Once he was here, we asked him his opinion on two wall switches in a different room that were not working, and he stayed longer (while I ran to Home Depot for new toggle switches) to fix both of them as well for just a little more added to our total. The fan install was a little more difficult than Ted anticipated, and it was an insane night in our home as well (my husband's car was at the shop and he needed it for work the next day so we had to get that taken care of while Ted was here working) - I'm sure he thought we were nuts, but he was very gracious and understanding about everything! The end results look great, and I am SO happy our light switches are working again - all of this was done for a third of the cost we were quoted by someone else to just do the install and paint the office ceiling (we ended up doing the painting ourselves anyway). Based on my setup and my expectations, he was hesitant that Office 365 might not be the right setup for my company. We spent more time talking and after a few weeks and making sure my expectation would be met, I decided to move forward. I signed up to have Office 365 with Skype for Business implemented. I worked with Nate on the O365 migration from G Suite. The process was laid out and the transition was smooth. The learning curve was quite easy and my staff picked it up immediately. Nate QB'ed the entire process. Yes, there were set backs and issues along the way, but that is to be expected as every situation is not the same. The way the Xerillion team handled any issue along the way was beyond my expectation. The follow up and the follow up to the follow up confirmed that I could not have had it better with any other company. The Skype for Business migration was performed by John. He was extremely knowledgeable and most importantly - VERY PATIENT. John ported our existing numbers and provided us with a live training session on how to use Skye for Business. After opening up the back of my TV he discovered that the power board on the TV was fried. He then advised me that to get a replacement power board would be about $350. So, for his $119 service call charge to come by for initial analysis plus the part and return service call for also $119, I had a fully restored 85" TV for about $570, vs the cost of replacement TV for about $1800. Joe definitely knows what he is doing and is a true professional. I'd recommend him to any family member or friend.

Color may sound cosmetic, but it matters--especially when they never warn you. If Asurion can't return the product you actually bought, what else will they cut corners on?
