The other life-changing piece was SAAT treatment got rid of my Alpha-Gal meat intolerances! I used to walk into a room and start to itch if someone had cooked bacon or beef. For SAAT, Thu Yen applied tiny needles in my ear to target Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, I wore those needles for a month, and then we placed new needles to target the Alpha-Gal points in my ear.
