Came here with a party of four on a Saturday at 5:30 and and there was plenty of seating. We had super fast service and the restaurant was very clean. We started off with the mint lemonade, which was amazing. Definitely recommend. Then they let us to half of the family platter, which is very generous of them. It was the perfect amount of food for a party of four. All of the sides were super delicious And their pita bread was awesome. This Mediterranean BBQ place is one of the few new restaurants in temple terrace. The place is big. We came here during the Ramadan and they run out of the table. So we revisit them in the different date. We order the mixed grill. This dish comes with shih kabab, kafta kabab, chicken kebab. The side dish includes rice, grill onion, grilled tomato, grilled jalapeño, nan, veggie, and more. The mixed grilled is good for two as old person like us. The best among the grilled protein, the chicken kabab is the best. Service is good. The wait may take 25 minutes to grilled. Overall they are good food. read more

First time here for a party of five and loved the food. Our waitress was very helpful in explaining everything we asked and didn't seem to get annoyed if she had to repeat for the other end of the table. We had the baba ghanoush, which had a nice smoky flavor to it. The hummus was delicious along with the tangy Taboola salad. Everyone raved about their meal. My friends and I decided to stop by Sababa BBQ for an early dinner this past weekend. We wanted to try a variety of items so the waiter recommended we do the family platter, but they were able to give us a half size since we weren't that big of a group. This was the perfect option for us so we could try all the appetizers and the meats! The food was delicious, especially served with the garlic spread and Shatta. New spot alert so happy we stopped in for a quick bite - the food was unreal! Hubby and I just split one mixed grill and it comes with fries or rice and 3 other sides AND pita. It was enough to share since we weren't so hungry, but also not so big that you can't get your own. Everything was so flavorful and great portions for the price. The fries were superrr crispy and all three meats were cooked to perfection. They also gave us some garlic sauce (not pictured) and i practically drank it - it was that good. Speaking of drinks, the mint lemonade was very refreshing. It was like a slushie which I wasn't expecting, but was a pleasant surprise. The service was great and the restaurant was clean and open. I visited for the first time here in a Saturday.. by looking at the pictures I was excited. Have to admit the service needs a lot of work.. they can't have two servers running around the entire place and expect people to Come back.. We ordered three sides and they all turned out wrong . The waiter wasn't writing anything down.. what if we had allergies..? And ate the wrong thing.. I ended up keeping what he gave me but disappointed that I didn't get what I wanted to try after I told him.. he forgot I got the mixed grill.. it was nice. The chicken bake on is super dry.. I'm used to juicy kebabs. They need to change that up. The kofta sandwich was entire bread with a small piece inside of meat. I tried waving him down for water but at one point I gave up. I ordered lemonade mint in the beginning and received it towards the end Of they want to make this place work.. especially with their holiday fast coming up. They need servers! Very disappointing. We were warned by several people that the food and experience isn't good, but we decided to try it because influencers on instagram showed deceptive videos that made it look better than what's given to the costumers. The service was very bad. We were the only people in the restaurant yet the one staff members treated us very informally and had to be reminded several times for drinks and appetizers. We never had anyone check in on the food or experience until the very end after the mistakes likely started to be noticed by staff. One of our side dishes came 15mins after the main dish and we were already full and ready to go. The food is not good. The shish kabob meat is dry. The LAMB CHOPS were mini, barely had a solid bite in them! The hummus tasted out of a can- yeah I'm pretty sure it is out of a can. My recommendations to the owner: 1. Hire dedicated wait staff. If you plan to open the restaurant for sit down, you need dedicated wait staff. Do not cut corners with hybrid people doing everything. Customers notice these things. Hire enough that can check on customers satisfaction. 2. Improve food quality. Don't skimp out and give customers small cuts of meat. Make your own hummus. Went in for lunch. Place was beautiful - spacious, clean, lovely. Waitress was friendly and attentive. I ordered baba ghanoush, and was blown away. Incredibly flavorful. Much heavier on citrus and lower on garlic than I'm used to, but I loved it. Came with lots of pita -- nothing to write home about, but fresh and great for scooping. Kefta kabob sandwich was out of this world. Kefta was well spiced, also on the light/citrusy side, and well cooked (not dried out). Really one of the best Keftas I've had. If I had a complaint, it would be that service was a bit slow, but that feels like nitpicking. I loved this place. read more

fantastic baba ghanoush it's so smoky and the eggplant is fresh. It's so delicious. I had two salads. I'm not sure which one was which but they were both really fantastic. I got the falafel sandwich. Honestly, it really was not that good. I feel it lacked sauce, the falafel was quite thin. It wasn't a nice meaty luscious falafel so honestly disappointed on that definitely would not get it again. The trio platter is really good. They serve rustic style with half a roma tomato and a quarter of an onion, & some super spicy peppers! Chard . Two stars for delicious Turkish salad baba ganouj and presentation. The place was clean Was not pleased with the service. The kabobs were made of low quality meat. The rice was dry. The food came out late and the server did not speak English. Was rude at times, but could be language barrier I would not give a second chance because the food was okay. read more

We had a great lunch last week. Two adults shared their kofta kabob platter. It comes with one cup portions of three side salad/appetizers dishes. All were delicious, fresh and filling. The kofta was cooked as requested, we prefer medium. The pita was fresh, soft and warm. We were so impressed we ordered takeout dinner the very next night. Service was very friendly and welcoming to first timers. The dining room is larger than it appears from the outside. And don't let its location next to a 7 Eleven fool you.
