Delivery was excellent. Initially, emails and text messages were set up to explain expectations for the delivery. On the day of delivery, 2 Installers worked well together as a team by calling ahead to give notice of pending delivery in 30 minutes. They were very careful of our home, and knowledgeable by explaining the smart refrigerator design use. They also hauled away the broken one and made all connections for the new one, making sure it was in working order. I recommend this company for any delivery services. read more

They are awful. They can't be reached in the US, and you are at their mercy. The XPO website says my package will be delivered today (it's not coming) and the offshore operators say they haven't received the items. Actually, the items are sitting in the railyard, and they don't pick them up. Tell your manufacturers not to use this last mile shipping company. I think they don't care about the end customer. Order thru Samsung was quick and easy. Now the shipping, it's been 2 weeks two attempts and i don't have the range. The first attempt was on June 22 no call, no show. The second attempt was on June 28th, cancel since they didn't have it on the route. The third time July 8th I have 100 bucks that they won't deliver and if they do they will have to wait for me cause I ain't taking any more days off. Two days without pay was enough, now they can deliver on my time or they can take it back to Samsung and i can get my money back. Since I know Bryan B. will read my review. Bryan if you really are the owner. You should clean house and get the company back where it should be. If I email the customer service what good will that do? This is the answer I got the times I called, someone will get a hold of you within 24 to 48 hours what a joke. Wish I could tell my clients that. read more

They have a great communication system with emails and texts to keep you in the loop on arrival times and scheduling. Robert even called and texted to let me know they were within 30 mins of arrival. The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service and shipping company I have ever dealt with. We had a driver leave with out dropping our second package. Good luck trying to get ahold of any one in this company to talk to a customer service rep. I have now called the local shop and was on hold for 20 plus minutes with NO ONE IN LINE IN FRONT OF ME. I've emailed both managers with zero contact back and still can not got ahold of anyone to get this other package. I've literally tried called 15 plus numbers I've found online and zero of them get me in contact with someone. I will absolutely never use this company again. Hands down worst delivery company I have ever worked with! Response: Bryan, if you indeed are the owner of the company you as well do not care about any customer service either. I already emailed that same address, I have emailed 2 managers (Greg Wilson and Shannon Hoard) , I have called every number under the sun which NO ONE EVER ANSWERS and I still have yet to receive a reply from any of them or even a phone call I have already spoken to the company who used your shipping company to inform them we will mot be paying for the shipping and they are already aware that the other package is missing due to a lack of competence by XPO. A company must work extremely hard for me to give a 1-star rating, but XPO has done it. First let me be truly clear, the actual delivery folks showing up onsite were 5/5 stars, the problems are with the company. Despite XPO's commitment to communicate with you the day before on when the delivery will occur, no information was provided until the morning of the delivery. XPO forces you to block out an entire day up front for delivery, and then will provide you a four-hour block. After ordering my high-end Casper mattress with onsite setup, the delivery day arrives only to find after installing the new mattress it was the WRONG SIZE. I ordered a Cal King, and a King showed up. The problem was at their warehouse, someone placed my label on the wrong box, and it wasn't discovered. Obviously, I rejected the shipment and then over the next 3+ weeks never could get a clear answer from either Casper or XPO on what was going on regarding getting the correct mattress delivered and installed. They had no problem taking my money, but... Finally, unexpectedly I received an email stating my mattress was going to be delivered the next day. It would have been nice for them to contact me to confirm I was available, luckily, I was. Once again despite their "promise" to advise of a four-hour window the day before, I did not receive any notice until the morning of the delivery (7A) saying it would be from 10A-2P. An hour later I received a call from the delivery team saying they were on their way to deliver the mattress and would be there by 830A. As I mentioned earlier, the delivery team itself was outstanding. We checked the box before taking it off the truck to ensure lightning hadn't struck twice, and all was good. Even after numerous calls to Casper and attempts to XPO, there was terrible to no follow up during the escalation or even afterwards to ensure everything was successful. Casper may have great products, but their business decision to choose XPO Logistics is a failure and a stain on their brand. read more

I have been trying to call every number I could find on the internet and I get hung up on or it rings endlessly. I have been trying to get some information on a shipment that has been delayed since the 20th of july and no human beings to speak to. Very bad customer service. If you want to ship stuff and not ever have to worry about speaking to a person then I would ship with them but if you have questions or need to find out where your shipment is when it hasn't arrived on schedule and it's more than 8 days late this is not the company I would recommend. A customer shouldn't have to dial many different numbers and get transferred to only be going up on or get nowhere at no time have I spoken to a human. Again let me reiterate very poor customer service!!! read more

I had an appointment for a delivery between 12-4. I drove over 6 hours to meet the delivery company in another state to have several pieces delivered. I stayed there all day just incase they arrived early. I was also told that I would be notified 30 mins in advance of their arrival which didn't happen. They were a no show and no call. I called them at 4:20 and was informed that they attempted delivery after 3pm and we weren't there. They did NOT go to the door, they just decided that we weren't home. The house is in a small town and on a small street. Trucks are definitely seen and heard if in the area. Not sure if we were the last delivery with several pieces to unload, unwrap, and assemble so they just decided to call it a day and say we weren't home but it sure seems that way. I called the company and tried to have it redelivered but they stated that they only delivery to our zone once a week so I'm just out of luck. Some of the locals here told me that it's a common occurrence from the Phoenix delivery company for this to happen. Apparently they don't like to deliver this far up the mountain yet they contract with some of the large warehouse stores that some of us order from. Some of the worst customer service that I have ever received! I won't be buying from any store that uses their delivery service. read more

I had an LG refrigerator that I bought directly from LG delivered by XPO. They kept me informed about the delivery time which was very helpful. The installed the new fridge and hauled off the old one as well. The old one was a huge built in model and I was expecting a problem but they did take it! Whew!! Our RXO experience was super! They were very communicative after they were designated by Costco to be our carrier. Once they had our major appliances in their warehouse they informed us immediately that they were ready to schedule a delivery. They provided the first available window and delivered on their promises as well as our purchases. The delivery men were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was VERY hot and this is demanding work. I am supposed to get some appliances delivered by XPO. They were originally were scheduled for Saturday May 7th and XPO canceled the delivery. It was rescheduled for May 14th. I received a text stating it was out for delivery, then a hour later another text canceling the delivery with no other information. I called and was only able to get a customer service representative (in india) who informed me the truck was over full and no other information. So sad too bad!... This is the pits! I have no idea when I will get my stuff and I've already waisted two Saturdays for these guys. Avoid at all cost! read more

Every aspect that was planned, happened. The scheduling, the notifications, the 30 minute ahead of delivery call, everything went smoothly. Derrick seemed to be the Team Leader and he was respectful, courteous, accommodating. I offered to open Gates to allow the delivery truck in but he declined with a smile. Derrick hoisted our Queen size Beautyrest above his head and took it 60 feet or so like a surfboard. Damn, this guy was amazing! They were nice enough to remove our cheap RV mattress from the trailer to our shed. All with a reassuring pleasantness. We're do you guys find assets like this?
