Called the bank to complain, they advised me to wait to see how the repairs go, Calling the Attorney General next to file a "lemon law" complaint. This has been a very bad experience for me.

When we threatened to leave the sales manager came out. He was abrasive to say the least. My two favorite comments were. What did you think was gonna happen your not buying a toaster. Next comment was we are not a McDonalds drive through. Well I guess you are not focused on your customers either.
