After having worn braces as a teenager for 2.5 years, I figured my teeth would stay perfect forever. But more recently I started to notice my teeth moving out of place. Dr. Savage accessed my case and gave me realistic expectations. He dug deep as to what I wanted to see improve and the kind of commitment I needed to give to see the best results. The technology in the office is state of the art and I was shown a video of my case & how my teeth would move... This was by far the most exciting part!!! :) I was sold. To top it off, there is a device available at the practice that can reduce treatment time by half... And Im counting on that! Never in my life had I ever experienced such a friendly and genuinely caring dentist office. Everyone is happy and excited to see you, remembers you by name and talks to you like they've known you for years. They don't judge you (I used to smoke cigarettes) and make you feel extremely comfortable in their care. My last visit I had go get a route canal and I kid you not Dr. Savage literally had me laughing in the middle of it. The office is very professional and they have state of the art equipment. In 25 years of dentists, this is the best dental practice I have ever set foot in, and here's why: 1. They have dental hygienists to do your cleaning. While Dr. Savage is an exceptionally skilled dentist, he would be the first to tell you that he would rather have hygienists clean your teeth, because they specialize in that. -- I can't speak enough about how important this thinking is. I've had a number of bad (and expensive) experiences with dentists who try to do everything themselves. It saves a few bucks, but you usually have to pay for it later in further expenses (if you're lucky) or losing teeth (if you're not). Always consider it a red flag if a dentist can "do it all". Please tell your friends about this if they go to dentists - which I'm hoping is everyone. 2. They use the most advanced technologies like low radiation x-ray, E4D e.max crowns milled in-house, and even a machine that administers novacain. 3. They pay incredible attention to your comfort, and will answer every question you care to ask. 4. They have a Keurig machine in the lobby! This practice had all the right values that I was looking for. Now if I can only convince them to open on the weekends, that would be perfect! read more

I have always had problems when i go to the dentist with discomfort levels (they never believe me that "I can still feel it" until the tears form). But I can truly say that I had a very pleasurable experience with this office and the for the first time, i was not in pain, discomfort or uncomfortable. My husband and I have been going here for almost 3 years. My husband had to get 2 crowns replace from a dentist that didn't do a good job. You know it's bad when the insurance covers it within the 5 year period. They have the latest technology so you can see everything they are talking about on the screen. I visited this office for the first time today. Cindy, the hygienist, was excellent! She was very thorough, as well as friendly and professional. The other staff members in the office were also great. I did not have to wait long for my appointment, and the xrays and cleaning took about an hour. After my teeth cleaning last week, it was revealed that I had a cavity -- first one in absolute YEARS. I wasn't much looking forward to having it filled, but went in today. OK, guys, I haven't had such a pleasant experience EVER in having a tooth filled. Janine numbed the area where the injection would go, set me up with headphones AND nitrous oxide, and I almost went to sleep. I have to say that this dentist would also make a very successful business man as he understands what's the most important - to offer best customer experience and satisfaction.
