It was a pain at first and I had to request a supervisor because no one had any info on my delivery. The supervisor did find it that night and because it was a Friday (when I should've had it delivered Thursday) so I go first delivery available on the following Tuesday. But the delivery men were awesome and super fast! I had the door taken off (old fridge to big) that one taken out, new one in and hooked up in 10 min. It was awesome! Kudos to the delivery guys! I was nervous about this delivery service due to the bad reviews out there. It turns out that this was one of the best delivery services for furniture I have ever experienced. Jorge and his associate were very professional and considerate. He was careful with the unpacking and moving of my credenza, and he explained the features of the piece. He assembled the credenza and made sure all the drawers were opening smoothly. Jorge is a strong asset to RXO. I hope your company appreciates employees like him. The WORST experience I have ever had with any service business. They delivered a fridge and a dishwasher and just left the fridge sitting in the driveway. Then the 2 delivery guys started yelling and arguing with each other and one of the delivery guys just drove the truck away with all of the tools so that the remaining delivery guy (whoi was now "stranded" at my home) just sat on the curb. We had to wait there for 4 hours (while all of the food that I had to remove from the old fridge spoiled on the countertop) until another crew showed up. This entire pathetic episode wasted 5 hours of my day and cost me about $600 in spoiled food. But the low point was that these clowns installed the dishwasher incorrectly and now I have to hire a plumber to fix what these fools screwed up. HORRIBLE! read more

I would give them 100% rating. I think honestly they deserved it. The guy literally got it here within minutes. He was super communicative. I was very impressed. How quick and efficient he was from the beginning of delivery to the end. He really made it easy to get my Peloton set up and synced. The driver was very communicative, even when they were on their way. They communicated by email and text message which allowed me to stay informed. I think the guy said his name was Andre. I can't remember for sure. But seriously was super professional from beginning to end. Got everything set up as I said, I had no issues I would recommend using this company again. Worst service ever!!! I did Not hire them. LG uses them to deliver their products. They delivered an LG dryer and installed it. The Dryer is blowing hot air and lint into our laundry room and the steam function just sprays water. We had to wait 3 days for a return call with a 4 hour window. They drove up and never exited the vehicle and drove away claiming my husband and I were not home! I have the whole thing on video. My house has three front yard cameras that caught the whole thing! Now an hour later when I called to find out where they were they tell me you have to wait for another ticket to schedule a repair!! I will be complaining to LG! read more

Ordered an over-the-range microwave from LG. The installers did not contact me by phone 30 minutes before arrival, as promised (I did receive a text, and then they showed up 5 minutes later). They seemed very unfamiliar with the installation process. One guy didn't seem to understand toggle bolts. They installed the microwave too low in the back, so it is tilted up at the front. They drilled an extra hole in the top cabinet. They did not clean up all the packing material and sawdust, and apparently didn't bring a vacuum cleaner so they could clean up the sawdust. When they left, they took the owner's manual with them. read more

Worst company ever! We have been fighting with RXO and Costco to get our appliances installed for weeks now. Several times they have scheduled to be here and are "no shows". RXO blames Costco but we spoke directly several times with RXO and confirmed appointments. Each time RXO is "no show". Now they are trying to tell us that they didn't get the order. Wrong! Unreliabld company. Avoid. LG assigned them to deliver dishwasher two days ago. After staying home for the 4 hour window they gave, got a message that "the truck hac broken down". Guess they only have one truck. Then again today they gave a fouf hour window (their choice not mine) and no one has shown up and no message. I went on chat line and it just said they were cominv two days ago. Do I trust this bunch tk install a dishwasher - hell no! LG get yourself another delivery service or you wont have many customers left in Phoenix. read more

They delivered a new Samsung refrigerator to my home yesterday to replace one that had failed a month prior. They hauled away the old one too. I ordered a product which was outsourced from retailer to RXO for last protion of shipping. It's been a complete disaster. When they received the package it sat in their warehouse for a week not moving at all. Then they scheduled a delivery for the next week, I stayed home from work to receive the delivery since they said I had to be present to receive it. They called me at 930 to tell me they'd have to reschedule. The next delivery date I stayed home again, having no more comunication from them, I checked their website to see it wasnt scheduled for that day even though i had an email from when they rescheduled the firat time. I called them for an update when I saw the website said a delivery date days later from when it was rescheduled. They told me it wouldn't be delivered that day either. They rescheduled a 3rd time with out telling me! I was mad at this point, but what could I do? So I waited and then days later, the day before the next pushed back delivery date I got a call to tell me that "actually, they only do deliveries on Fridays in my area" despite 4 of the last scheduled deliveries were not on Fridays. So they pushed my delivery back a whole nother week! Working with RXO has been a nightmare, and I highly encourage any retailers out there to use any other services! Please! Don't do this to your customers! read more
