Tempur-Pedic has been trying so hard to help us out. At this point I would love for this company just to give me a update of when I might receive my order. Seeing that I would assume it should have been out first thing Saturday since they didn't even attempt to bring it Friday. I am very disappointed with this company and the lack of communication. At this pointe since they're so booked will I have to wait another week or what? I would just like some answers. read more
